I ordered an oat milk shaken espresso and I got oat milk and that's it. I asked for syrup on the side and they said that they couldn't give it to me. They told me I will have to pay for another drink in order to have my drink were made again. make sure you order your drink right before getting it. Ask for a lot of syrup otherwise it will not have any flavor. read more

The employees here are very nice but the service is very poor. Mobile orders take longer than in-store ones, and last week I waited in-store for a mobile order for approximately 25 minutes before receiving my hot coffee cold. Love this Starbucks location. It's a big hub for students and hospital employees, as well as visitors, and the girls behind the bar are always so friendly and welcoming. I've never experienced such amazing and consistent customer service than I have here. The store is always clean, and everything is made in a timely manner. I ordered my usual drink a Venti Blended Strawberry Lemonade ($4.77). My first issue was being charged more than I would normally pay. When questioned about this the employee (a young woman with red hair) told me that this store is different. I then noticed the drink being made was not what I ordered, I questioned this & explained how my order is made. I was rebuffed with "that will cost more" It was at this point I asked to cancel my order & be refunded my ($5.30). This was met with "I don't care" and I can take it up with manager when she arrives. Horrible. Drinks taste like water. The baristas are probably not properly trained on how to make anything other then a regular American coffee. Waited a year to get the pumpkin cream cold brew and of course I was disappointed. Usually I don't ask for refunds but in this instance i was just over it and asked for one. Terrible customer service. I came in to order drinks for my family so I had a pretty big order and as I kept ordering, the cashier rolled her eyes. I then asked if I could transfer money to my Starbucks card and the girl working the cashier gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes once again and her co worker took over. As I was trying to order, the cashier kept talking to her co workers. They kept interrupting me with side conversations and then the girl would look at me again for me to continue with my order. I'm not one to complain nor leave any bad reviews . But I can honestly say that this has been the worst Starbucks I've been too . Not only were the employees rude & seemed to not care if they're were any customers around but to speak in such manner as if there wasn't customers present . I asked to speak to a manager due to the fact I did not like the service & I would much rather take it up with the manager to avoid things such as this ( leaving reviews ) . But for the employee to also say that they're isn't a manager present is beyond irresponsible. & not to exclude the fact that I can clearly see them making my drink in such a messy/dirty space . I am very patient & can tolerate a lot of things . I stopped by this Starbucks during my weekend at the hospital. As a vegan, I was most appreciative of them accommodating my drink requests. The ombré iced coffee made with almond milk was heavenly! The next day, I even enjoyed a macchiato! I'm new to the vegan journey, so having old favorites "veganized" was a special treat, especially during a difficult time. The employees were very kind. I work right next door and have never had an issue at this Starbucks even when it's super busy at 8am... until this girl with red hair started working here. She's super rude every single time, I don't know why they only have her on the register when she has zero people skills. She acts like you're a nuisance for interrupting her when you get to the register and mumbles and gets extra annoyed when you don't know what she's saying. She's also the only one who continuously tells me they don't have things. Last week when I came there was no cold brew? This week no sandwiches or egg bites and she snapped at me that if it's not in the case, they don't have it. Seeing how I'm a regular and get the same thing I obviously didn't look in the case and 99% of the time not everything that's on the menu is in the case (aka egg bites). I've thought about telling the manager about her nasty attitude because it honestly makes me not want to come here in the mornings but I haven't seen her lately, which is a shame because her and the rest of the staff are sweethearts. It takes absolutely nothing to be nice to people and it takes way more effort for me to not let her ruin my day by being rude. This Starbucks is such a wonderfully creative location. Although you can park for free for a few hours, I am thrilled that it is within walking distance of so many offices in the Health District. The staff is polite, the tables are always clean and the line moves quickly. I notice that while waiting for their beverages, people are chatting and interacting. It's a great location for the many people that work in the hospital and UM to gather and it just has a great vibe! I had a few questions about some of the food choices for lunch and the staff was able to tell me about their favorites and they were well informed about the products. read more
