The place was busy, with a line of people all confidently ordering like they had discovered gold. The girl who took my order was warm, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The coffee was delicious, the brisket taco absolutely hit the spot, and yes... I even bought one of their mugs, because apparently I now make emotional purchases over good coffee. I also took a stroll through the farmers market behind the coffee shop, which made the whole morning even better. I'll definitely be back... and, at this rate, probably leaving with another mug too

I got the spring special which was carrot cake, and it wasn't very sweet but they have a station with sugar for those who may want it sweeter. I personally like the less-sweet option, so I'm happy. The cashier sat and talked with me though while my drink was being made and was so sweet. Even to the girls ahead of me in line, it's like she's friends with everyone haha. I strongly but respectfully disagree. It didn't taste like a snickerdoodle to me and there was no trace or even a hint of cinnamon, which is the dominant flavor of a snickerdoodle. It also didn't quite taste like a brown sugar latte so I was a little bit puzzled by the flavor profile. We also tried the banana hazelnut chai and decided to make it dirty. We ordered half sweet and it was still sweeter than my preference but the flavor profile was really good! We were advised to add one or two shots of espresso to a size small. The Small was actually kind of big and I think it could've handled at least two, possibly three shots of espresso without being too strong or overwhelming. The service was pretty average. The woman who took our order did answer all of our questions but wasn't exceptionally friendly or helpful. I don't really have any reason to go back to Lady Java :(

We always sample a glazed and apple fritter. And their glaze was one of the top two we've ever had. It was light and the glaze was not too sweet. In essence, it was a perfect glazed donut. If you find yourself in Mesa, stop by for a glazed donut and try their malasada if you've never had one. You won't be disappointed.

This donut shop is very nice with friendly people in a nice community shopping center (we used to call them strip malls). There is plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating inside. We ordered a combination of cake & raised donuts to taste. We bought, blueberry glazed, glazed old fashion, maple bar and chocolate raised donut. All were very good! We have to say this is the best donut shop in AZ that we've found so far. We will look forward to taking our car into service so that we'll be in the area to get these donuts.

They offer a variety of bread options such as sour dough, white, wheat,etc. we also got some chicken tenders on the side which was surprisingly very juicy and flavor ful. We were told that the chicken tenders were really under rated. Which is true. The staff were super nice and friendly. The came over to check on us here and there. And after we made a bill spill in the table everyone came offering to clean up the spill. They have a pretty wide open dining area. The floors are clean and really tidy. The only thing that didn't quite hit were the home fries, but everything else made up for it. Service was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and very welcoming for a first-time visit. Well worth it.
