It is really great and their coffee with it is , to me , the best you can find! Service was fabulous, although it's very busy during weekends! So you might have to wait a little bit. With the amount of times I have been to this Starbucks, I have never had a bad experience. Every time we visit this Starbucks we are handed drinks literally dripping down the sides. Stuff happens, problem get busy, etc. but it's literally every single time and the staff doesn't care. I've had to go back home and change on my way to an appointment and had to steam car seats because milk based drinks dripped. I finally called the Starbucks Corporate Customer Care line. The first time they were apologetic, asked if I had the car detailed (I cleaned it myself) and added a credit to my account assuring me they would address the issue. Ok, again stuff happens and maybe they just needed to know. Next time we go, same issue. Ok, it takes time to resolve issues...next three times...same issue. So I call again. (This has been about a three week time span.) Apologies, they'll address it with the district manager, etc. I explain this is a regular thing and only regular at this location. That was last week so we try again. We're handed drinks that have been sitting in the sludge spilled when they're all over filled and one that has the typical problem, someone overfills it then squeezes a lid on so coffee is just oozing out around the entire lid. My daughter is driving and hands me the drink and try to cup my hand under the drips. It's on my lap and on her car seat. We ask for napkins and are handed a wad of three or four that are immediately spent dabbing the seat and trying to wipe the sticky mess from the cup. It's still a mess and now we have coffee in the seat so I ask for a wet napkin to dab it up. You'd think I asked for the girl's first born. She stares at me and I tell her we have coffee all over the seat and I need to clean it. She hands us some sort of chemical wet wipe. I'm not using unknown chemicals on a cloth seat to bleach it out. At this point I'm done. Coffee is still all over my hand, dripping down the cup and we have a sticky wad of napkins so I take the loss and put the nasty cup in the cup holder knowing it's now a mess and call Starbucks again. The person I get takes notes and claims they're escalating the issue. I tell them this is the third call but there have been upwards of 20 problem drinks. They don't care and clearly the manager and district manager of this location don't care. It's unfortunate because this should be an easy fix but nothing has been done for months. So, off to Indian River Coffee from now on. It's out of the way but at least we know the people care enough not to hand caramel covered drinks out the window and if there was an issue I'm confident they'd be kind enough to hand us what we need to clean up. The pics below are AFTER we cleaned as much as we could with what we were handed. When then had to get cleaning materials at home and clean the sticky console and the cloth seat. By the time we were done my iced caramel macchiato had continued to drip around all sides making another lovely puddle of goo on the counter and the ice had melted so much it wasn't even drinkable. read more

Standard Starbucks that has a nice drive-thru and plenty of parking and seating. As with most other Starbucks, this corporate store has a very standard menu with little variation compared to other locations. Service was good, although, not the friendliest I have had. read more

Clean seating from the bar to separate tables. Want to sit in a chair? A couch? Outside?! They've got it. Need a clean bathroom? Got em. Normal snacks and coffee for sale. Mugs. Drink counters for your additional sugar or coffee sleeve needs. A dedicated mobile order pickup counter right at the entrance. Sweet. Don't frequent this location unless I'm in the area visiting family. One of the best locations in the area for sure. Friendly cheery staff. Polite. Prompt. They take your drink order personally. Sometimes pulling into this location can be a pain. That's just Wickham traffic, store is in a good location. We all know it's a bit overpriced. The Starbucks on Wickham near Titan road is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. When I received my drink it was leaking with oatmilk all down the sides. We forgot to order a drink and asked kindly if we can add something else and was told NO in a very rude way..... "Probably not bc I have a line". My drink is super weak for a Venti. It's full of milk and doesn't taste as strong as it should. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. Starbucks never fails me but the service from this store just blows. read more

I can say without fail that every time I've been to this Starbucks, my drink is always perfect. This is the Starbucks I frequent the most, and I have not once been disappointed. I use the mobile ordering often which makes like generally easier and everything. I'm not sure what it is, but compared to the Starbucks on Eau Gallie and US1, this location is far superior !! So this is another long over-due review. I considered not doing a review because after all it's Starbucks, but being that I frequent this particular location very, very often (sometimes even daily), I figured I owed it to myself and fellow yelpers to review this shop. Why do I dig this particular Starbucks in particular? Well, for one, it's right around the corner from my parent's house. When I'm in Melbourne, it makes for a quick commute and easy escape from the house. Secondly, the staff is pretty friendly. They always greet you as you walk in. Sometimes they engage you in conversation which I particularly enjoy. One time I was even invited to a coffee tasting and schooled on the intricacies of expresso (which was quite interesting; I had no clue that expresso loses it potency/ effectiveness in like 30 seconds). Now that Starbucks has free wi-fi, I can hang out, surf the net, listen to tunes, and enjoy my coffee in a comfortable atmosphere while doing a little people watching on the side. I have really learned to love the bar that they have as well. It's a little nook that allows you to peer in on the employees every now and then as they seamlessly prepare drinks. The only thing is they used to have a camera that showed the drive thru people which I found pretty entertaining. It's never on anymore! But that hasn't deterred me from going back. It's a clean, nice, fairly quiet location. read more

Knocking a star off, hopefully this was a one off on this visit, this has ALWAYS been my favorite Starbucks, and as sad as it may sound I volunteered to come to Melbourne for work just so I could stop here. My shots were so dead that I could smell the bitterness when I pulled the stopper out, and the young lady that prepared the drink, rather than use the filtered water (which the other Barista had used on the drinks ahead of mine), automatically headed over to the coffee maker and used the unfiltered water. Mine is a simple drink, 3 shots of Espresso (not dead) and filtered hot water, nothing else. I will continue to stop in the next couple of times I am in town, hopefully next time will be a better experience. read more

The Baristas are really nice but I keep getting charged extra for soy milk for my brewed coffee. When I mentioned it to the barista she told me that it's an extra charge because I wanted it steamed. I used to work at Starbucks and was never aware of this charge. Next time I went I didn't ask for it steamed, yet still got the 70 cent charge. Not only that but I ordered a tall and got a grande.(which is no problem) The problem is that the coffee was definitely not blonde roast... leading me to believe I got someone else's coffee OR they ran out of blonde and gave me a darker roast. I didn't have time to go back but will be taking my receipts from now on and making sure I have the right drink. Just very frustrating :( read more

Just rarely a pleasant experience. I thought I was doing a good thing by buying local. Instead the manager made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I was not told "nicely" not to touch the counter. I was the only one in the store but they literally insisted I follow the dots to the far exit. Sad. I frequent starbucks at least 3-4 times a week. Usually at the location closer to my house. I guess i should of stayed with that location. This was a big disappointment. I got my drinks they were loaded with ridiculous amounts of cream. And one was done with no care at all. Sorry but paying 7$ for coffee i expect it to come out right and to be recreated at other locations( the whole beauty of having multiple locations) but this was a huge miss. I went through the drive thru and had to walk back in because i was not going accept the sub par drink i paid 7$ for. Got the remake and it was still done incorrectly. I will avoid this location from here on out. Go to the eau gallie satellite beach location they are on point! Not this one read more

It's overrated and overpriced coffee. I only came here with friends and otherwise would not have chosen this place. I just ordered a plain coffee with 2% milk and it was like pulling teeth to get the employee to understand my order. I'll never understand peoples' obsession with Starbucks. I have always been impressed with how this store is run. The mobile ordering in particular runs seamlessly. Being able to walk straight in and pick up an accurately prepared order without having to wait even one second for someone to get it from behind the counter is fantastic. This would be great enough on its own but I'm even more impressed that in the quick moment it takes me to grab my order, one of the employees still almost always manages to offer a greeting and thanks, often even using my name (which they remember from preparing the order). It's fantastic, smooth, and saves precious seconds on the way to a meeting especially when getting coffee for a group. Kudos to this obviously talented and well managed team. Someone is taking the time to think through details that have a big customer service impact. It's made this my go-to Starbucks over others in the area. After having consistent issues with another location, I now go out of my way (even on my work commute) to stop here. read more

I made a mobile order before I left my house and got to the store about 6 minutes later. There were only 3 cars in the drive through and a very nice couple ahead of me in store. I waited almost 5 minutes before being asked for the second time what my order was and was then told there was no topping left for my drink. I quickly told the barista what to use instead and he continued making drinks, one of which I was hoping was mine! Almost another 4 minutes later he went by the drive through window, which was open and the temperature is around 40 degrees outside, and grabbed MY coffee and added topping to it, grabbed my food that was bagged already ten minutes earlier and handed it to me. When I asked if it had been sitting there the entire time he said no and that he had just set it there! Why lie?!? Now it is Christmas morning and I refuse to be a grinch, though I have my grinch socks on! I even left and tried calling to speak to the manager, but no one would answer the phone because they saw me calling from the parking lot. I loved Starbucks for a very long time, and still love when my drink is right and hot! But the customer service is lacking lately. It sucks but I will move my business and my money elsewhere. Drive through is usually not long of a wait, cashier is kind, I usually get a cheese Danish and they always ask if I want it toasted. It's the little gestures that gets things right. As far as the place, it's clean rarely I see trash sitting around on the tables. read more
