So Starbucks coffee, in my opinion is not 5 stars as I don't prefer their coffee or drink selection. This 5 star review is based on what I am agreeing to receive as I enter a Starbucks. It delivered what I expected in a great time frame and with ease. Great drive through experience!! The line wasn't long, they made everything quickly. I had my caffeine and was "out the door," which is exactly what I wanted! The staff was kind and patient. The drink was delicious and it was consistent with other Starbucks. They don't offer anything that you wouldn't typically see at a Starbucks nor do they have anything missing. read more

Super nice people, but they don't make the drinks very well. I got an iced chai and went back in to have it remade because it had barely any chai in it and only tasted like milk. She remade it and it once again had barely any chai and tasted only like milk. Literally looks white. This is my go-to location and is by far my favorite in the area! I never look forward to Starbucks while traveling bc it is never as good as my local store. I drive through 5 days a week and my latte and the fast, friendly service are ALWAYS consistent. My husband and I grab drinks from this location quite often, however each time we visit, we are greeted with nothing but a dirty look and cold shoulders, the associates are beyond rude. We've often looked past it and expressed that we are thankful for their service and they continue the dirty looks and ignore us. If the franchise owner or manger is actually reading these reviews, I'm sure you understand that proper service is a must in order to run a fully functioning establishment. We should be able to come in and grab drinks without receiving dirty looks for genuinely existing as a customer. We stopped in to order three drinks on our way to the airport. There was a long line in the drive through, so we went inside instead. After paying $18 and waiting 30 minutes for our drinks no one could tell us where our order was or when it would be completed. There were five people behind the counter- two were standing around talking. We had to leave to catch our flight, so I told the women by the register we were going to have to go if our order could not be completed right then. When I complained, a refund was not offered. This is not the Starbucks experience I'm used to. read more

Wow......really? My husband is a military veteran and saw that Starbucks offered a free coffee for active and retired military on Veterans Day. So he went to get his drink and said that he didn't drink coffee but did drink espresso could they do that? .10cent difference, they said no. Only car in line. Ordered a very simple drink with no whip cream, which was repeated back to me when the order was placed. Pull up to the window, and saw a worker on her phone while the other one is cleaning. it took 8 minutes to get the drink. Aaaand...they messed up the order and had to redo it. read more

The positive was the drink was good, but it wasn't ready when I ordered it over the mobile app. In fact, when I had asked about it they had no idea?! The "Starbucks Kids" running it on a Sunday morning like their social club. Yep, so true. Oh well, at least they get some to show up to do something. I went to this location to get a coffee at night for my night shift and went 10 minutes before closing and they ignored me in the drive thru didn't take my order after waiting 5 minutes and even saying hello every once in awhile and made eye contact with some of the workers when I saw them through the window there was a couple of them,this Really left a bad experience with me especially getting ignored like that and wasting my time and gas. Should of just gone to Dunkin' donut's across the street. read more

This location has one of the best staffs I've encountered. Stephanie, the manager, is welcoming and competent to keep the store in tip top shape. They keep the coffee freshly-brewed more effectively than many stores. It's a pleasant environment to relax in since they don't turn the music up to ridiculous levels. read more

Very, very slow service. Got my sandwich and yet waited over 5 minutes for a simple coffee with creme and sugar. Indoor seating is never open like other Starbucks nearby. Manager approached me to tell me that seating was not available. Fine I get that people are afraid of COvid but I shouldn't have to stand around for 5 minutes waiting for coffee. This is definitely the better of the Starbucks in the area but the coffee is still not my favorite. I have Starbucks gift cards that I need to use up, but once I do I doubt I will return to any coffee shops. This location is wonderful for studying/working and it definitely feels more like a local coffee shop than the usual stiff Starbucks interior decor. I opt for their iced tea and their old fashioned donut which is delicious. I would also recommend picking up one of their reusable cups once COVID is over because it is very inexpensive, saves you money, and helps save the planet! read more

The slowest star bucks I have ever been to. Unfortunately they are the closest one to me but the truth is the one in the Kroger is way faster if you can just run inside. Seriously though, I can't believe it's so slow. I have been through the drive through because sometimes I need to but I'm actually writing this in line because I just have the time. I'm only writing this in hopes that the management sees it and enough reviews like this are written and it convinces management to figure out what the others are doing that is so much better. This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. First I like to go inside to receive my Starbucks and the last few times it has been raining and none of the employees park in the back and they all park on the side right by the front door which leaves no close parking for their customers. I am usually arrive early in the morning and they never leave cream out to out on the stand for coffee. Most Starbucks offer 2% and non-fat milk and this location will not leave out for their customers. I would go inside Kroger for better service. read more
