The staff is very nice but it's always understaffed on holiday weekends, which is when I roll through. I don't understand. They are on a main travel way from San Antonio to Dallas and the only Starbucks on this route and rarely do they have more than 2 employees. The waits are ridiculous. They often stop taking orders because they are so far behind. I actually used to live across the street from this location when it first opened. Y'all. Y'all.... This is seriously the most unfriendly cashier at a Starbucks I've ever come across. She just isn't happy with her life or her job. The majority of the staff seem to try to be polite, but living in fear of this woman with the upside down pursed lips at the register made them not so awesome, either. Someone get this lady a kitty and a hug... maybe even some balloons and flowers. Help her out! It took fooooorrrrreeeevvveerrrr (that's me saying forever in really really slow motion, like the turtle setting on snapchat, but slower) to get my one cup of coffee. There was a father and son before me, and one car in the drive thru. Maybe they went to pick the beans, roast and grind them all right then. Seriously. It took that long. Then, they don't say anything when they put it on the counter like other Starbucks; they just put cups up there and walk away. This is the Starbucks where all the really angst-filled, "life is just no good" people that work for Starbucks go to die. The coffee wasn't that awesome either. I think it might have something to do with the flavor of despair and sadness that was mixed in from the energy here. Wow. But don't worry, even though Marble Falls is a small town, this location is the real deal. Looks nice inside, and my iced coffee was prepared quickly and professionally. Good people work here, however I'm tired of my coffee spilling everywhere because of where the cup overlaps and the lid doesn't seal the area. Ive had a breakfast sandwich that was served frozen in the center and coffee grounds in my last few sips- things that upset me, but this location always fixed it the next time around, which I appreciate. Also, Starbucks doesn't support the community by allowing members to put local event posters inside. We go to numinous now. The coffee is so much better, it doesn't spill all over us. We stop at this Starbucks often on our drive between San Antonio and Fort Worth. Normally we get fabulous service, including getting what we ask for. This time tho? Not at all. Messed up our doppio macchiato and a very basic hot tea. On top of that, barista didn't seem to care when we asked about how she made our drinks. This all sounds like a prissy complaint except how do you mess up 2 shots of espresso and 1 bag of hot tea and then act like it's not your job to deliver what we requested? It took a long time to get our drinks and my matcha green tea frappucino was still almost sickeningly sweet after requesting only two pumps of syrup instead of the usual 6. I want to like this location so I've been giving it a try a few times in the past few weeks. I thought maybe it would be better, but nope. Totally deserves the 2.5 overall rating it has currently. Constantly getting people's orders incorrect. I almost always order through the app, hoping they will be more accurate, but to no avail. I typically order a coffee and a food item. They forget one or the other, and rarely have both items ready. So many employees meeting with the owner/manager, there's very limited spaces to sit. Also, can you sweep the floor in the corners and by the baseboards??? I see the same crumbs and droppings day after day under the tables. Today, a flea jumped on my hand on the tabletop; which confirmed how I was bitten up on my ankles and legs from two days earlier when I was there. (At least it's not bed bugs.) I read there is a new location coming, and this one with be remodeled. Here's hoping they can also revamp their service quality. read more

I usually get tea (iced or hot) at this location because I know they can't make the coffee drinks very quickly. Today, however, I decided to get a coffee drink because it's my birthday. I knew going in, since it is Black Friday, they were probably going to be a little busy but I didn't expect them to have the drive thru completely closed. That's not really a problem for me but it was just surprising seeing that they weren't super busy (there was NO line inside just three people waiting for their drinks to be made and NO DRIVE THRU LINE). I ordered my drink and used my birthday reward and everything was fine until I got my drink and I left. I took the lid off as i usually do to cool it down and the top two inches of the cup were empty. I understand that there probably was whipped cream on the top, but two inches of whip is WAY too much. I used to work at this location and I know how much whip is supposed to go on top of hot drinks. Absolutely awful. This place needs to be restaffed or shut down because of the lack of training. They have 0 customer service experience & got my drink wrong TWICE. I asked for a salted caramel frappe with extra caramel. I DID NOT ask for a caramel mocha frappe with no caramel. They messed this up TWICE & I ended up just leaving. I don't care how close you are to closing, make it right or I'm gonna make you redo it. I was extremely nice to them & even apologized for a mix up THEY MADE. In the end they didn't get to leave on time & I didn't get the drink I asked for. They even were condescendingly rude to me during the remake & as we were leaving. I can see why this Starbucks gets the lowest rating of all the coffee shops in MF. I've been coming here since it opened, but I think I just had my last visit. These people don't even try anymore! They all seem new, don't care, are even rude sometimes, and only care about socializing among themselves. They often get my order wrong even though there are rarely more than just a few people here. I suppose that after Numinous lured most of their customers away, they gave up! Or maybe the poor service here is why they all left. Maybe the worst run Starbucks we have visited. Stopped twice in two days on trip to San Antonio. On first trip, no toilet paper in either restroom. When I reported it to the barista, she replied, "Oh, awesome!" On the next stop, they were out of some breakfast items and slow to serve others. Also, almost out of soap in the restroom. This is probably one of the slowest Starbucks ever. The equipment seems to always have issues. It is typical to have the staff claim that equipment is broken and they just have one bar working. They tell you this after they get you blocked in in the drive through. I always cringe when asked to stop at this Starbucks. My moments in life are worth more than waiting on over priced coffee. Tuesday they gave me an iced white chocolate mocha..I read the sticker it said iced mocha, Wednesday I told them at the drive through to make sure it was chocolate not white chocolate and got the correct order, Thursday I did not make that clear at the drive through and just ordered an iced mocha and once again they had made a white chocolate one. This time I made them remake it bc I'm not particularly fond of white chocolate. So the staff is nice, drinks taste good, but someone needs to slow down and read the sticker correctly. read more

I just placed an order through the app at this location and was about 10 minutes away. Traveling with my family, with 4 young children, and my daughter needed to go to the bathroom. When we arrived we discovered the doors were locked and they were not letting anyone inside. I asked if my daughter could use the bathroom and the man working the mobile orders refused. We waited another 5-10 minutes and our order was still not ready. When I went back to check on how long it would take, the man working the door was INCREDIBLY rude!! And it was so unnecessary!! I was simply trying to figure out how much longer on the order and he got super argumentative and rude. I wasn't even rude to him! I was just trying to figure out how to get my child to the bathroom as quickly as possible. This is the WORST experience I have ever had at any Starbucks!! read more

I was there couple days ago. I would like to share my experience. I came in to order and wanted to redeem my free drink instead they charge me. Lady who did my order was nice but she didn't pay attention and charge me and didn't want to redeem my Reward. But she refunded me. Employees in there need to learn how to quick and pay attention to customers that are rewards member and how to redeem their free drink. The staff is a solid mix of friendly professionals and hipster weirdos, the coffee costs a lot, and the food is thawed from the freezer before serving.
