SLOWEST Starbucks in Texas. Stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and counting. Can't get out. SEND HELP! We're thirsty.

This is my local go-to Starbucks. Although I've only checked in twice I'm more than a regular. Starbucks can be complicated so I try and keep it as easy/healthy as possible. I almost always order an iced or hot coffee with 2 pump SF vanilla and a splash of non fat milk. Love love love. My favorite healthy drink to get my day started off great! I love Starbucks. Not only for its amazingly expensive drinks but for many other reasons. I love the opportunities they give people to get an education, I love their pastries(that I never eat but love to look at), I love their positivity and great customer service, etc etc. At this particular location there are lots of new faces but that doesn't bother me! They have an awesome lounge area inside as well as a beautiful patio over looking the water outside. Well, what are you waiting for!! read more

I'm not happy with this Starbucks location. I am a member myself and this store doesn't live up to good customer service. I stopped by here and bought two venti espresso frapps. With my discount it cost $10. It took almost 25 minutes before we got our drinks. They didn't look right to me, like they were missing coffee or something. We got out to the car we could tell that there was barely any coffee any our drinks. We didn't bother returning since them since it took so long to get our drinks in the first place and the partners there were not pleasant to be around at all. I'm disappointed and I think that $10 is a lot of money for two drinks that we aren't going to drink. read more

Waited in line for about 45 minutes! We get to the window and wow...TWO employees working the drive through AND inside customers! Staffed by idiots. I asked for a cappuccino, I specified TWICE - just a little bit of milk- PLEASE DON'T FILL UP THE ENTIRE 12 OUNCE TRAVEL MUG. So what do they do??? they literally filled it to overflowing.Then when I pointed out their asshattery, they tried to argue with me and said I "could pour some out." I was half tempted to go back and take my $1 out of the tip jar. Thanks for running the fun vibe on my road trip A-holes! I heartily sugest you find and use the OTHER coffee shop that's right up the street. read more

Im not sure why this location only has 3 stars, I had a great experience here. They were friendly and fast to give me my order.

My fiancé and I were leaving horseshoe bay resort and decided to stop by Starbucks before heading home to San Antonio. We were in the drive thru line for 40 minutes waiting on one drink and a breakfast item. As we got to the drive up they STILL did not have my drink ready and made us wait an extra 5 minutes. This was the absolute worst service we have had, no one even apologized for being so extremely slow and making everyone in this line wait so long. I do not recommend this Starbucks, but unfortunately the people of marble falls don't have too many options to choose from. read more

There are 2 things my wife wants on her birthday morning: 1. Her birthday song (https://youtu.be/DkOv7mO-CLg [her name is Holly but unfortunately all they have on YouTube is Molly, so we make due]) and 2. Her free drink from Starbucks. This year was no different. As we sang "HOLLY" loudly over Molly on the birthday song, my wife said she couldn't wait to try the seasonal flavor "Irish Cream." When we arrived at Starbucks, we ordered the Irish Cream Latte we were promptly told by the barista, "sorry, that's a seasonal flavor so it's long gone. We don't have it anymore." Since it is 2019 in the year of our Lord, I used the inter webs and searched my email from Starbucks. On December 3, Starbucks was kind enough to send me an email to alert me to the new SEASONAL FLAVOR..Irish Cream. It is now 21 days/15 business days since that email was sent out and it is, apparently out of season. I didn't realize that December was broken into 2 seasons...Winter and then Not Winter so Don't Ask For Irish Cream as It's Gone. My wife settled for a Carmel Brûlée Latte with a side of disappointment. read more

Oh wow! We have been in drive thru for 25 minutes, can't see anybody through the window but we already paid so we don't want to drive away the car behind is backed up around the curve and left they got tired of waiting. Somethings not right in our Starbucks today. read more

Awesome Starbucks. Great view from location and cheerful staff. If they make a mistake or there is a problem they are quick to fix it. They are sometimes slightly understaffed but I come often and they make my drink to perfection. My favorite baristas are definitely Sarah and Wynne. read more

starbucks is starbucks. I waited 15 minutes this morning..behind a lady who was doing what I needed to do..pastries for clients. Finally she got her stuff done. My turn right! Nope, a lady butted in front of me and the attendant knew I had been waiting. I walked out. What a waste of time. i will be buying pastries for my clients at more attentive stores. This location sucks. Never again. Glad they got her 4 dollar drink first, after I waited 15 minutes. They lsot 30 dollars of my biz and all future biz. Bye Bye read more

Worst drive-thru ever!! I'm doing this review while sitting in the drive-thru. We have been stuck in the line for 20 minutes. We can't get out because of cars behind us. This drive thru is know for being slow, but this is a new record. 2-3 cars have moved but each one takes forever!!! This is completely ridiculous. If we had an escape route we would have left long ago. read more

If you are not a morning person, I dont think you should work at Starbucks. You cant be serving people happiness in a cup with a bad attitude. It might have just been a bad day for the 3 employees here, but yikes, makes me not want to come back. My mornings are way better when people are happy and chipper. It took forever to get my coffee too, so maybe it was just a bad day, ill have to come back and try another time and hope for the best. read more

Absolutely horrible service from a heavyset, bleached blonde, rude female. Parking lot is the worst design ever. After waiting 30 minutes in drive-thru for my passengers, I personally am not a fan of overpriced coffee, we get to the order screen and the cow taking the order literally cut me off, saying when we got our order straightened out to let her know. I ordered TWO drinks. Not sure what exactly had to get straightened out other than her attitude. AND SHE SCREWED up the order after being a complete jerk, most likely on purpose. I get so excited for the holidays so I can get a peppermint mocha latte. Drove 30 miles tonight to get one. I told the woman twice that I wanted PEPPERMINT mocha. Got all the way home and tasted my beverage and low and behold, I had a plain mocha latte and she rang it up as so on my ticket as well. For that I could have gone to the gas station down the road. Super friendly staff. If there's ever a mess up or the person in front at the drive thru changes or adds to their order & you have to wait they have declined to allow me to pay for my order. Inside is always clean & items are arranged nicely. Great hanging out place to sit outside on a sunny day or take advantage of wifi inside. The coffee is way overpriced, but let's be honest-- you know what you're in for when you go to a Starbucks. This isn't your first rodeo. Look, if I have the time, I'll go to Numinous. Always a friendly place and clearly a community hangout (I've now visited often enough to see plenty of regular familiar faces). Situated near the southern end of the bridge, perched high up on a cliff overlooking the lake and city (with new covered outdoor sitting area!) it may be the best view in town. And there is a fun observation telescope for zeroing in on Marble Fall's famous pink granite quarry, and other notable spots. There's something about the coffee aromas and baked goods at SB that makes this a cozy place to plop down for awhile and read the paper or work on the computer (free wi-fi), visit with someone, etc. And this chilly morning the oatmeal with blueberries is warming. Wish it was open 24 hours! Wish the indoor lounge area were larger with more comfortable seating. And this winter I'm realizing how cold and drafty it can be as well, so if you plan to sit around for awhile inside, bring a sweater. read more

What is going on and why does nobody care???!!!! I have come back 7 times with a screwed up order...shame on me. This place is so inconsistent with taste and quality. The first screw up was them and every time I pulled in after that was my fault. They are always out of stuff, they close the drive thru regularly and the parking is horrendous. The real kicker is you can't tell the drive thru is closed until you're in the parking lot that is so cramped you can't turn around. I spoke with the new manager and she just sat there agreeing with me that it was horrible and she was there to fix it. There's an older skinny lady working the drive thru ( when it's open) who could care less in the most pleasant of ways. I ordered a dragonfruit refresher which is supposed to be wine/dark pink colored . It was like yellow water. She's goes "that's how it looks...I forced her to Look at a picture of it on my phone. She took it and came back saying. "now...it's pink for you". For as much as you charge...do it right! So utterly disappointed and almost get anxiety when pulling in. You should be embarrassed... but to be embarrassed, you actually have to care and no one seems to. read more

Unfortunately this location is SUPER SLOW. Slow to take your order & even slower to get an order. I waited over 5 minutes to place the order in drive thru even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me & when I got to the window I had to wait another 7 minutes. In all it took over 23 minutes for a grande iced coffee. VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more

I bought a Venti Pike on Sunday, 14 Oct around 0615 hrs. Service was fine except for the coffee. On my last swig to finish the cup, I almost gagged on all the coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Nothing is worse then having they amount of coffee grounds to finish off the cup. Of all the years I've been going to Starbucks, this has been the worst experience. read more

We were attending a wedding in Dripping Springs on Saturday March 16, 2019. We had driven 250 miles from the DFW area one way. We had mapped out this store to stop at upon leaving the wedding and making our journey home. We left the Wedding early to ensure we arrived before 10p. We exited and went thru the drive thru at 9:53. The drive thru was not responding. We parked and came to the door at 9:55. The door was locked. There were 2 young ladies inside. One was standing inside drinking from a clear cup laughing. The other heavy set ran to the back. We continued to knock and were treated with 2 laughing girls and finally they decided we were not going away and ran to the back of the store and kept peeking out looking. I would not call this Legendary Customer Service. The store hours were posted as open until 10p. We were two very weary tired travelers just needing a GOOD cup of coffee to make our journey of 240 miles back home. You never know why a customer is visiting and wanting your services, but this did sit well with us. These two ladies do not exemplify the USUAL Starbucks experience. I will not be visiting this store again. read more

The location is great just south of town before the bridge on hwy 281, with a spectacular view of Marble Falls. With a nice large patio. There isn't a whole lot of parking in their parking lot since the building has two businesses. The wifi there is most of the time very slow. I come here some mornings when I can just before work about 7:50am. Sometimes its busy and other times its not, but I normally get my order pretty quick. Although Starbucks may be a chain coffee joint this one in particular has some of the friendliest folks behind the counter! I do wish the building had a little more space for more seating. Busy hours are the worse when you actually want to sit and relax there. read more

Unhappy birthday to me. Every morning on my birthday, which happens to fall on Christmas Eve, my sister and I go to Starbucks together to redeem my birthday coffee. As you can probably imagine, having a birthday on Christmas Eve is very inconvenient as nothing, NOTHING, is open for me to celebrate my birthday. My Starbucks visit is a true treat on this day. This morning we went to Starbucks to redeem my gift and I am sad to say this morning was no treat. After we ordered our drinks we told the window "barista," I put that in quotes as she should be called the "badrista" that I would be redeeming my birthday coffee. She didn't acknowledge that, held out her hand, charged my account and handed us our coffee and shut the window. I noticed that my account had too much taken off and waited patiently to make eye contact through the window. She ignored my gaze like a shopper in the cosmetics section of Dillard's. Finally after staring for 3 minutes she opened the window and said "what's up?" We nicely informed her that we had been charged too much and she said,"ok? Well you should've told me sooner." We told her we did and she then said "well I'll have to get the manager." We decided to wait as, well, ITS MY BIRTHDAY COFFEE! When the manager arrived she tried to place the blame on us saying we needed to tell the "badrista" about my coffee. We told her we did and then she said, "well, it's loud." All I'm saying, is when did Starbucks get into the customer shaming business? We eventually got our refund back, however not without them making the birthday girl feel like it was a mistake for her to be born. Unhappy birthday to me, and what a sad Christmas Eve morning. read more
