My only experience at this starbucks wasn't the best. Maybe they are good, but i wasn't impressed.

While I went here to get my morning coffee, I was greeted by a very discourteous barista named Julia. When I asked her to change out my coffee simply because they had gotten the order wrong she rolled her eyes at me and walked to the back while mouthing, "I'm going to throw up." This Starbucks is hit or miss, half the time I get the right order half the time I don't and have to go back in. The worst part about this location is that every Saturday without fail they have the drive thru is closed and the line is at least 30 minutes long inside. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I love Starbucks products (but not what they stand for). Anyways, my boyfriend and I walked in and there was no line. Yay! We walked up to the register and when the cashier came up she didn't say a word. She just stared at us like we were crazy. I said "hello" and then she started talking so that was a little odd to me. Then after we ordered, the first part of my order came out. Again, I thought it was strange that it didn't just all come out at once but whatever. So we sat and waited ten more minutes. At this point the line was pretty long. Finally they called my name and I went up there but I was still missing the third part of my order. I went and sat back down AGAIN, observing how none of the staff seemed to be in any kind of hurry. FINALLY they called my name for the last time and I grabbed the rest of my order and got out as fast as I could. Horrible experience and I'm obviously not the only one! read more

I have been a regular customer here for years and have never encountered anyone quite like Mr. Jay. I see him quite often and aside from the delicious coffee, he is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming here and as to why I never have a bad experience, so I must give him recognition. Jay is always patient, kind, and has a great attitude with me, as well as with the other customers that I have seen him interact with. While I may not know him personally, Jay seems like a genuine person who enjoys his job and interacting with others, which is something you do not see often anymore these days. My only complaint is that I do not see him every time I come here! Plus, my granddaughter thinks he is a fine looking man and is another "perfect view" for all the ladies to come see, other than the beautiful view of the lake! I visit Starbucks often all over the country since I travel a lot, and the staff here have always been friendly enough -- by that, I mean not rude or short with me... I'd give them 3 stars except the for 2 things: the tables inside are sticky and feel unclean; and they keep the inside temperature so freaking cold in an obvious effort to make customers uncomfortable so they'll leave. The view is very nice outside, and it's common to see the outside tables occupied with no one inside (generally due to the cold, NOT because of the nice view). I hear other customers complain about it constantly. Sometimes they play their music so loud you can't hear yourself think, but generally ok. UPDATE: right after writing this, I went up to the counter to buy more coffee and something to eat -- there were 4 "workers" behind the counter, none of them acknowledged me (no one else waiting to be served) for at least 90 seconds, they just kept talking with each other; then the one who did finally ask what I wanted was NOT friendly nor did they say 'thanks' or show any kind of customer appreciation at all. Not used to that in Texas -- I expect better... read more

Good coffee, bad service! The women that took our order named Victoria was in a huge hurry and was very rude! Felt extremely rushed like we were inconveniencing her. We go to Starbucks all the time and this was hands down the worst service ever. I don't recommend going there if you see Victoria behind the counter! read more

Slow service. Run my teenagers who are more interested in playing than working. NASTY bathrooms. Only thing good is the coffee.

This particular store is always out of baked goods. Every time I go through the drive through, I have to wait for 15 minutes as well. The service is poor, and being out of product all of the time is ridiculous. Management should jump in and fix these issues. read more

Today June 22 @ 9am. Visitor in town, just stopped for a coffee with my wife. Construction going on behind the drive thru so it was hard to hear. The man taking the order got an attitude. Older shaved head guy maybe owner, manager or busboy... Not sure. Really full of himself and not appreciative for business. Time you get a new job or attitude or go out of business. My husband and I just left from the drive-thru. The service was very slow. It was really hard to hear the woman while ordering. Once we finally got to the window, the woman with the jet black hair and hoodie, in her early 20's, was very unfriendly. She seemed as if she didn't want to be at work. She couldn't find our mobile order and so I tried to show her it on my phone and the told her the name it was under. She said, "hold on I'm trying to find it" while rolling her neck when speaking to me. She proceeds to close the window. My husband and I are both in shock. She gave my husband our drinks without saying anything just reaching out the window to pass them over. She finally found the mobile order and never once said "thank you" or "have a nice day". We've NEVER encountered a Starbucks barista as rude as this woman. I didn't catch her name but I made sure to call and speak to her supervisor Hunter who thanked me for the feedback and said he'd see what can be done about that. If I could leave a review with no stars I would. Today is probably the last time I visit this Starbucks location. I've had serious doubts about Starbucks in general since they switched to the company owned bakery, quality is just not the same. This particular location has major service issues. Today there was a huge line at the drive through so I went in and waited in the huge line inside. Only one person on the register with at least 5 others behind the counter. They finally opened a second register placed my order, they gave me my drink but not the bagel I ordered. They said they would get to it as soon as they could. All customers in line behind me were served and at least 5 people went through the drive through before they even started to toast my bagel, once I got my order and had left the building, discovered that it wasn't even toasted, just warmed? Not the end of the world but I was inside the building for over 20 minutes. The last time I was here I asked about the Sous Vide Egg Bites and was told they were discontinued because they were "too popular". At that time they were still listed on the Starbucks Menu on the website. read more

REALLY BAD service. Stopped using this store because I had gone to the drive thru, they handed me a cup and the seam split after I took hold and hot chocolate when all over me and my car seat. They could not give me a credit or a gift card because no manager was on duty. Didn't even offer to replace it. So after two years, I thought I would try them out again. The service has become worst. The last three orders have been wrong. Hot chocolate becomes white chocolate and this morning, large "chocolate" and two banana BREADs became a MOCHA and two bananas. So I called, they are in between managers, again, Russell said they have two headsets and one doesn't work properly. They never know which one it is. PUT A LABEL ON IT, every cup has one, I know you can peel the back off and label the bad headset!!!!! Again, his solution was to just wait and order at the window. NO offer of making it right. I won't be back even tho I pass by many times a week!!!! read more
