Great stop at Starbucks in Burnet while traveling in our Class A motorhome with our Jeep in tow. We were able to park along the side comfortably, which made it an easy and convenient stop while RVing. The food and drinks were excellent, and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal before getting back on the road. Don't honor hours posted, window employee refused to give name of manager, then manager refused to come to window forced him to handle it, then manager finally came and smart talked me and slammed window in my face. I order here at least 1x per day sometimes 2x per day. This is my $ 6.85 drink not full ? The Manger is rude the workers are great, but when you bring concerns up to her, she is rude. I spend at least $75 per week here. May be going to Mojos from now on. read more

This location is constantly not open on time the lobby was closed today I had to wait in line for my online order they only had a sing on the door that said drive thru open nothing stating the lobby was closed and they didn't open at 5am there was nobody to open the location again this has happened on numerous occasions always when I'm in need to run in and out . Hats off to mgr. Sylvie for getting this Sbx location off to a great start -- employees were FRIENDLY and competent. Interior's clean as are the restrooms. Love the new comfy seating! One reviewer said Starbucks is not local. True; plus most of us here find Sbx's Seattle culture out of step -- esp. women having to use men's restrooms (ewww--sorry, guys we are different -- you're just not as clean as girls). We had years and years of Seattle politics forced on us at the MF location -- what a shame as it has the best view in town of the lake. Re Starbucks not being local, re the Burnet/MF offerings mentioned by another reviewer: one has no indoor facilities incl. restrooms AND even if you go inside you can't put your own sugar and cream in--an employee said the owner's fearful of "wasting money" on the courtesy bar. And a second local offering -- nice as the owners are -- has the weakest coffee I've ever had -- undrinkable. So Starbucks offers a better set standard. Like I said, Sylvie's getting the Burnet store opened very nicely and I've already been twice this week, even though I pass the MF Sbx location to get here. I love Starbucks, it's my favorite treat. I love the consistency & efficiency across the nation. This specific Starbucks, impressive in size, was lackluster in upkeep. The staff were a bit miffed that I showed up for my mobile order so soon after placing it. 3 workers and they were a bit harried/frazzled with 2 cars, me, and an empty store otherwise. The workspace behind the counter was very dirty, powders, drizzles & melting ice covering most horizontal surfaces (no clean as you go here). Even the retail area had employee water bottles & random trash on the floor. Very sad to see such a slow store be so unkempt. Ice doesn't go in a nitro beverage and cold foam should actually be foam and and not grainy or clumpy in texture. This Starbucks has a long way to go.... Mojo's is still the cream of the crop in this town. Please train your young employees to appreciate coffee as an art. read more

I'm still so thrilled to have a starbucks in burnet. I like certain things at mojos and certain things at unshakable grounds but nothing beats Starbucks hours or coffee, they also have more healthy food options for those of us mindful of such things. The staff at this location does their best every time, obviously human error happens but they are more than happy to fix it. I love that I can pick up mobile orders in the drive thru to limit my chances of COVID infection. read more
