It wasn't until I finally spoke up and said I was there for a pickup that she acknowledged us -- and suddenly seemed to notice the 6'2" man standing right in front of her. Fifteen minutes went by before I received my food, and I had to initiate the interaction myself. I was not greeted, not engaged, and my food l, which had been ready for some time; was soggy by the time I got it. The ranch inside was even warm from sitting too long. This was my fiancé's first time at this establishment, and unfortunately, he's now hesitant to return if this is the tone and level of service to expect. I understand being busy, truly. But making direct eye contact with a customer and choosing not to acknowledge them, not even with a simple "Hi, we'll be right with you," is disappointing and leaves a poor impression.
