I've only ever come here for drinks but we had some time to waste and decided to try their food and hang out. Ordered drink: Hawaii lili koi - 75% sweet Food : popcorn chicken, fries and pork belly bao bun Played games that they had for guests while we waited The fries have that super crispy crunch outside layer which we loved The pop corn chicken also crispy. Had some kinda seasoning on the outside, tasted like cilantro... but not spicy Very good The buns were ok ... very spicy, and the bun was soggy and fell apart on the bottom and chewy on the top. Came here and it was packed . The line took forever . There was only two workers . It took about 25 mins to get our drinks . My kids were fighting and driving me crazy. The drink was really strong and bitter (like over brewed oolong) and the popcorn chicken was salty. The food and drink came out within 10 min, and the cashier was nice. I'd come back to give something else a try, but wouldn't go for the chicken again. read more

Overdue review. Conveniently located next to Ross & Smart & Final and so if you need to do a grocery run, love shopping and boba, this is a very dangerous location combo in a good way. Service is good. They have food as well, but have not tried. The last time, I finally tried their Vietnamese ice coffee boba drink at 50% sweet and it was perfect. Not overly sweet, just how I like my coffee. My girls usually get the strawberry milk tea with boba. If your kids or you don't like strawberry seeds or pulp in your boba drink, this is one to get. You get the taste without the seeds lol. Recommend this place. read more

It was my first time here & idk how to feel. Walked in, no one greeted us & the girl comes asked us what we want. I said 'we're still looking thank you' so she takes about 5 mins to come back to the register from the restroom. If you work in a food or drink place you ALWAYS wash your hands in the restroom, I'd hope & after you're done in the in the kitchen sink. She didn't wash her hands. She comes out the restroom, tosses her bag on the counter , she takes my sisters order, what can I get for you' 'anything else', just attitude. Needed to stop to charge the car on a long road trip so I picked one here specifically so we could check out this boba place! They had tons of specialty drinks to choose from but then someone arrived behind us and I felt rushed, so I went with the Grasshopper without the jelly. She said she would just ring it up as a honeydew tea since it's cheaper, which was very nice of her but I kinda wanted the lemon with it! It was definitely super crazy green in color but I already knew it was gonna be really sweet. I liked it but couldn't drink it all because of the sweetness, tasted great once I added more ice and water later on! My husband picked the Hokkaido Blast which has Oreos and cheese cream. It was good but again on the sweeter side, and I wish it had a sip lid because of the cheese cream on top. Those types of toppings are hard to enjoy when you have to use a straw. We also ordered fries and popcorn chicken to snack on. She gave us extra chicken which was so nice of her. It was good flavor but too much breading for my liking. There was a steady flow of customers coming in and out for a Sunday evening. It seemed like there are a lot of stores in this shopping center so they seem to have a good location. First time trying this boba place! It was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I usually don't like the boba balls but I could tell this place makes it fresh! It wasn't hard, frozen, or chewy like most boba places around here. Everything was made fresh to order. I ordered the 3ce special and it didn't disappoint! I like how you can customize your sweetness level and amount of ice. The customer service was also phenomenal! We were greeted right away and the cashier waited patiently as we looked at their extensive menu. After we ordered, we got our drinks pretty fast. It felt like less than 5 minutes. This is probably the best boba place I've tried in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and I definitely will be retuning to try their other drinks and food items. It used to be better about a year ago when the owners were there. I recently got a drink and the drinks fell off, they are very bland, no flavor. The service could be better, it used to be good. when ordering the workers don't know what they are doing. 3Ce is just not the same anymore. I used to be a regular but after today I'm going to have to find a new boba shop, my drinks were horribly made I can't even drink it. I had to throw it away. Stopped by today for some Thai tea and eggs rolls. Thai tea was very refreshing ! Not too sweet, just the way I like it. Egg rolls were fresh and flavorful. The sauce on the side complemented the egg rolls very well. Great service, the two ladies working were very friendly. Love the paintings on the wall! Very clean place. The Tiger Milk Tea had brown sugar boba, flan and crema. I didn't enjoy the drink the flan was falling apart like chunky milk the brown sugar boba was good, like the idea that I can do the % of ice and sugar for the drink. The Pineapple Sunset I enjoyed the strawberry jelly which was the best part of the drink, the flavor was very artificial the drink was a nice two tone color. The cups are very flimsy. I did not finish my drink the boba drink was not great. The service took 1 hour to be served arrived at 7pm and left at 8:05pm. There was little seating, we had to stand for 1 hour. When given our drinks we are not called by name or receipt order number, the workers expect the customer to walk up to the counter to ask if it's our drink then they ask for a receipt. Overall, I would not reccomend this place, slow service and the boba drinks are not great. read more

My friends and I loved the food. We got the popcorn chicken and pandan waffle for a lil chicken n waffle situation. BOMB!!! Wish I would have taken an aesthetic photo of my drink (Ube-be) but it was gone too quickly. 25% sweet was perfect. I loved the taro bits. The boba could be a bit more firm. My friend who got a fruit tea said it was OK, and for sure order 25% sweet level. So while it was a hit and miss, overall it was mostly a hit and a promising lil place! read more

The boba was nice and chewy. I had the Ube-be and Tiger Milk Tea, both are delicious. Def recommend getting the Calamari, Shrimp Tempura, and Garlic Fries. The Popcorn Chicken caught me off guard because it's usually a spicy seasoning tossed with Thai Basil. But their take on Garlic flavor Popcorn Chicken was okay in my opinion. Egg rolls are veggie only, which is a good option for people who can't eat meat. Customer service was good. The two ladies were nice and we didn't wait long even during their evening rush. We came from San Jose to visit family down to Fresno. Stop by them on the way and try out some drink. Since there are many boba shop in San Jose so our expectations are a little high but Wow.! First time trying this place and I was not disappointed. I loved that they had coffee jelly because I love adding it to my Thai Milk Tea. Not a lot of places carry it so when I saw they had it I was so happy. They also gave me a free milk tea because they accidentally made an extra one for another customer that had already left the store. 3 Ce is now my go-to boba spot! Definitely recommend! read more

However, I will definitely not be returning here if this specific evening crew is working because of how poorly my order was handled: * NO GREETING: When I walked into the store, all the workers (two girls and one guy) were just talking amongst themselves in the back. There was no "hi" or "hello" from anyone. * RUDE ORDER TAKING: One of the girls approached the register and just asked, "What can I get for you?" Her vibes were completely off, making it clear she didn't want to be there. When I asked if the Mango Coconut + Noodle drink came with mango jelly or if they had mango toppings, she wouldn't even offer a recommendation. She just pointed to the counter menu and said, "No, these are all the toppings we have," even though they had two mango options right there. After I paid, she didn't confirm the transaction and just asked me again like a robot, "What can I get you?" * UNACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTION & MISLEADING CHARGES: The guy handed me a Mango Smootea instead of what I ordered. When I pointed to the menu, he claimed, "Oh, we don't have the noodles anymore, I'm not sure why they still have it up on the menu." The drinks are still exceptionally made but we go here only when we're set to dine here in the campus pointe area my son always gets the Thai tea boba, my daughter likes to try something different each time and I try to get the something lighter like the fruit teas. They had crunchy fruit pastries but we were so full from dining at Ichi shabu down the way. Maybe next time!

To be honest the menu wasn't very noticeable at first but then I realized it was in the corner. They have so much to offer here. There are all kinds of drinks like teas coffees, and juices. You can choose the sweetness level and even add-ins like Boba or jellies. I tried the Vietnamese coffee, which was very strong of course. My daughter tried the brown sugar milk tea with coffee jelly. She really loved that. The place is clean and they didn't have games available. If you wanna hang out for a bit and play a board games.

If there is a problem with this, the business itself should speak up about limiting orders after a certain time and making that clear before ordering or through a sign posted at the counter, that is the responsible thing to do rather than putting low quality into the drinks. I ordered 2 drinks that contained milk so there is no reason for it to taste SPOILED and sour. As for the boba itself, it was almost frozen solid. It was not enjoyable and made me gag.. Had another family member try it once I got home and they agreed that it had a poor taste. She had also gotten one of the same exact drink before at this place and stated that the drink was not made the same way as when she had went. All I wanted was a nice refresher after a hot day in Madera and I can say that I will not be coming back. I hope this location reflects upon this review and recognizes the importance of guests being treated the same way as if they were the first guests of the evening. The drink made our stomachs hurt causing diarrhea before even taking a third sip.

They didn't gave coconut cake, but did recommend their Oreo muffin. Got that too! Paid for it and received shortly later with well wishes! My Matcha drink was REALLY Delicious! Sweet & flavorful! Once my husband and I went in person we knew that it was the perfect venue as it was open and inviting. Not to mention the staff was fantastic and made us feel so welcome! I also appreciated their quick communication. The day of the event was just perfect! Their staff was so helpful and accommodating. You can tell our guests really enjoyed themselves especially having a host bar. Our event was in the spring, so even if there was a risk of rain having a covered heated patio space gave us peace of mind. I can't thank San Joaquin enough for all of their help and would highly recommend them to our family and friends!
