I've been here several times and thought today would be a fabulous time for a review. Upon entry I was greeted and welcomed by not a few employees here, even though all were wearing masks I could tell their smiles were a glow under the fabric of concern. I'm always looking for something different and this visit was no different, gazing up I noticed the "Merrier Together" and focused on the Carmel Brulėe Latte...gotta try! And I would have to say that I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks. Starbucks is a place to either get your morning coffee or just sit there and do your homework. The atmosphere is amazing. The music that they play is very relaxing. I'm a regular customer in Starbucks. The inside of the store is very clean and has a lot of space for you to sit and enjoy your coffee or the atmosphere. When I come to the Starbucks are usually order one thing. It is small pike in a large cup of wine with three extra shots espresso shots and topped out with Heavy whipping cream. Since I am on keto diet, that is the best fat source or you can possibly get throughout the day. They charge about $.60 for a heavy whipping cream but I think that's fine because I whipping cream is pretty expensive it's self I would highly suggest you to visit this place and try their variety of choices.. read more

I live and work next to this Starbucks and utilize it daily for my mobile orders. In the last week alone, my coffee was made iced instead of hot twice (mind you I order the same thing every day). I was willing to look past that because they quickly corrected it. However, this morning, my kids bought their teacher's coffee in addition to our regular order. My kids are elementary age, and I asked for some type of topper for the cold drinks so they didn't spill them. The employee offered me the sticky covers that Uber uses but was stopped by the female manager. She basically told me sorry there's nothing I can give you to cover it, and I can't give you those because Uber pays for them. Needless to say my 100-150 a week will be spent elsewhere. This is the closest store to our house, the kids love Starbucks and look forward to 'happy hour' when it's buy one get one free. I must say that the baristas and cashiers are pleasant and are always helpful. I always make it a point to taste my drink before leaving because they are never sweet enough, I'm not sure if there trying to skimp or what but if you purchase a blended drink 'taste it first'. No shade because I intentionally go to this store because of the wonderful customer service, they really are wonderful. read more

This location just renovated and looks great inside. The location is located on a corner of two somewhat busy streets and the two things that suck- there is no drive thru and parking can be a issue when it is busy and there is only 7 or so spaces. Today I got lucky, only one car in the parking lot (score). The staff here are friendly. The drinks get made with a quickness. Starbucks always smells great when you walk in too. The temperature inside is always pleasant. I am sure we all know what is inside a Starbucks- company merchandise like bagged coffees, food, seating inside and out, outlets to plug in your gadget's for charging and the free Wi-Fi. So why should I mention these things, I know- this is Yelp and that is what us Yelpers do. A typical Starbucks, although due to a small staff, slow service when there's any sort of a rush. They've gotten all my drink orders correct, and employees are for the most part friendly. (and never rude). I typically go at lunch, and have waited over 10 minutes for a latte when there are more than a few people in line. People also bring in large, complicated drink orders for their coworkers, and that can slow things down, too. It would be nice if they had more than 2 or 3 baristas working the lunch rush. The parking lot is frequently full, but there is street parking north on Shnoor Street, although no sidewalk. There is usually a place to sit inside. read more

What can you really say about a big chain that serves mostly the same drinks across the board.., at least in CA. I love the foo-foo frappuccino drinks at Starbucks. I really do. The only problem I have with them is that it's always busy. sometimes the employees can be a little rude. the last couple of times that I've gone in the employees were nice. what I love about them is when I order a drink and they don't have a menu they still will make it for you. Great service but extremely busy between 7:15 - 8:00 am weekdays. I love the fact that if you don't like your drink they will replace it for another. I went to this Starbucks with my family yesterday. Had few drinks that was made by two different guys with half perfect and half undrinkable. I am very upset at first until the other guy TJ or AJ with two letters jumped in and made sure we like all our drinks and apologized. Are you not giving your staff same training? I would give 5 stars for the other employee that remade the drinks and apologized but I was with my family, it was unpleasant experience for my Mom to sip an undrinkable coffee. read more

I have been getting my morning beverage from Starbucks everyday for a few years now... recently moved to the area and started making this location my go-to. One of the worst locations I have ever been to. More than once, they claimed by "mobile order" didn't come through. Once on a mobile order (which I always place with plenty of time ahead) I had to wait 37 minutes and still didn't receive my drink. I requested my money back - which I was shorted on. I went to this Starbucks in a hurry and since there is no drive thru I had to get out of the car. My dog was in the car hence why I was in a hurry. I walked inside and there was a line a few girls in front of me. When they got to the front they started to talk to the cashier and man did they talk! They were chatting it up as if there wasn't a line! A good 10 mins before they ordered and the cashier finally noticed that I'm a customer who wants her dam coffee. This location is for the most part always awesome but on this particular day they were out of the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher and that is my wifes favorite drink at the moment when shes sad, moody, having a long day at work, this is what cheers her up every time and her being pregnant with twins her hormones are just all over the place and the one day when its really bad and i go to get her drink that she loves and surprise her at work and they are out also at the nearby location...HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE OUT HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GO HOME NOW.
