This has been my primary Starbucks location for a few months now (once a week or so visits), and I am impressed by the consistency and attention to detail that I've experienced. I often opt for substitutions and customizations, and I have yet to see a mistake made. Additionally, I order ahead with the mobile app and have always had my order out before the app predicts. Often, my order is ready by the time I get there! The folks working there aren't out of their way friendly (though I'm mostly there during very early hours), but to be fair, I mostly dash in and out to grab my order. Most people do use the drive-thru, so if you want shorter waits, just walk in yourself! I'll be back again soon!

Drive thru is threw the main parking area, also there is an access road behind the Starbucks that leads to some type of strange strip mall...idk kinda weird. So folks were lined up in this access to go through the drive which technically they were not in the drive thru area. They need to really block this section off, things got clustered really fast with people using that access road. Ok, on toooo Starbucks! The drive thru line was pretty fast considering the line! I was very impressed and it was quick. Once arriving at the drive thru window I was greeted with a friendly, smiling, employee! She was very nice, actually felt like she cared about me as a customer and liked her job. She was very sociable and was talkative. Once again I was impressed!!! I highly recommend this Starbucks! Super Dooper fast service, friendly employees, and my coffee was perfect! I will definitely stop here next time I am in town!

I got in contact with corporate and they said that this was a common issue, that the store could have pulled up the order using the order #. they easily pulled up the order. After getting off the phone with corporate -- I received an email saying that the order showed completed so the store would need to issue the refund. I went back into the store and showed the lady I would assume is the manager on duty, the email and again she was not helpful and only let me know that the owner is only there once in a blue moon and he would have to do. 0/10 do not recommend!

Note, if you use the kiosk to avoid the line, half and half is referred to as breve and will cost you an extra $1. There is no cow milk, cream or half and half option on the kiosk. I asked the staff and they told me to put notes in, I had to explain that was not an option either. Judging by the crowd at the store, it must be a popular place and they do brisk business - most of which is stay, sit and chat with your coffee. It seemed to be very popular with college age and recent post college persons - I did not see a lot of gray hair in the business (other than mine). Coffee was okay, tends towards more of a medium to light roast. Not my fave. Not sure I want to pay $5 for coffee again - probably won't be back.
