I'm obsessed with their hibachi chicken, it's amazing every time. The service is great and the workers are so kind.

Everything is just pretty mid-tier. Small chunks of Filet-Mignon, hard, chewy chicken, unimpressive portion of veggies... tapioca in the bubble tea was all clumped together and dry + starchy in the middle. Brown sugar flavoring tasted like the corn syrup I had on my Eggo waffles as a kid. Bathroom wasn't very clean (at least the sink, mirror, and soap dispenser). Service wasn't bad, but wasn't particularly friendly either. All that considered, it was still quite expensive. If you're willing to drive, just go to Mizumi downtown... similar prices for better quality in every department. read more

I ordered a poke bowl with tuna on sushi rice topped with masago, crab sticks, and takuan with the classic poke sauce. This was a such a delicious combination! There was quite a bit of rice packed down at the bottom compared to the amount of protein and toppings though. I also ordered a thai tea with boba, which had a very artificial, powdery taste. The boba is amazing if you're coming here for Boba you're in the right place. I had the Thai tea and my daughter and husband had the strawberry, all delicious. The service was friendly and fast. The food however was a little disappointing. The prices are reasonable, but the food just wasn't that great. The rice was dried out and my steak was mediocre. This is one of my verrrrry favorite spots to eat in LYH. They've got a solid hibachi menu, great options for sushi, and some of the best boba in town! I love to just get sushi from here as the prices are pretty incredible for the amount of sushi you get! I prefer the simpler rolls, and every time I go they prepare them fairly quickly and with care. They also pile a tonnnn of toppings on, like masago or tempura flakes, and sometimes it feels a biiiiit overkill, but it doesnt take away from the quality and quantity of the sushi at all. The hibachi is pretty decent too. If I order hot food from here, I normally get something classic like hibachi chicken, but I also like to check their board for specials as they often have pretty cool options. I'd also be remiss without mentioning the boba--it's soooo so great. I always go for the coconut flavor with bubbles and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and it's right off of Wards road. Pretty perfect if you ask me. Can't wait to visit again soon! read more

I love Boba Tea so I ordered myself one, however the boba pearls were not cooked properly. They were a very awkward texture.

Let me preface this by saying that I love hibachi more than most things in life. To the point where I can be extremely forgiving on how "good" it is because it's all still good to me. This was the worst hibachi I've ever had. Never in my life have I left a meal unfinished (unless I was saving my leftovers). The entire meal was severely lacking salt, or anything reminiscent of flavor. Thank god they were generous on the yum yum sauce because I literally had to smother it over my entire meal to be able to get some down. Unfortunately, I can't say the service was a whole lot better either. I'm not from the area so I can't make a better recommendation, but I see there are some of other hibachi places around, and I'd bet you'd do better there than here. read more

Definitely don't judge by the outside. The view inside isn't the most aesthetic but the sushi that comes from behind the counter is pretty good. I have dietary restrictions and the menu for the Hibachi meals only states the protein and whether or not fried or white rice as options. Since I enjoy hibachi steak I order their ribeye with extra ribeye. My plate arrived with everything plus mushrooms mixed into the steak. I can't eat mushrooms and there was two to three times the amount of mushrooms to steak. I brought the fact that I can't eat mushrooms to the owners attention and that they don't include mushrooms in the menu and I'd like the steak I ordered. The response was steak comes with mushrooms, sorry. The food tastes great but I won't be back due to the ripoff prices for the hibachi, lack of transparency, and clear lack of regard for a customer complaint/concern. read more

Grabbed carry out from Suzaku before heading home and really enjoyed it! I ordered the hibachi shrimp and my significant other ordered hibachi salmon. Both dishes came with onions, zucchini, broccoli, rice (we chose fried rice), and YumYum(?) sauce. I ordered onion soup to go with my meal and my significant other ordered miso. We each ordered spring rolls (4 total) and seaweed salad to split. We both agree with other reviewers that the portions were large. We had enough leftovers for another entire meal each. This place used to be great but yesterday is was terrible. I have nothing positive to say about our visit. I ordered hibachi chicken and filet which should be renamed chicken and mushrooms because I had maybe 4 tiny pieces of steak but about half a pound of mushrooms. The chicken was so salty I couldn't even eat it. We also ordered chicken dumplings which wasnt chicken, I honestly dont know what was in them but they were trashed. The dipping sauce also had a weird flavor. I'm not sure how this place is even open unless it's all the LU traffic for the boba tea. We wont be returning. $50 for 2 people served in takeout containers and throwing 75% of it away isnt how we like to enjoy our meals. read more
