Company made a new policy that people cannot sit at any tables without making a purchase. On May 1st 2025 at approximately 3:15 pm, I observed a paying customer complain that he was previously told a month or two ago that he either had to purchase something or vacate the premises, yet they were allowing a non paying patron to sleep at the corner table for about an hour at that time. The paying patron then went back to his table. I left the location, and then returned an hour later at 4:15 pm, to see the same patron still sleeping at the corner table. I asked another patron if the sleeper had bought anything, and she said "no". Discriminating against old people is completely unacceptable. read more

I previously always stopped at the Starbucks down the road because it was on the right side of the road and slightly more convenient along my route, but their service is not as good as it used to be. I decided to try this location instead and I have not been disappointed! The team has been so friendly, the pastries are always served at the perfect temperature and my drink has always been made just how I like it. This review is only about their drive thru. It's in a convenient spot right off the freeway and main street BUT they are always running out of stuff. Food, drinks you name it. Someone needs to do a better job maintaining inventory. Don't you guys have a system that calculates how much of what you go through a day? At the very least you know what you run out of all the time. Just disappointed that you attempt to go through drive thru to save time and you end up sitting there for longer than you should for stuff that were second on your list because what you really wanted they were out of. I know, first world problems but Starbucks isn't exactly cheap so when I want to indulge it's because I've allowed the craving to fester until I needed to quench it. Drink was fine. My son and I used the restroom and the sink looked like it had never been cleaned, it was covered in soap scum and mildew. The toilet was just as foul. Food is always fresh & service friendly, both inside the store & through the drive up. When I'm able to go inside, I enjoy checking out what new good things they have to eat and new merchandise. This is kind of a trash Starbucks. Bathrooms are always dirty and the workers are nonchalant and slightly rude. I ordered food and a drink, went to the bathroom, then came out and got my food. Stood there for a good 3-5 min and I guess my drink was ready but they give it to you on the other end of the counter lol. They don't say shit... just let you stand there. So we usually get great service from some of the employees here. The reason for the two star rating is that that who ever orders the items at that store must not order enough. Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They don't meet up with the usual high standards of the chain, which are stellar everywhere else. Unfortunately, this location is the most convenient one on a drive I have to do semi-regularly, so I stop here. Three out of three times now (100% of the time) they have made my espresso drink wrong. Normally, that's no big deal as the Starbucks employees are trained to 'make it right' and usually do so cheerfully. For the record, my drink is a macchiato which only has a scoop of foam, but they always pour it to the top with milk... which is a latte. And when I order it, I specify "foam only" so they can avoid the eventual remake, but this place always blows it, despite my efforts to help them out. Everybody here seems grumpy and they are definitely rude about it. Yesterday was my last time. I'll find another SB location. read more

The drinks are decent and usually made correctly but can take a very long time. They will sometimes put the mobile order drinks aside and not move them to the mobile pickup area. The food is sometimes not well made. The customer service could definitely improve The bathrooms usually like a war zone. read more

Don't even bother trying to do a mobile order. They almost always force you to go thru the long drive through line when you have a mobile order. There isn't really mobile order here. They need to stop offering mobile order. The drive through line is always very long too. If you do a mobile order expect to wait 30 minutes in drive through to pick it up. If your drink is iced all the ice will be melted by the time you pick it up. Just avoid this store. read more

I'd give these guys zero if I could. I am a very devoted Starbucks customer and spend ALOT of money with them. I drive to Fresno monthly and stop here each way, each month. I kept thinking, it'll get better. Nope. It gets worse. Drinks are consistently wrong. Like every single time. This last visit was the icing on the cake. It was Nov 29th at approx 1030 am. A young blond was working the register. No greeting. Along with my drink, I purchased several Christmas mugs. She scanned them then pushed them back to me. No thank you. No smile. No bag. I asked for a bag and man that was really pushing the limits of her customer service. She finally decided she would provide me with a bag, grabbed one from under the counter and handed it to me. Finally they open a starbucks closer to the I-5. This one actually looks better from the outside too. Heading on a 7 hour road trip, we decide that it would be a smart idea to stop in for some coffee first.Already running late, we figured it would be quicker to order inside rather than the drive thru. Was that a bad decision, only three other customers inside - one ordered before us and the other two came in right after us. I simply ordered a grande americano while my cousin ordered his usual macchiato. I've been there twice. 1st time (about 5 months ago): I walked in, there was literally no other customers. I walked to the counter, there were about 4-5 workers back there talking to each other. No one acknowledged I was there. I just stood there staring at them like ummmm hellloo (they saw me). Finally, a girl that was taking out the trash comes back, doesn't wash her hands, then takes my order at the register. Bathroom was dirty. 2nd time (yesterday): they weren't taking mobile orders. Out of egg nog. Ordered two ICED drinks at the counter. They called my name and handed me a HOT drink. I asked her to make it over, she made it over with a stank look on her face. The second drink I ordered came back HOT too. They were both wrong and I clearly ordered correctly at the counter. I will be avoiding this Starbucks as much as I can. read more
