We stopped at this place passing through. I really liked it. The staff was friendly and fast. It seemed like it was a popular spot. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. I usually prefer this location bc it doesn't have much of a line compared to the others. Unfortunately, I feel as if the drinks aren't made correctly. I believe this is the newest Starbucks in town. They aren't even centrally located on the main street like the others..but it seems as if they always run out of stuff. Some days they are fast and other not so much. Doesn't matter if you order at the window or on the app. There have been a few times where I've been stuck sitting in the the drive thru line for 10 minutes. What happened to the days wherein you had a set time limit to serve patrons at the drive thru?!?! Anyhow, if you guys are short staffed maybe we should hire some of these high school student whom want to work instead of waiting for the older folks to want to work there. I've got a 16 year old whom keeps getting turned down because the places in town want to hire older people. Part of why we have kids doing crap they aren't supposed to is because they have nothing productive to do. I see this as a win/win situation. One time we saw that the drive thru was long and had already ordered on the app. We got there 5 minutes AFTER the estimated time our order would be done. My husband and son stood at the cash register and no one acknowledged them for quite some time. What happened to the customer service rule that you always acknowledge customers upon entering? What would it cost the barista to say "We are slammed and I apologize. We will be with you as soon as we can?" So then finally our order was ready. They forgot the baked goods I ordered, so husband had to go back in. After they knew he had been there for an order he just left with he STILL wasn't acknowledged, the second time. You gotta pray and cross your fingers, toes and eyes when you come here in hopes its a good day and you aren't going to spend an hour waiting on your tall coffee. Also, maybe create an escape from the drive thru line for days when you don't have an extra 10 minutes to be waiting on your order. read more

I don't know why this Starbucks isn't rated higher, I been here a few times now and every time has been great, the service is friendly and timely. The place is clean and always kept in top condition. During one visit the manager was picking up trash from the parking lot and drive through, upon seeing that made my appreciation grow for this particular Starbucks. Nothing about my experience here went well - I went inside the store thinking I'd save time since the drive thru line was so long. I ordered a grande nonfat blonde espresso w/ 3 pumps of toffee nut. The gentleman at the register didn't take my name but I didn't think anything of it at the time. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting. I notice there is an empty venti cup on the counter. This apparently was my drink and a girl working had called out "nonfat venti latte" multiple times however the drink I had ordered was a GRANDE nonfat with BLONDE espresso, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to know she was calling out my drink when there was only one part of what she said that was correct. Turns out, they were out of nonfat milk and is why there was just an empty cup sitting on the counter. I was okay with almond milk...they were busy and I wanted to be patient with the employees so this was after waiting 40 minutes. AND I left with the drink still wrong...they made it with regular espresso instead of the blonde espresso. No accountability from any employees. No apologies and no initiative to help after I had clearly been waiting for so long. Frustrating and sad to see a location that is running so poorly. read more

They never have anything or they are always out of something - oh and they close at unpredictable hours! The store hours are posted, yet they are closed and the employees completely ignore you. Cafe is suppose to be open until 9pm today 6/5/2022 it's 8:13pm when we arrived and tried to go in. We decided not to even bother with the drive thru. Skip this place go to Dutch Bros - the young folks at Dutch Bros are way nicer these youngsters at Starbucks didn't even acknowledge us - saw us but ignored us. Rude! read more

Tha Starbucks on mercey in Springs is slow had fuck I do not recommend a Starbucks at all. You order for drinks to our maid sitting there with cream, getting all mushy ice, being melted and you add it to drinks and that even mediate what kind of service is that.. I had never had bad customer service at any Starbucks location until today. The lady that helped me out at the drive thru kept arguing with me back and forth that I didn't order 4 cookies. I wasn't even trying to argue I was just telling her that I thought I had ordered 4 cookies and she kept telling me that I didn't. I don't know why it mattered so much if I did or didn't but she kept trying to argue about it since she just wanted to be right I let her have her moment and just avoided arguing with her. Management should probably have friendlier staff working drive thru since it was obvious this lady was having a bad day and taking it out on customers. I was really excited when this location got built as its right around the corner from my house, but since they have been opened they close at random times during the day..
