Usually my reviews are elaborate. But for this specific Starbucks, the food and drinks were normal. THE SERVICE was absolutely terrible. 12 minutes for a hot americano... While there were around 7 workers, 2 busy making their own beverages (more specifically a cappuccino was made for a worker by another worker) Mind you there were no other customers waiting for anything inside. 12 minutes for one singular drink. read more

The dude and I came to this Starbucks in Los Banos in September 2021 as we were on our way to The Area and decided to stop by and get a bite to eat and drink. A fellow yelper was raving about the new Apple Pie Cream Frappe and I wanted to give it a try. I tried at the Fresno Location and it seriously tasted like BURNT garbage so I was hesitant on giving it a try. Well, I am glad I gave it a second chance as I realized I got the COFFEE one and not the Creme!! I am not a fan of coffee so it was disgusting but the CREME was seriously delicious. It tasted like apple pie but of course not the real deal. It was really tasty but a little sweet for my liking. The drinks were good but I didn't like that it was melted :( The dude and I usually come in to potty and be on our way to Mr. Taco. Usually quick however our drinks took a little longer than usual and I waited about 20 to 30 min -_- to find out that our drinks were sitting on a shelf behind the counter just melting away. Other patrons got their drinks immediately and it was very frustrating and no apology or an offer to remake them. It was not a big deal as it wasn't ruined but not that signature frappe consistency we like. It was more like an iced latte. The staff was overall friendly. Go through a drive thru with no other cars in front or in back of me. I was asked to go park in front for a bagel. I said for a bagel I need to park in front. She said yes rudely and just closed the window. Need to train your employees on customer service. read more

Greeted as soon as we walked in and only a few people ahead of me in line. Service was great the entire time we were here which is what I expect and always appreciated at Starbucks. I ordered a grande flat white and grande iced white chocolate mocha and a piece of coffee cake warmed up. I always hesitate having items warmed up but Starbucks usually is good and this one was yummy! I haven't had coffee cake in forever and this one hit the spot. My flat white was delicious and the mocha was pretty good also. I took off a star only because one of the two restrooms was out of service which is a huge inconvenience when you're on this travel route - two is even not enough. As people left, they would notice the cups set out for the 13 soldiers recently lost and never returning home. I choked up when I realized what it was and I'm choking up now. Thought I would visit this location again, in hopes to receive better service than my last visit, a month ago. Nope! I was so very wrong. I saw an elderly man order a simple glass of ice water saying how hot it was outside, being 104°. The Afro-American female worker with several piercings on her face, who took the order simply said his drink would be made shortly. I watched how he waited 8 minutes for a Barista to scoop some ice and pour water in the cup to allow him to have the cold glass of water after what appeared to me that he was almost about to pass out. Maybe when she gets into her 60s, she might understand how a senior citizen might need a cup of water faster than a barista can mix it, from overheating due to the hot outside temperatures. I arrived at 10:23... to be told they're closed. Even though it says 10:30 on maps Understand, this is not the first time I've had an issue with this location but it's the first time that I've actually been pissed me off enough to write a review. I've showed up before closing before and the place was shut down so I always assumed it was because the time on the maps was wrong. But I've come to understand that that is not the case. Here's the thing. I get it. You want to close so you can leave at 10:30. Fine. I would've been totally OK had the girls just come up to the window and said hey we haven't had any customers so we started to close up and everything is shut down. That would've been totally fine but that didn't happen, instead I got yelled at through a closed glass window "we're closed". Me obviously being a dummy am sitting there for at least a full 45 seconds thinking what the fuck? Am I tripping? They legit ignore me waving to ask a question. So I leave and go next door to Dutch Bros. And wow the girls over there would give the Starbucks losers a run for their money. The customer service I received from them was top notch. anytime I go through Los Banos now I will be going to Dutch Bros instead of Starbucks. Maybe I'm crazy, but if I see some place closes at 10:30 I expect that I can go in anytime before 10:30, even if that's 10:28 and get something to go. read more

Very nice staff. Lots of parking. Busy location but very efficient, my ice tea and snacks are delicious.

If I can give zero stars I would employees need training or basic knowledge of customer service If I ask for a straw that should be available to me with a drink that obviously needs one I expect employees not to be bothered by this Also if I ask for a drink carrier they seem unhappy or sometimes they don't have carrier which i find unacceptable since they are charging premium price for a 20 second coffee Also management and customer service is mediocre. Everytime i've come here they always manage to mess up my order. I've ordered my drink many times at other locations and they're perfect but this one managed to mess up my drink. I got my matcha and it was completely chunky and had globs instead of being incorporated into my drink, really unfortunate. read more

I've had great service at this location. Both inside the coffee shop and going through the drive-through, the customer service has been excellent. Inside, food & drink items are near the registers and you can get a new coffee mug at the same time. Great for gifts as well. The fruit & cheese box & pumpkin bread are two of my favorite things to eat. I usually get the hot chai tea latte, but tried the iced version the other day. Juan dropped my sammich. Went into this EXTREMELY CROWDED establishment to consume a delicious tomato and mozzarella sandwich. An employee by the name of "Juan" with some funky little glasses and gelled up hair was trying to show off his sandwich flipping skills to the men (most likely) in the restaurant he was trying to woo. In the process of preparing my delectable sammich he dropped it on the floor. Of course, it was covered in plastic but really? I wish there was another coffee store I could have gotten my coffee from. I asked for coffee with heavy whipping cream only over ice. No sugar, sweetener, syrup. Just coffee and heavy whipping cream over ice. The barista rings me up, but is very confused. She asked twice if I wanted it sweetened. I told her no, I only want coffee with heavy whipping cream over ice no sugar. She gets the hot cup, I told her I wanted it over ice. She says oh. Then asked for my name. She said she under charged me and will have to do it again. I asked her there was a price difference if it was hot or cold? She said yes. So she did the transaction over and I had to repeat myself again. She again asked if I wanted a sweetener added. I said, no sugar, no sweetener I don't want it sweet. I want black coffee with heavy whipping cream over ice. She asked how much heavy whipping cream? I couldn't help but laugh because now I'm getting so annoyed... I said 1/8 of the cup. Just the other day I was taking a drive through Los Banos where I had a craving for Starbucks. As I was just visiting a friend and on my home, I was uncertain of the area. I looked to Yelp to guide me to my desired destination. Upon arrival, I was thrilled to see that precautions were taken due to the current situation. Signs were placed up to be aware that only with a mask shall we be able to enter. As I step through the front doors and walked up to the counter, an extremely handsome young man cease what he was doing and rushed to greet me. "Welcome to Starbucks" he said in a warm welcoming voice only slightly muffled by the mask that covered his face. For a moment the world around me halted. Sounds of machines stopped and blender rattling became dull and undetectable murmurs. It was as if all lights in the shop went out and the ones around him were the only ones that continue to shine, nay! He radiated his own light. Though with most of his face covered, his eyes glistened through his glasses. His eyes as kind and welcoming as his strong voice. His name tag on his black apron, I believe, read "Josh". Frankly, I'm shocked that people aren't coming in here to buy this man coffee, clearly, he deserves it. Snapping out of my trance, I nervously walked over to him. Palms beginning to sweat. AC clearly on, but I began to feel warm. "Perhaps, it was the outdoors", I tell myself. Thankful for the mask on my face that would have clearly outted my nervousness.. I wanted a simple green tea. The words escaped my mind. Like marbles in a tight bag with a sudden tear in the bag. Gone. I have ordered this drink countless times, I have rehearsed and perform these lines over and over without fail. Why now, as this extraordinary man stands patiently awaiting my decision. "Venti Green Ice Tea!" I finally blurted; almost a shout. Without reacting to my sudden uproar, he kindly smiled through his eyes and proceed to print my order and stuck it to a cup. This man clearly is one that values and cherishes every patron that comes into this establishment. Because of him, he had made this particular Starbuck experience one to remember. I hope Josh, with the kind eyes and awesome glasses, is doing well. I hope he's a manager by now if he wasn't already. He is the type of person that would make any place flourish not just by his hard work, but by his energy alone. The way he radiates light and helpfulness is a rare experience that many do not get to feel on a daily basis. At last, I got my drink and headed back to my car, preparing for my long drive home. This is one busy Starbucks. Be prepared for a long line from either the drive-thru or walk-in. I saw them sweeping behind the counter twice while waiting to take our order and while waiting for our order. It must get dirty fast. Also, the bathroom had no toilet paper. Maybe it being a larger town in-between areas makes it so busy. Customer-service was good. It was a little strange that the person who took our order then left and helped with the drive-thru right after even though they seemed to have help. Oh well. I shop at Starbucks every day but for the last seven months I avoid this one at all costs I shop at Starbucks every day but for the last seven months I avoid this one at all costs. My drink is constantly made wrong or doesn't taste right and I understand that they will make it right if I go in there and complain but I really don't have time I can only dedicate the couple minutes that I spend there to pick up my drink I don't have more time than that during the day when you spend that much money at one place in a year do you just want whatever it is you're paying for to be correct. Unless you're ordering the water it will not be correct here. There are other Starbucks in town that will make your order right you should try one of those. read more

Came here 7/24/23 at 6:14pm, left almost 6:50, I didn't know it took more than 30 minutes to make 7 drinks, with only 3 people in the lobby??One of our order was 2 brown sugar shaken espressos with foam on top, got one right away while the other one marinated on the cold bar counter getting splashes of strawberry acai in it. Barista didn't notice because she forgot the customers in the lobby...Ridiculous! Not to mention they poured the oatmilk before the espresso shots, tasted terrible. He was very friendly and took a moment to ask how I was doing and my plans for the weekend and so on. It got busy right after I ordered which seemed to slow things down but the wait wasn't bad. Arrived at the drive thru at 3p.m got to the window at 3:20-30 which is ok since 5 cars were ahead of us but once at window she had two of our three drinks ready. Let me also say they were regular drinks on the menu no special requests. As she's giving me our drinks I notice she had about 15 drinks prepared on the counter and more kept coming except our last drink. We waited another 20 minutes she comes to the window and asks if I need anything. Ugh ya my last drink. I asked her what the process was since she had all these drinks prepared except mine and she explained something about how the machine doesn't print the stickers in order. This place was SUPER swamped when we came. The orders were coming in fast! From inside the store and the drive through. The lines were long and it was hot outside. This location needed to pull together. And they did!!! I was so fasinated by this Starbucks. My family and I came in for a pit stop before we drove all the way to gilroy. I noticed there was orders being put in every 2 minutes and yet they were putting out drinks just as fast. This is a great place that is very very organized!! There was 11 of us. Which means 11 drinks. We were all accommodated the same way and had no problems with any of our drink orders. There was a nice patio set up with tables and chairs so we could all sit around together and talk with our yummy menu items. Inside was very clean and so were the restrooms. The nice air conditioner was blowing soo good on this hot day. Ahhhhh! I gotta say I will definitely be coming back to this location. Especially since im thinking about moving up there. read more
