I really wanted a pumpkin spice latte today so was excited to see the Starbucks! I entered the drive through and have felt myself aging as a I wait in line to order at the drive through. I have lost interest now after 15 minutes waiting but I just can't escape the line. Help me! Epilogue: When I finally was able to order, they told me they were out of pumpkin spice. My drinks and food seem to be consistently normal and staff is always nice. My only issue is with other customers cutting the line off the other entrance. I don't understand why people do this and then get confused when the other cars honk at them. This has gotten to be one of the worst Starbucks over the past year. Orders have taken forever to get even if you order ahead on the app. Each time the staff is laughing and joking and you can tell they are in no hurry despite the drive through line being completely wrapped around the building (even pre-covid). The last time I sat through the drive through I waited 35 minutes for two drinks. Drove across the street to Chick-fil-A and got three meals in six minutes with more than twice as many customers. Been to this Starbucks and the one on the Loop countless times. This one just isn't as good. They make the drinks right maybe 50% of the time. Really hit & miss, unfortunately. Also, be careful that your decaf is decaf (if you're one of those that needs it). read more

Hate to rate this visit so low, but first off we were in drive thru line over 30 minutes (24 minutes just on the straight lane part of drive thru)...I've never had to wait this long at this location with the same length of cars...I wanted to order a grande skinny mocha but this location doesn't do these, so I told the young lady at the speaker just make it a tall cafe mocha. Also ordered a tall caramel ribbon crunch creme frappacion. When we FINALLY got to the window they handed me a tall and grande mocha and the frappacion. I told the young lady I cancelled the grande and she proceeded to say, "the order shows three". I said yes I cancelled one and changed to tall mocha. Poor thing seemed lost, but got a manager who did refund me the cost of the grande mocha. And the caramel ribbon crunch didn't have the caramel drizzle on top, only the crunch was added. But I'll be back and give them another shot... maybe lots of new barista's today? read more

The location on the loop at McCann is much better but this one is closer to my home so ... I find myself here often. They don't always get my order right but they are friendly here. The parking lot is a hot mess & can me daunting, especially if you aren't familiar with this location. read more

So I have been an avid Starbucks addict for over a decade. We just moved from San Diego to Longview and I met a friend today at this Starbucks. I tried to order a Flat White with half as much milk as they would normally use and they wouldn't do it. I tried to explain the cup would be less full (just espresso and 1/2 as much milk as normal) but the lady behind the counter just couldn't get it. Pretty funny considering they would actually be making a better profit by charging me the same and giving me less product. I've never had this issue at any Starbucks EVER! Fast friendly service at this location. They are always willing to make sure the customer has what they order exactly how they order it. Cheyanne is the best barista by far!!! I am somewhat partial about this location bc I worked here while in college. I always receive great service and drinks.
