The specialty drinks are wonderful and the changes post-renovation (spring 2023) are much more cheerful, minus the fact that the workspace is extremely large, and the customer space for ordering and just hanging out is lousy in design and quantity of space. The set-up for picking up things ordered by apps is excellent and right inside the door...just enter, walk a few steps forward and pick up! The employees are very kind and cheerful, and it's not phony, they're genuinely nice people. I really enjoy seeing them every time...which is one or two times a week. The paintings on the long wall are terrible and need to be replaced with somewhat smaller framed prints or photos! The East Longmeadow Starbucks has beautiful framed photos! read more

The old design and layout was so much better before the renovation. It used to be a great meeting spot for the area with seating and a fireplace, now it's just an expensive Dunkin' Donuts with better coffee. I don't normally do reviews but this morning I went to Starbucks. And as I was walking out I accidentally dropped my coffee outside the door. Now I have a 5 month old and was also carrying her in her car seat, and this woman grab my coffee cup and went back inside to let the barista know that I dropped it and I would need another one. Which normally I would have just cleaned it up and not gotten another coffee, cause I was completely embarrassed. But when I went back into grab my remade coffee the barista asked if I needed help carrying my coffee out, to which I said no thank you. And then she rolled her eyes like implying I am not capable of doing so or that intentionally dropped it. I have to say you made me feel an inch tall and normally I don't let things like that bother me but being 5 months postpartum you really are the rutest person I have ever met and I know yyou don't care but I will no longer be going back to longmeadow Starbucks. This Starbucks location is located in a cute little strip mall with tons of parking. The storefront is nestled into the strip and blends in with the other storefronts that gives it a cozy appeal. Inside are tables and chairs for customers to relax and work at, and the lights are slightly dimmer than other locations that give it a hygge feel. The baristas weren't overly in-your-face friendly which was nice. I ordered my seasonal favorite drink - hot caramel brulee late - and waited at the other end of the counter for my order. It seemed to be a busy time of day, and orders were being pushed out by the baristas at a rapid pace without skipping a beat. While I waited I looked at their seasonal items to include their designation mugs and Christmas ornaments. Once my order was ready I was pleased to taste that beautiful seasonal flavor without killing my taste buds with sugar overload. read more

I came to this Starbucks to get a quick drink through a mobile order. My usual drink, I have been having it for a while so I know when its made my way or not and it definitely wasnt this time but I didnt have a lot of time to have them remake it. I told the barista that the drink isn't right and she didnt seem to really care about what I said or even offered to remake it and besides I was running late and couldn't really go back, but I think customer service is important and making customer happy is important because you're paying for a drink that you should be enjoying not because thats the only option. not my favorite Starbucks place but whatever read more

Get ready to stand nuts to butts in the u-shaped line at the end of the restaurant, adjacent to the bathroom. This rebuild is inefficient for customers ordering in store. Y'all have to crowd a row of tables. The layout just doesn't vibe, nice, feng shwey. Just mobile and bounce, the atmosphere isn't welcoming. The young girls that work here will have conversations from across the entire Starbucks. They are speaking really loud to hear each other over "Candy" by Mandy Moore. Please stop having your personal conversations so loudly. It is very distracting and the only reason I come here after 6pm is to avoid obnoxious screaming high school kids. Also the acoustics of this location do not help whatsoever. Otherwise, drinks are satisfactory and bathroom is usually clean. So that's a plus. read more

If the walls of this Starbucks could talk, it would revel the gossip and secrets of hundreds of Bay Path College alumni. As I recently was in Longmeadow for my five year (...oh, sweet Jesus...) college reunion, a rather droll midday Saturday event required a bit of a caffeine boost afterwards. Stuck in the the middle of the town's adorable shopping center (...it was good to still see Talbot's and Chico's and a bunch of hoity-toity Longmeadow Mothers...), it has changed a bit since I was last there. A few less tables and a few less display cases of various Starbucks products, but it makes the seating space ultimately bigger. This is a large Starbucks, able to cram a lot of thirsty rich teenagers in Hollister, looking for their Venti Caramel Frappacino fixes. As the sweet barista took my order, she took the time to ask me if I'd like my Vanilla Rooibus latte with whole milk, 2% milk, or skim milk. After thinking about it, I said, "Skim, please." She asked me if I would like it sweetened if if I would like to add my own sweetener. I thought about this again. Intriguing! I decided to have it unsweetened. The whole concept of actually being able to carefully think about my order without a New York City crowd pushing behind me while a barista takes your order about five people prior to the cash register threw me off there for a minute, folks. I sat with some of my old college friends by the unlit fireplace. We sat down at 2:45 p.m. We left at 6 p.m. We spent the entire time talking shit about old classmates. That's IT. MMMM. This was my first ever experience with Starbucks. That's kind of weird to think about considering their eponymous nature at this point, but Longmeadow was never really much of an expansionist town, per se. The town fought the big corporate boys tooth and nail until the floodgate creaked open with CVS (which gobbled first Ryan Drug and later Bliss Pharmacy) and then Blockbuster and Starbucks. I can't review the first two, because I worked at both at some point, but I can review the place that helped satiate my caffeine addiction up until college. All of the above being said, the Starbucks here has nice service, nice places to sit both inside and outside, and an overall chill demeanor. The lighting helps this a little bit: for some reason, I always found this place to be a little bit less-lit-up than your average Starbucks. I frequent the 'Bucks quite a bit so I have a good base to compare different stores. This one is decent. I say decent because I'm not a 50-something divorcee on the prowl. I feel like 85% of the patrons at this store wish they were on "Real Housewives of Longmeadow" or "Desperate Longmeadow Housewives". The next 9% is made up of high school girls. Usually freshmen or sophomores I think. I usually don't like to look at them. The next 6% is made up of the Longmeadow Police Department. Their hours are lame because they close at 9 or 9:30 and if its a Friday/Saturday they stay open until 10! Rock on! Products are consistent. Staff is nice but forget your orders sometimes and leave you standing at the counter staring at them like a puppy hoping to be adopted and/or given a treat. Its fine if you want one of their drinks. Or if you want to gossip about the PTA. read more

Solid location. I've never had a complaint regarding my drink order and there's plenty of places to sit. It can get a little loud when it's full, but it's not meant to be a library. Also has a good amount of places to sit where access to an outlet is available. read more

This Starbucks stinks. No matter when I go there it is always a long wait for a coffee. Even if there are no people in line many use their app for an advance order so u still are kept waiting. Apparently if u bother to walk in and order ur not as important. My average wait time is at least 10 minutes. The last time I went I waited a 1/2 hr for my order which was given and paid for and apparently forgot about this has happened to me more than once. It used to be a good Starbucks I don't know what happened. I know it's a busy store and I think I'm pretty patient but really I'm all set with this place. Do yourself a favor go to the one in East Longmeadow. The parking lot stinks too. two thumbs down read more

The service was okay, but my daughter tried to find a milk and they were all quite expired.

Great place to just relax and unwind. (A must if you've ever taken organic chemistry or even general chemistry at BPC with Professor Kung!) I especially like the fireplace and the cushy chairs in front of it. There was also a barista (not sure if he still works there or not, it's been a while) who knew *exactly* how I liked my coffee, and always gave me an extra shot of raspberry syrup or drizzle of chocolate syrup on my cocoa even if I didn't ask for it. Very friendly service, even during rush hour. They also have a nice holiday party around this time of year. All in all, a nice refuge, whether it's from the stress of orgo, college roommates, or just the hustle and bustle of a long day. read more
