Barista is rude. No veterans discount while every other Starbucks offers one. A customer, who was sitting and drinking a coffee and working, came up and asked the same barista for a cup of water and was told no! The space is large and welcoming but with service like this, who cares!! Dear Manager, you may want to consider retraining your staff. The experience here clearly does not align to Starbucks corporate investment / commercials highlighting the experience that everyone is welcome and should come in, relax and enjoy your products. I've added the receipt so you can identify the woman who displayed the behavior for each of the customers and myself above. Disappointing to say the least.

Starbucks is the same everywhere? Not really. This place has a capacity of 91 people. Very large open workspaces for people to hang out and work. There's the usual music playing in the background as you enjoy your brew. The coffee is the same no matter what. My usual, Venti Pike. I would love to know the corporate policy for Veterans discounts. Some stores honor and other stores do not. Should be uniform across all stores. This was the first Starbucks that denied a customer that was working g a cup of water. He was told he had to purchase something to get water. That's bad from a billion dollar company. Do better.

This Starbucks is very large and accommodating . There are various areas to work, socialize and mingle. The atmosphere allowed me time and convenience of planning a event. The customer service was top notch and the orders were perfect and made to order la crema de la cosecha

This Starbucks happens to be within walking distance to my preferred hotel. Although Starbucks is not my first option, sometimes the convenience does it justice. Most of the time I order an Americano, as it has less bitterness and is typically more bold than drip coffee. I really enjoy their black iced tea on occasion. The staff here is always friendly even at 6am, which I think is important. Your first day's experience or interaction can set the stage for the remaining day, positive or negative. I've been here few dozen times and always left with a smile. The best attribute at this location is the grand interior. As you walk in, shelves on each side, create a path directing you towards the ordering counter. To the left there a multiple tables, sufficient for at least couple dozen patrons. To the right, a similar arrangement awaits you; however, it has something special that no other Starbucks I've been to has, a fireplace. Picture a ski lodge with comfortable chairs crowding a fireplace. During those winter cold mornings, the glimpse of it instantly warms my half asleep shivering body. Snowfall outside the window only makes this Starbucks more magical and a pleasure to relax at. Why can't we have a Starbucks with a fireplace in San Jose? Starbucks management, if you are reading this, make it happen, I promise I will visit daily.

Often. Have you seen how often I check in??? For client meetings. For get togethers. For coffee. For cocktails. It's neighbor is Cranelli's, my other fave spot for Italian. Just look for the bright yellow umbrellas and you know you've arrived to coffee heaven. Parking can get nuts during the busy hours but there's always one available if you just exercise patience so you can get the aahhmazing Vietnamese coffee. I adore the owners Tracy and Q who are usually on site and welcoming guests or working the counter. They invite you in with their warm smiles and happy soul. Staff is always friendly and ready to serve you the caffeine fix or in my case the cocktails. I am head over heels on the Lychee Peachy, Espresso Martini or Afterwork Refresher if I am not getting the coffee flights. Trust me, you can't drink just one Lychee Peachy. The coffee flights of chilled coffee are customizable (four options you can choose from a rotating list of regular and seasonal flavors). The flights are so Instagram swoon worthy and art itself. I also can't get over the incredible baked goods like the cream cheese cruffins that I won't share. There is such a selection of breakfast items like the lox and bagel that will taste so good with your coffee. The light bites are so yummy and a meal itself. I highly recommend the steak bites, the shrimp toast and the banh mi board if you had to start with anything. I learned that they have a similar concept at the Golden Triangle where Q's brother is the owner. It's on my list though I am partial and loyal to this location. The Coffee Flight ($16) The flights are fully customizable (choose 4 from a rotating list of regular and seasonal options). I built mine with three regulars and one seasonal: The Highlights: The Taro/Ube was absolutely amazing, and both the Pistachio and Egg Tiramisu were incredibly good. Bonus points for premade cold foams that aren't overly sweet! The Critiques: The seasonal Coconut was my least favorite (lacked flavor and had a strange aftertaste), and the cups were a bit heavy on the ice. Still, it didn't ruin the experience. The Work Vibe The daytime ambiance is wonderful and very laid-back. It's a stellar remote work option with: Good Wi-Fi & plenty of outlets Ample indoor & outdoor seating Note: It's peaceful early on, but gets pretty busy by 11:30 AM. Bonus: They source their pastries from La Belle Bakery! I didn't grab one this round, but it's a selling point. Next time I also plan to try out the charcuterie options.

There were people in there working and plenty of people just hanging out. My buddy went for a simple two shots of espresso and I went with a staple iced oat milk latte with honey. The only reason I am giving this four stars instead of five was the quality of the honey. Not sure which sweetener they use, but it was a little too "synthetic" tasting for me. That said, my buddy loved his espresso, and I'm sure there are plenty of drinks on their menu that you would enjoy as well. If I went back, I would try something without honey. The Barista was friendly, I love the overall presentation at the shop, and parking was easy on the side streets. If I'm back in that part of Colorado, I'd go check it out again.

I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.
