Starbucks at Rossio is one of my favourite Starbucks locations in Lisbon. It is centrally located making it a useful place to stop for coffee regardless of whether you're using the station. The interior is bright, unique and stunning, it is easy to understand why this is talked about on social media as being one of the most beautiful Starbucks locations in Portugal. Due to the location, it can get very busy here so you may have a slight wait to order, and then struggle to find a table, there is some comfortable seating available and the staff are friendly enough, speaking basic English to communicate with tourists. I was reasonably impressed with Starbucks in Portugal as a whole, while US/UK Starbucks cards are not accepted, it does appear to be well run and has the same board menu for drinks as you'd expect to find in any Starbucks in the EMEA region. Pricing was also quite good and worked out slightly cheaper than what I'd expect to pay back home in the UK for drinks. Even at this location, it didn't seem priced any higher due to being located inside a travel location, which I'd unfortunately expect back home in the UK for example. They're open until midnight which is great if you fancy a coffee a bit later in the day, again this is something you'd never find back home in the UK in such a central location. As someone who likes coffee in the evening, this is another huge positive for me. I ordered a Venti Iced Gingerbread Latte with no sprinkles, I did have to wait slightly longer than I would have liked for my drink due to them being busy and originally making my drink with sprinkles, however, the barista realised his mistake before handing me my drink, and apologised for the wait. I appreciated the apology and how he acknowledged his mistake without me having to point it out. 4* - One of the better Starbucks in Lisbon but also one of the busier locations they have. read more

Great location. Centrally located. Wondering service. Lots of foot traffic, so noise level Is high. Much better's selections on pastries and better coffee than the ones in US. Watch out for your belongings. read more

OMG!! Another Starbucks.. Oh joy!! Yup, just what the world needs, another Starbucks. I came here because my friend collects the Starbucks Mugs, and this is just about the only game in town. This Starbucks has all the creature comforts to which Starbucks' fans have grown accost owned. And this is probably why so many tourist seem to camp out here for hours. For me, this really represents everything that I try to avoid in travel, for the last thing I want to embrace when I'm abroad is American corporation machine. However, a number of tourist spend hour upon hour drinking coffee, surfing the net, and basically trying to forget that they are in Lisbon. I guess for some, "There's no place like home... This Starbucks is always busy because of its amazing location. I love coffee and I enjoy the different flavors you can get at Starbucks, but I feel like Starbucks outside of the US is usually never as good. Portuguese are known for their mini coffees (espressos) so if you want something that isn't over by the first sip and you want different flavors, well then Starbucks is more or less your only option in Lisbon. read more

Very rude and aggressive manager! He yelled at me and two other elderly customers when a precariously placed fire extinguisher fell over while we were trying to enter the code to get in the toilet. It was placed on a TRIPOD contraption, the kegs of which extended into the area where customers had to stand to read the numbers on the code panel for the toilets. My foot hooked in it as I was stepping back. Nothing was broken and it was easily repositioned, but the the manger started yelling and was very rude and insulting. read more

I was lucky enough to travel quite a bit, as well I lived in several countries, and from all the Starbucks stores I've been....This one was the only one where I have problems with .... more often than not the service is subpar, usually crowded (but that is understandable) and well as a fan of the most basic drinks (americano and latte) I lost count of the times they failed to do mine reaching the weirdness oh hearing "I know you ordered a latte but I made a tea instead" no apologies and no acceptance of blame read more

A big Starbucks, central Lisbon. Busy and noisy but it's such a large (as in high) place, that it's very much ok. If you're in a small hotel room, this is your living room. There's coffee, you can lounge your brains out and wifi is free. For 45 minutes that last much shorter every time :) So you need a lot of coffee! read more

The atmosphere is great but they think that Cafe Americano means 1 shot of expresso in a large cup filled with hot tap water. It was disgusting! Maybe they get the other flavors right. I hope so! read more

Good service and both english and spanish speaking crew. My only complain would be the restroom which were un horrible condition today. Horrible smell and no toilet paper :S far from ideal. The rest is the same starbucks you can find in any other city. Their system is highly standardized and they deliver coffee with the same consistency everywhere. read more
