This is a great Starbucks location! My daughter and I decided to stop by Starbucks on Saturday. This location is at Sunset/Pecos. We ended up going through the drive-thru at this Starbucks. The wait wasn't too bad, approximately 5 minutes to get our order placed. We had ordered (2) chocolate cake pops and a medium hot chocolate. The drive-thru was quick and the gentleman whom provided us the order was super friendly. He asked how our day was going and if we needed anything else. The hot chocolate was delicious. No special requests for the order. My daughter enjoyed her chocolate cake pops. It looked like it was covered with sea salt on the outside. I visited this Starbucks location on 15 February 2024, I ordered a Customized Iced Shaken Espresso w/ Oatmilk 2 Pumps of Mocha Sauce, Caramel Brulée Topping, 3 Pumps of LC's via the App. My Drink was made perfectly and included everything I ordered and was ready in the Pickup Area when I arrived which shows great customer service!! On a hot afternoon cold drinks sounded like just the thing. The drive through line had the parking lot jammed up, so we parked in the next lot over and walked in. Inside was neat, clean, and quiet. This has been my new morning go to spot and while I usually don't give Starbucks a 5 star because it's Starbucks, but this location is a little different. Inside is always clean and plenty of tables and chairs to sit at. Service is a 5 star for sure. The employees in the morning are super friendly and always top notch. They also crank out the drinks and get you on your way very quick. Every drink has been made perfectly and left with a smile, have a nice day and thanks for coming in. In the "before times" I used to love coming into this Starbucks to not only use the restroom but to have a seat and chill out with my latte. And yes, the bathroom in this location used to be very clean. I say used to be because I haven't set foot inside since March 2020. They could still be very clean!!! That being said, I do still utilize the drive-thru about once per week. I know most Starbucks look alike but I think the ambiance in this one is one of the best I've been to in this city. It feels warm and cozy with a variety of seating and tables. It also helps that the staff is super friendly. I know the staff is still super friendly based on my interactions with them in the drive-thru. I almost never have a problem with my order and items seem to always be correct. Stopped by Starbucks on my way to work after getting blood work done. This Starbucks location is less than a mile away from my work and I still had time to spare, so I figured, why not? The drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot so I decided to go inside. There was almost nobody inside compared to the drive thru, which was very unusual since it was still very early in the morning. Though I really don't frequent Starbucks these days anymore, they made my coffee just the way I liked it and gave me a nice head start on my work day. Great customer service as well! This also looks like the perfect location to work or study. It's very roomy with many tables and chairs all around. The drinks we received were great and came out quick. Usually I avoid this location because it's always packed, but today it wasn't too bad! Unfortunately though, the service at this location was a 2/5. The cashier with short red hair was possibly having a bad day but just did not look like she wanted to be there at all, even when taking the order. I repeated my first drink order twice but it came out wrong (it was for a friend, so I wanted it to come as he requested). I'm not one to complain direct to a manager, as we never know what someone is going through. But my partner quickly mentioned to (who looked like) a team lead that their cashier was a bit rude/unfriendly, only for them to basically eyeroll each other. Needing coffee after a long night this store was on the way to the tattoo shop. When I pulled up it was going to be my regular Venti Cappuccino. Today, with an extra shot to that Venti for pep! My mind was forever changed when on the glass doors I noticed they had nitro style coffee at this location. Inquiring about details of this style of coffee at the counter. The store associate informed me; that I was in luck today. They have the nitro coffee in stock. Their 24 hour period worked then for preparation for the nitro coffee last night. Music to my ears! Here's a tidbit: the nitro coffees only come in tall and grande. There is no Venti size. And. Why is this? The amount of caffeine is excessive so cannot offer in Venti. The cashier was so polite and informative. She took my order with clear, conciseness. I would recommend this store to anyone. Down at the end of the counter by the barista I wait for my coffee. When the barista called my name I stepped up and she slid it across the counter to me. Now for the taste: Starbucks claims this Grande Nitro Cold Brew is "perfection in a cup!" A last minute decision to apprehensively choose Starbucks over Sunrise and it did not disappoint. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks (as their matcha isn't real matcha, their drinks are too sugary for my liking, etc.) but this location has always exhibited such friendly service! Regardless of the rotation of baristas, I am always meet with such kindness and they are ready to help regardless of how busy their location can get. I remember not too long ago, I ordered a water along with my drink and they were having issues with their water. One of the employees said "no worries it's on me" and gave me bottled water for free. I am a regular to this Starbucks location ever since it opened. It is conveniently close to school and provide a great place to study. There are a lot of seating areas and a long table to accommodate if you have a large study group. There are outside seating too if the weather is nice. This place does get busy both inside and outside (drive-thru) at certain times. It can be loud sometime and may not be a place to study if you want peace and quiet. However, I just bring my headphones and it will drown out the noises. The staffs are always friendly and I never had any issue with any of my drink orders. I continue to come here to study often when I need to get some work done. The wifi is fast and never had an issue with connection. Also, it's a bonus that you can get refills on coffee or tea to keep you going. read more

Time to update my review because I am honestly just exhausted from this Starbucks Location. I literally spend $20 a day at least five days a week at Starbucks and sometimes I happen to be passing this one instead of the amazing one that is on Eastern and Russell. So I sometimes order here not no more I'm done. They used to be out of everything I wanted and now I always ask for a Trenta ice water with extra ice or I'll ask for a Trenta cup with just extra ice and not water. This is while I have a $20 minimum transaction of course. This is the only location that refuses to give me a Trenta and will only give a Venti. Maybe it's policy maybe it's not but honestly I think if a person recognizes you because you spend so much money in the establishment then it should not be a big deal on a $.10 cup. So let's say I ask for one a day when I go that would be a whole two dollars a month when I'm spending over $500 a month, Just done with them, BTW I VERIFIED AND STARBUCKS DOES BOT HAVE A POLICY AGAINST GIVING A TRENTA WATER read more

Have been ordering the same coffee at this location for years. Placed the order today and the girl acted like I was from another planet. She made repeat me repeat my order five times and have no idea what I was asking for. She put her manager to the microphone who then told me he's worked there for 13 years and told me he's never heard the coffee ordered the way I ordered it When I got to the window Ari Bree Handed me my coffee without a word and started to close the window. I asked for a straw and she handed me the Straw and closed the window without a thank you or anything. I sat there waiting for her to come back but she never did. I'll give this please three stars because I know SOME of their workers are actually trying. However, there are quite a few who don't do much at all & don't put forth the necessary/common sense effort a person is suppose to put forth when working a service job that involves drinks/food etc. When an order involves food items or pastries, you should know to include napkins. If an order involves multiple items, you should know to include a bag/drink carrier. Which ever is appropriate. I do want to stress, however, that a worker not doing their job or not knowing exactly what their job should include even if it's common sense things, they should probably be spoken to by a manager or team leader. It's a joint effort to make an establishment run smoothly and you got to be able to see no and point out when someone is slacking as a manager so part of the fault in blame is on them as well. And lastly, whoever is not doing their job in inventory seriously needs to either do something else or to get better training because this location is constantly out of things. This place is consistently out of creamer, the customer service generally can't be bothered and when you finally get their attention it's impossible to get them to crack a smile. Staff is very welcoming and friendly ,I've been to this location about three times .Recently came during a work break to this starbucks and my coffee is always good at this location. I did put three stars because after my last experience ,I'm a little intimidated going here. This starbucks location is right in the corner of the shopping center and has two ways of accessing the drive thru. Well hot summer days without your dose of coffee apparently makes people crazy. I entered thru the entrance on pecos and there was a good amount of cars waiting on both sides to access the drive thru but the way things were flowing it seemed everyone was taking turns (one car from one side and then one from the other) .I was in no rush so relaxed and was waiting my turn ,once that came i pulled forward and another car from the other side got upset i think just from waiting to long he got way to close to my car and then started screaming and cursing at me. Very intimidating ,I was alone and it was two men yelling at me and even made a threatening remark by this point I wanted to leave but no way I could have i had a car behind me luckily an off duty cop came over heard and came over to calm the man down. After this experience I've talk to clients and even coworkers seems like things like this happens alot at this location because of the unorganized ways of entering the drive thru ,im hoping this gets someone's attention so this issue can be addressed to avoid any problems ;I was lucky but some people can get out of control and if it can be fixed it'd be great! read more

This is one of the newer Starbucks locations in the area and I love the modern design on the inside. It looks so great and it is definitely a larger space than the other ones that I have seen. I am always on the go which is why I prefer coming to this location compared to the rest because they have a drive through option! I went by a few days ago and I guess this location is getting more and more popular (can't blame them) and the drive through line was crazy long. I was going to be late for work if I waited but I decided to check out the inside before I left. To my surprise - it was just the drive through that was packed! I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes which I find to be a reasonable time for a busy morning. I also find the staff here very pleasant which is a huge benefit for service. read more
