This is the neighborhood store! Such a great welcoming environment! The baristas are all friendly and sweet in their own way. The store manager is a gem! The regulars are even friendly and will strike up a conversation with you! Great one stop shop for a yummy drink, breakfast, lunch, and gift for a coworker! You can't go wrong! read more

This Starbucks service is usually great! However today I came in a little before 12pm, a Starbucks worker named Evin decided to not wear his mask properly behind the bar. Only pulling it up over his nose and mouth to serve customers their food. He was very presumptuous about how we wanted our order, and messed it up from the get go. He decided to explain to us what a pumpkin spice latte was, when that's not what we wanted to order. I felt unsafe and frustrated with his lack of care. He was rude and abrupt, I'm very dissatisfied with the "service" he provided. read more

One of the friendliest groups of team members I have witnessed in all of Starbucks I have been to. The team really deserves lots of praise from they company. They all seem to enjoy working and love their job which many times is not the case. Very clean and quite location which is hard to come by living in Seattle. Don't bother going to this one, go down the street to the one on Bridgeport instead. This one doesn't bother making the mobile orders ahead and instead they wait forever and you'll be standing there as they make the store orders instead. When they finally do get to your order then they either get it wrong or forget something. I've given this Starbucks chance after chance to try and get things right, but not even worth it. Just go to the Starbucks on Bridgeport, they always know how to get the drinks right and make the mobile orders right. They need to retrain the employees here and keep the ones that make mobile orders right. read more

I was on my way to work when unfortunately my pumpkin spice latte made with soy no foam spilled all over my center console! Uber upset that this mistake could happen and knowing I absolutely had to have my coffee at that time(!), I stopped at THIS Starbucks: I was greeted by Carissa who was so warm and gentle, it was wonderful. I told her what I wanted and then because I felt so comfortable and open started to utter "a funny thing happened to me on my way to work," and told her the story. She looked at me and immediately said, "No problem, this drink is on the house." I told her that this was so kind of her but I didn't have a receipt and didn't mind buying another one. She told me not a problem and I had my Starbucks fix. This was SO out of the ordinary! Normally if this happens, you first go to the same Starbucks AND have a receipt (it just makes sense for customers to do that), BUT for her she automatically saw and knew me to be an honest individual that had a rough moment in my car. I do wish this Starbucks had a drive thru but it won't stop me from visiting it again uber soon because first of all, the staff (like many Starbucks) is so friendly and it's like a block from my work! PERSONAL NOTE: thank you Carissa for treating me SO well! You deserve a raise because the impact you made on me that morning was big and never forgotten. This Starbucks is the closest one to my house. It's really nice inside. I just wish it had a drive thru! They have a big wall full of all the Starbucks coffee blends, coffee makers and coffee mugs etc... Depends on who makes your coffee on how it's going to taste. Each barista has a different style of making it.. Maybe seventy five percent of the time, my coffee is made right. Sometimes, it's not. The baristas are always friendly and welcome you to the store upon arrival. Inside is very clean, kept up and the bathrooms are always very clean. read more

This review is more so for the great customer service as opposed to the coffee. Although the frappuccinos that we got were tasty as usual but pretty much same formula everywhere. When we came in here, the place was filled with what seemed to be hipster cyclists... they kept to themselves and their crews. That was fine. The guy that helped us, I want to say he was the manager because he had his name sewed into his apron... unfortunately I forgot it. I think it was like Tom or something close to it. Anywho, he was very nice! He carried on a convo with hubby about hubby's shirt (Wolverine) and then they both tuned into nerd mode with their dialog, which I didn't mind at all! He was really cool and at least I know that I would come back to this location and have great customer service because of him! I've stopped here a few times while in the area to pick up drinks (never coffee, so maybe I don't qualify for a review) like their juices or tea. I arrived at around 10a and it was packed, no seating. There were tables and chairs outside and while it was sunny, it was a little nippy. I waited a few minutes for someone to leave one of the tables. While in line I witnessed an older gentleman try to pay for his tea with a $100 bill, but the staff said she couldn't break it and he left. I felt bad for the dude... he was really bummed. The staff tried to just give him the tea after a while, but he walked out. I think he got a gift card from his friend and came back to pay. Anyway, that was random and shouldn't they have enough money to break a $100? Idk, whatev. Clean, nice, standard Starbucks. Good amount of parking in the lot. read more

This is a small Starbucks, with limited indoor seating but a nice outdoor patio. It seems to have a steady flow of people through it, though not overly busy. Friendly staff and good service. Right down the street from the Fort Steilacoom park, which makes it a great place to head for a latte after a morning jog or dog park visit. :) read more

One of the friendlier and nicer Starbucks around. They have a nice selection of gifts and take home coffee products on one side of their store and a nice sitting area on the other side. The only downfall is that there is no drive-thru so this isn't my stop for morning coffee on my drive to work. read more

I've only been to this location a few times but I can't speak highly enough about the friendly, quick and courteous staff. I went 2 different times at 515 am before a long business trip to Portland. I ordered my drink and a cherry bar and by the time I was done paying, my drink was finished (made perfectly) and I was out the door perfectly on time for leaving for my trip. 3 star because I asked for this drink I saw online (one of those rainbow drinks from summer) and the recipe called for strawberry acai with coconut milk atop with matcha coconut milk. The lady who helped me told me its two separate drinks they had to make so she charged me $8 for a grande size drink. That's an expensive ass drink. I'm just pissed because why did she charged me for two drinks when the drink didn't even ask for so many things. It would've been fine if she gave me two tall drinks that she made to make the one drink but no.
