Saturday morning, about to set out on a long drive up to Mount Saint Helens. Needing my morning coffee and everything I found in the are was Starbucks. Not what I was hoping for. Passed the target and cruised through the parking lot to find this little gem back there. Staff was friendly and she was able to make me a drink. But, the coffee was not good. I'm not sure where they get their grounds but the flavor was burnt and unappetizing. read more

If I could give no stars I would! To start off, the barista doesn't wear her mask barely at all, I'm immune compromised so that matters to me. I Ordered my coffee around 6:45 (24oz hot vanilla/hazelnut latte with almond milk). When I got to work and tried my drink.. it was sour SOUR. I thought for sure it was dairy milk, which.. I'm allergic to but I had my boyfriend drink it and he has been puking and nauseous all day.. so I was literally served rancid almond milk and forced to pay for it and expected to drink it??? Tried calling this location many times and even reached out on Facebook for them to read it and not reply. Horrible service and horrible coffee. We stopped in here when my sister was in town and were greeted by some friendly baristas. This is a small drive through located in the Capital mall parking lot area and is dangerously close to home! Service was very friendly and they were patient as we checked over the menu and asked questions about what flavors of syrups they had available. The iced coffees they made us were wonderful and we enjoyed them so much I had to stop back by there later last week. The coconut and white iced coffee they made was a real treat and I indulged in its delicious flavors. Both times I've been by here they've procured our coffees for us quickly and efficiently. Flavors were on point and the order accurate. Prices are reasonable and we appreciate the friendly service. We will undoubtedly be back for a coffee fix soon. read more

Came here for a quick coffee before work. The 2 girls working were super chipper and very friendly. I ordered a peppermint mocha which is not overly sweet and really good! The dame blonde girl everyone negatively talking about are true. Drove right up to the window, she didnt bother to say "Hello" or "what would you like". Waited for her to say something as I was thinking she was still doing something and gave her the respect to finish it...but she wasnt. No customer service. I'd say I get a drink here once every couple weeks. I'm a barista and I'm on this side of town a lot, I'm used to drinking a lot of coffee so it's not rare for me to get more than 1 coffee a day. There's only 1 employee I've found here that makes my drink correctly, and me being a barista can tell you my drink is not hard. I feel like no matter what you tell the employee they just do whatever the f*ck they want with your drink! Every lotus I've had is flat, doesn't have enough flavor and really doesn't do the product justice, if I was lotus energy I'd remove my product from their store. Every coffee drink I've gotten is never mixed fully, powder still in the bottom of the cup and the lack of ice in ICED drinks is jaw dropping! Like I said, I'm a barista, full time and a consistent $2 tipper so I'm spending almost $10 at this stand every time but I always drive away unsatisfied and unhappy with my coffee. Always end up dumping it out after I drive away, a few weeks ago was the last time I went and I won't be returning. Another side note, I've heard the worst things in the community about this stand. I frequent this coffee stand at least a few times a month and have had mostly good experiences. I think they do great unique blended fancy drinks, better than Starbucks. The baked goods I've had have been fresh about half the time, stale the other half. The vast majority of the time the staff are friendly and prompt. read more

Every drink I have had, has been great! My favorite is the iced vanilla chai. They have a rewards program as well so make sure to enter your number in each time you purchase a drink. Unfortunately customer service here is a hit or miss depending on what barista is working. Also I find the prices very inconsistent which is a bit odd.... I would personally use cash over card here just to be safe since sometimes they do not give you your receipt to sign which has the option to tip. Overall 3.5 stars (rounded to 4). If they improve on their customer service and be more consistent with their prices I will up the stars. read more

Stopped by for a cup of coffee on Saturday. While Target and Jo Anne Fabrics were both packed full of holiday shoppers, there wasn't a line for a quick espresso at Cafe Au Lait (located somewhere in the middle of the two.) Tasty looking cookies and other baked goods. The coffee was pretty fine and hit the spot for about the average price. They have a punch card that I turned down. Debit cards are fine with them, so fine, in fact, that they charge you a fee to use them. A nice stop if you pass by or are in the midst of some shoppin', but there's no reason to seek this place out. read more

I have not ordered coffee at this location, only red bull italian sodas and their waffles on a stick. The food is good. But it takes too long for a coffee stand. There are too many things cluttering the windows and the Baristas are RUDE. I've only been three times. 2 out of the 3, they got the flavor wrong and did not ask me if I wanted cream or orange juice.
