Came in to get sugar for my tea, wasn't welcomed waiting for my mobile order food and the MANAGER TELLS ME I NEED TO ORDER A DRINK TO USE THE SUGAR

Matcha made in heaven... One of my first love on this part of the island I can't believe I never did a review! Though it's a block from Target this location is just so chill it's one of my favorite places for one there outlet here to recharge my phone and myself with my favored cup of Matcha Latte. Service here is friendly and efficient I always find parking though it can be tight as it shares stalls with several other tenants it's free and close with seating both inside and outside taking that much needed moment is so easy here. Thank you!

Island Grind: Level Expert Started my morning at Starbucks with the real MVP combo: a sausage, egg & cheddar sandwich and an iced Trenta coffee with two shots of espresso... because one just doesn't cut it when you're running on aloha and fumes. That sandwich? Golden, gooey, and ono enough to make me forget I skipped dinner last night. English muffin toasted like the trade winds kissed it just right. Shoutout to the crew... fast, friendly, and full of aloha even at sunrise. Place was clean, chill, and had that mellow island vibe with just enough hustle. Mahalo for the solid start to the day. Would definitely come back when the grind calls again.

This location doesn't provided the restroom to any customer.

As a visitor in this town. We didn't understand why the big brand coffee cafe on this location in Hawaii doesn't provided the restrooms for the customers. Never recommended to stop and expected to do the business here.

Corrected review: I realized that this Starbucks is located on the corner of Kailua Road and Hahani Street, next to a shop named Mahina. Enter the parking lot from Hahani Street. The Starbucks inside of Target in Kailua is on the same block - across the street and down on the corner! Wow! So close! It makes hunting for collectable Starbucks tumblers more convenient! Haha! Yes - after work, I drove over to Kailua and searched both Starbucks for the black studded tumbler. Shucks - it's not here yet. It was released two weeks ago and are supposed to be restocked soon... I'll probably return next week and look again. This Starbucks is a bit smaller than others, but it's still clean and has great customer service as always! P.S. I got an Iced Peach Green Tea for the road!

Great location, right in the center of town with off street parking available. The place is clean an COVID safe. They have tables outside so you have a place to relax, and people watch . The staff was polite and efficient. Like all Starbucks, they gave the dog a free pup a chino.

Mostly packed during peak hour. -Long lines but you'll be out in 5 mins after you place your order -Online ordering is an option if you're in a rush -Some tables, mostly occupied though They also sell cute apparel to browse while you wait. My only gripe is that it costs a bit much for what you're getting. Flavor is nice and healthy, you don't taste the chunks of dates which I appreciate. But it's still a little more on the bland side but it's good for you! The smoothie doesn't get watery fast at all, so you can enjoy it slowly. If you need a little AC since you've been beaching all day, that's the spot :)

I expected it to be good, but wow - this place is AMAZING. Upon entering their cafe you are greeted by an amazing curation of plants lining an outdoor seating area. I can see this being such a wonderful area to relax and hold outdoor events. The sunshade over the outdoor area really represents the thought that was put into it for patrons of their cafe. The drinks were absolutely perfect and some of the best I have had on-island - and I go to a lot of cafes. This was just next level and they know exactly what they are doing. The barista who took our order (Kaya) was so gracious to explain and recommend what drinks would be great to try for a first-timer. I opted for the ceremonial grade matcha Wakaba (hot) no sugar, no milk, just straight matcha, and my dad got the pour-over (hot) Kau Delvin Navarro Pacamara Washed. Both drinks were excellent in addition to the signature Matcha Basque Cheesecake which paired perfectly with the drinks. My matcha was extremely smooth and paired perfect with the cheesecake. My dad's pour-over drink changed flavors as you kept drinking it. Definitely next-level stuff. This was honestly one of the best cafe experiences I have had so far and I hope I can come here more often because it has earned its spot as one of my most favorite cafes on-island.

She mentioned their banana bread latte and a cold brew drink I forgot about, but I ended up ordering an iced vanilla latte... usually my baseline when visiting a new coffee shop. I believe good quality coffee shouldn't haven't to be masked by all sorts of flavors unless the coffee shop wants to highlight any in-house syrups and flavorings. The iced latte wasn't bad...if anything, the espresso was nice and strong! I didn't understand the long line before lunch, unless Holoholo is the best handcrafted coffee on Kaneohe, or that it's conveniently located across from Windward Mall?
