I haven't been to Starbucks in a while, but I stopped by today and ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich. It used to be big enough where you could share it with somebody or save some for later, but now it is so tiny. Quite disappointed in the size of it. I did have the caramel ribbon Frappuccino with crunch and that was amazing and the barista that served meat was also very nice. Just disappointed in the food portion. read more

Stopped by to get my favorite coffee drink: Iced quad espresso (that's four shots of espresso) with three pumps of white chocolate mocha. This is the famous Starbucks Vietnamese iced coffee hack. And gift cards for teachers appreciation week for my kiddo. My barista was very sweet and made sure to add enough milk to help the drink blend better. There were 6 people working that day so I had to wait for while since they were all busy with the drive thru. I do love the interior designs of this location, it's huge, tall ceiling, very modern and inviting. I'm so glad to have this place near by, so convenient. I usually go to this Starbucks location on Sunday mornings before 7 am. Lynn and the rest of the morning crew are always so kind and quick early in the morning. They always make my routine drink, iced chai, to perfection. On the rare occasion that I need to switch up, they are always helpful in getting what I need. I was sick a few months ago and was trying to order a honey citrus mint tea. I didn't know how much sugar and honey to add on the mobile app to make it sweet enough. They talked with me about using agave instead and seeing how I liked it. That's probably the only time I've had a perfect honey citrus mint tea. I rarely go inside because the drive thru line is so empty on Sunday mornings. However, when I do go in it's always clean. read more

Had to check out the opening day of this Starbucks location, so I quickly ran through the drive thru. Arrived 3 cars back before I could take my order at 6:35am and had my delicious peppermint mocha and driving away at 6:38am! What a great way to start my morning. The lady at the drive thru window was very friendly and lively for being so early and their big opening day. From what I could tell, the store looked so nice and decorated with seasonal merchandise. I love my coffee and finally the Durbin Starbucks opened!! I could not wait to see it and I was not disappointed. Drive thru- finally a big easy drive-thru. I hate when lots of cars are out of order and it's like a maze. Thu one is easy, long and open. I saw about 15 cars in a single line. It did not interfere with parking. Store - sitting outside in 70 degree weather drinking coffee- yes please. It's big and open. Lounge - you can actually walk around, work on your computer or just watch people. Starbucks is a Starbucks, so the quality is typically the same. I am choosing to review this one because You need to know before visiting that this location is extremely busy. I arrived a little before 8 and left at about 9:20. I had ordered 5 drinks and their egg bites. I knew this would take some time and luckily I had it. Other people were having to leave without their order because it was taking too long. I wish I could say it was worth the wait, but my drink order wasn't entirely correct and they were out of the type of egg bites I had ordered. I would have had them remake the drink that was wrong, but I had already waited long enough and just wanted to get on with my day. The barista was very nice and offered me another kind. All of the employees were working extremely hard and what appeared to be as quickly as possible. read more

I am so excited and happy for the opening of this Starbucks in Durbin Pavilion. So thankful for having a drive-thru location near me and on the way to work! The staff is very friendly and they have always perfected my order through the drive-thru and walking in. I wanted to walk inside to see what the interior looked like and it's gorgeous! Home of the thirty-minute hot chocolate. What in the world took these employees 29 minutes two serve three cars, a total of three beverages!? I was not the only customer who left the drive thru line to enter the store to try to find out what the issue was, or if I could get my drinks inside (had already ordered) quicker. I do love this Starbucks! However I'm giving it 3 stars. I'm sure over time it will be better. So let me start off with the reasons I'm giving it 3 stars. I've visited this location 5x's since it's opening, 3 inside and 2 via the drive through. What this Starbucks is missing unlike all the other Starbucks is Free WiFi!?? Lol how does this happen? Everyone knows you go to Starbucks to: 1. Get your caffeine/coffee fix; 2. Meet your random tinder and/or bumble dates; 3. Sip coffee, work, and be productive. The later of the 3 is hard to do if there is no internet provided. Each time I've gone inside I've had to login to my Xfinity account to access WiFi. But for those who may not have xfinity, that's not an option (unless they pay for it). So because of the lack of WiFi available to the public that knocks it down a star. The other reason that knocked it down a star is how slow the drive through can be. Which I'm sure they'll work through. After all, it is a new location. But I've sat in the the drive through for 20 mins with a line full of cars and even watched people drive off before they got to the window because it took so. But again, it's a new location with new employees so I get it. However, that leaves it with a 3 star rating. Now to end on a good note. I love the inside. It holds up to 64 people. Convenient outlets and USB plugs are located in the seating area. The chairs and couches are comfortable. It's a good use of space and the employees are super friendly! Aesthetically pleasing. My order got messed up once, and not only was it fixed, but they have me a card for $4 off my next order, which I thought was nice and above and beyond. So all in all it's a great location and the employees really are great, but unless you have xfinity or plan to use the hot spot on your phone don't expect to come here and use WiFi to get work done. And make sure you have patience is the drive through line is long. read more

I love this Starbucks. I love all Starbucks actually. They are always so polite and nice and I've never had an issue where they made my coffee wrong. I would go to Starbucks any day over Dunkin'. I haven't been to Starbucks in years so I forgot what specific drinks were. In fact, I haven't drank coffee in years so I decided to give this location a chance when it opened. I went through the drive through. When I got to the window, I asked the cashier who was a teenage boy if the drink I ordered was cold because I just picked a random one since it's been a while since I've been to Starbucks. He got an attitude and said "yeah, it's a Frappuccino. Obviously, it's cold." I just asked a simple question for clarification, so I don't know why the attitude was needed. BAD SERVICE!!!! Stopped in with my daughter 11/11/20 at 4:00 PM to grab quick coffees and waited a very long time in line. When I got up to the window I said to "Mala" "wow that took an inordinate amount of time" Her response sarcastically with rolled eyes "we are very busy". I looked her in the face and said boy are you rude. she continued and I said get your manager. A gal by the name of Natalie waited on us and was very kind but Mala tried to tell us she was sorry she was rude and offended us and I dismissed her. I asked her to get her supervisor again and he finally (Devin) apologized saying "she is one of our new employees, she may be trying to figure thing out" Make no doubt about it, there is no place in rude behavior and that figuring out a new job does not include rude behavior. This store (like so many more SB's locations) in Jacksonville, FL is disgusting. I am no longer going to patronize their stores. They're always filthy. What's even more comical is some of them are wearing masks! Against what? You're working in a cesspool full of germs! You may have a valid reason for wearing one and this is America...it's your choice to wear or not wear a mask to protect yourself and others. Some people or their loved ones are at high risk but, maybe you should try working somewhere else where it's a respectable, CLEAN environment. The manager on duty needs to be fired. You don't have the brains to assign one person on staff to keep the place clean?!? BTW, no toilet paper in the restroom either...another great visual! Just been to Starbucks after a hard day work and had a wonderful barista Mala who was full of smiles, professional and curious and made my day. Her friendly conversation was very refreshing and she was very helpful with finding me a drink. First time at this location. It's fairly new. I went through the drive thru to get a pick me up in the afternoon. When I got to the window and got my drink, I could tell right away it was wrong. So I asked for them to either fix or remake and I apologized and told her I don't ever complain but this is not what I ordered. She said ok that's fine. She brings me my new drink and it's a size smaller. I said "ma'am this isn't the right size." She says yeah I let you keep the other one and you ordered the wrong drink. I was in shock! I use to work for Starbucks and we did everything to make it right for the customers. I have never been treated like this at a Starbucks. She then says " I didn't know what size you had!" I said "I'm sitting right here you could have asked me." She had no response. She turned away and I asked her what her name was. She ignored me. I asked the girl next to her what her name was. No one would answer me. She finally turned around and tried to cover up her name tag, but I saw it and she says "it's Martha, you going to call, go ahead and call!" In a snobby attitude. Well thats just what I did. I called the store and talk to a manager and called corporate. I'm flabbergasted because I have never been treated like that ever at any business.
