Since I got through security so quickly and had time before my flight, and I saw there was no line at the main starbucks after security, so I headed to grab a coffee and something to eat. I wound up ordering the shaken espresso oatmilk brown sugar cold brew and a croissant. My coffee came out super quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. The food on the other hand was another story. While there was no line to order, I didn't notice until I was waiting, there were over 10 people waiting on food orders. Time kept ticking by, drink orders kept coming out, but food orders were taking excessively long. I honestly wouldn't have minded had a staff member acknowledged the crowd and said "Sorry for your wait, food will be out as quickly as possible", but we didn't receive any acknowledgement. After about 25 minutes, I received my croissant. Will I be back to this location? Maybe for a drink, depending upon how deep the line is, but most likely will try a different location. read more

Starbucks has at least three locations inside Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) that I know of at the time of writing this review: 1. Outside security in the "pre-security" food court. 2. Just inside security in the central food court, between Concourses A and C. (FYI, there is no Concourse B.) 3. Inside security, towards the end of Concourse C, next to Gate C4. This review is for the second location listed above, in the food court inside security. I ordered a Grande Iced Latte (16 fl oz, $5.45) with vanilla syrup (+$0.90). My wife ordered a Tall Flat White (12 fl oz, $5.80) with almond milk (+$0.90). $14.06 was the total after "JAA Security Fee" and tax. The drinks hit the spot and were just what we were looking for. The iced latte was cold and refreshing. Nice and milky. The flat white was hot and comforting. A good balance of cream and espresso flavors. Josiah was our barista. He did a great job. My wife used her digital Starbucks Card to pay. Since her card was preloaded, she earned double stars (Starbucks Rewards program). If you drink Starbucks regularly and aren't earning stars, you should get the Starbucks app and sign up to start earning free coffee. I always have milk substitute with my Starbucks but they had none-not one milk substitute so I ended up ordering one of refresher and they could make it minus some of the ingredients-she said it'll taste the same the color Will be missing. 7/2/23. It is early and we can not bring coffee into the Jacksonville airport area while we wait up to 2 hours for a flight...you'd think the employees would take this into consideration and actually try and work quickly to get the coffee orders out! Not at this location! Though 3 workers they all were very uninterested in providing service. The one taking orders walked around, stocked cups, stocked packaged food, went in the back and chatted awhile....when there were 8 people in line. It took 20 minutes to get a medium size "fresh drip" coffee for $4.00! Need better customer relations training. The other employee worked on mobile orders the 3rd on microwaving the sandwiches ordered; these two ladies could have done the restocking, etc but the main girl felt she needed to have us wait. RATCHET!!!!!!!! Like any chain restaurant, it's sad to see so many chain restaurants and coffee shops go down hill. I actually work here at the airport and these employees are NOT big on putting customers first at all. They seem to be doing everything else but attending to the customer every time I'm there. Today I arrive, one employee is outside the door talking to someone else. The next employee arrives and she was about to attend me but the other employee comes talking to her talking about she came on her off day. Saying that she needs to pay attention to her schedule. Etc etc etc. and after all that, come to find out that she misread her schedule. The lady was going off about it for no reason because her schedule was referring to was for the following week. Now did I hear all that information??? Because she was too busy yapping away about that employees schedule instead of taking my order. I had to hear that entire conversation and it's sadly every day. Every time I'm there , it's like walking into the gossip line. I should be able to come on in and make my order and keep it moving. I don't even remember the last time any of them greeted me. No customer service skills. Now the light skin female employee, even tho she was busy re- stacking supplies etc and was so busy to not even notice me. At least as soon as she saw me, she stopped everything to quickly attend me. I haven't seen the rest of them do better then that. It's the easiest job in the world, make coffee and warm up deserts. This is the Starbucks found in the shopping center at Jax airport. I was dying of thirst, and this place came to the rescue. I ordered a large iced green tea, which not only satiated my thirst, but gave me a bit of an energy boost. The folks here were friendly, and efficient at processing my order. The store was clean, and not too crowded. I appreciated the air conditioning, and the chill ambient here. I didn't spend too much time here, as I had to get my bags and get a rental care. But it was definitely another positive experience in my commute. read more

This location is not in the food court at JAX. It Is located in the terminal once you get past security. My flight was extremely early in the morning and I just needed a bottle of water to take on the plane with me. Because it was so early, there was absolutely nothing else open other than this SBUX. The line was ridiculously long. I had to wait almost 15 minutes just to get to the cashier to pay for my $5 bottle of Fiji water. That was the only brand and size they offered. Ridiculous. I'm sure they know they can get away with it though because we can't bring water with us through security. I really effing hate price gouging! And I love SBUX, so that totally sucked! The cashier didn't even have time to be friendly because he was so busy. He wasn't rude, per se, just not a typical SBUX greeting. It went like this: Him: That all? My husband: Yes Him: $5 (and however much change) My husband paid and we left. No "Thank you," "Have a nice day," "Goodbye," or "Kiss my ass." I still give 3 stars because I'm glad they were open. I really NEEDED water. I had medication to take. And maybe it was just because they were busy because nothing else was open yet. Very quick service. Ordered a tall Caramel Flan Latte & I swear it was less than a minute before they called my name. Also, the latte was perfectly made: not too sweet with whipped cream on top. Nice refreshment before my first leg on Southwest to LAX. Half the staff isn't wearing masks, then when I politely asked that the woman taking my order put on her mask she gave me attitude and said "I was just about to do that. Thank you." This is the Starbucks you encounter after leaving the TSA in JAX. It opens at 6 am but I arrived at 5:45 and there was already a line. Luckily it was fully staffed and they worked very fast and we all were serviced in a timely manner. They have a full drink menu but a limited food one, due to the size of the store. I couldn't find info online and had heard they could not, but I can assure you, they have the ability to take payment via the Starbucks app making the whole process a lot smoother. read more

Hey! This is the Jacksonville airport's Starbucks! Well.. one of the TWO... one of the two once past security, there's another one outside. Ok: Concourse C Starbucks. Both the cashier and the barista were very nice. The cookies and cream frappuccino was very well prepared, and once the barista pointed out that this was the most perfect whipped cream she's made in all day, I have to admit that it actually was perfectly conic, nicely centered and was tall enough, but didn't touch the plastic cover. So yes: I am giving it a five stars based on a perfect whipped cream, a sweet drink, and two very nice people in the staff. This is an airport, I think they deserve it. read more

This Starbucks (I think) is the one that you come upon once you pass through security. Since it's right there, the line can get pretty long during high traffic times (like Friday mornings). They do move quickly though and will get you in & out as fast as they can. I know going in I'm going to pay more and I rarely bite the bullet to do so, but with a scratchy throat a warm chai tea sounded delicious. I like Starbucks I just don't love them. I decided to stop in for a Frappacino this evening before I boarded my flight and was very disappointed. The reason for stopping was because I have seen the new commercials advertising this Luxe Ultra Caramel Frappacino every 5 minutes and it looked absolutely amazing! I am a lover of caramel and really needed it in my life. Yet to my disappointment this Frappacino is just subpar to say the least. She yelled that she needs to go home and shouldn't be there. I then waited for her to make 8 or 9 other drinks before she made mine and at that time she gave me a drink that wasnt blended. It had an awful powdery texture with big chunks of ice in it. After a 21 minute wait, paying $6.71, I ended up throwing the drink away and getting a brewed coffee at burger king. read more

This locations is past security in the terminal food court. The store is basically in the middle of the terminal so it would be good for all flights. There also is another Starbucks at gate c6. My flight was very early so I was ready to get some coffee. Starbucks app says this location opens at 4:30 am but it didn't open until 5am. For people that need their coffee fix prior to 5am you better get it before security, but remember you can't take it through security. There was a mad rush once they opened the gate of people but the line moved fast and they made the coffee really fast too. I had the gingerbread latte with almond milk. I also grabbed some fruit. Would have liked to have my usual protein bistro box but they didn't have any. read more

Kinda the poopiest Starbucks ever. The latte tastes like dirt and I'm on crutches which means I'm not exactly hands free and there were no customers in line or waiting and not one of them offered to bring me my drink. Given the lack of care and even a hint of a smile, I can only assume it is challenging to find people willing to work for the wages and deal with security.... hard to believe in this crappy economy.
