This Starbucks is trash. This is the only Starbucks ever that messed up a single order...THREE TIMES. The employees apparently don't listen to what you are ordering, and probably don't care. I ordered a very simple iced drink with a water that accompanied it, and what do I received? A hot drink without the water, along with an Americano not made the way I want it. Then the guy makes me wait in line for another 12 minutes (ignoring everyone else in line to the point where people walk out), along with the barista with an IPhone headphone in her ear having a conversation with one customer/buddy in front of her while chatting in the phone with someone else without a care in the world. Meanwhile, the female manager is on the far end packing orders while being intentionally oblivious to the chaos of customers standing on the other end waiting for drinks. Then the guy gets a slight attitude because I refused to be ignored any longer when he was the one that messed up my order in the first place. Overall? 31 minutes to get my correct drink of nearly $8 with unbelievably bad & rachet service. No drive thru lane either, but that's probably a good thing given his slow & incompetent this location is in JUST MAKING A SIMPLE COFFEE ORDER. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Save your money & go elsewhere. This Starbucks location is absolute garbage. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolute chaos every single time I have tried. Ordered a latte and ended up with plain cold brew on ice in a cup, could not keep up with orders and they had 20 people complaining and waiting on drinks and food. The environment is terrible, workers incompetent, and food and drinks are never what you order from any other Starbucks. Also, good luck getting a refund. If you do not have an online account, Starbucks will not refund you unless you drive back to the location to get it. Never walking back in this place and will tell every single person we know to avoid it at ALL COSTS!!!!! Go to cups- only 5-6 mins away and you will have the best experience there! read more

And don't dare say anything then they go off like the ignorant barista on Northside drive. First of all, I don't care what Giants you are. The crew is so nice every time I go. Mobile orders are always ready and waiting and if I order while I wait, I never wait long.

The consistency at this Starbucks location is the greatest opportunity. For example, some days you may have a drink ready in 3-5 minutes others you'll wait 10-15 minutes with similar traffic. There's typically a lot of side bar conversations on the slower days, so perhaps some light coaching could remedy the slower days? In all, the coffee has always been made as ordered and the store is kept nicely. Overall, a great spot to stop for coffee! read more

Now I gave them 2 stars only because the coffee was good, which it should be. I prayed over it since there was some random girl there talking to the staff then went to assisting them in changing the syrup bottles that were running low. The chai tea latte was good and tasted just like I remembered from first trying it somewhere else! But the breakfast Turkey, egg white, and cheese sandwich I got was cold!!! I always enjoy this Sbux location. Very friendly staff, but if you come during morning rush, you may want to bring coffee along for the wait! The young lady behind the register was on her phone instead of taking orders just had people waiting until she finished doing whatever she was doing on her cell phone. Employee was unfriendly, drinks was made messy and when asked to wipe off the drink that was spilled all over my cup the employee says the napkins are at the front of the store. My coffee was leaking from the lid because it was over filled. And to top everything off my drinks was made incorrect and too sweet. Not a great experience to have over the holiday break. read more

I know like most businesses people are experiencing a shortage of staff. This location before reduced hours resulted in long waits and shortages but that was because they were that busy. I'm upset that staffing issues has caused inconsistencies with opening. I do think that this location is better than the newer store that's north. I was pleased by their prompt, friendly service but when I went to use the restroom I was shocked. The entire restroom was disgusting with paper towels everywhere, the toilet seat had chunks missing from it, and the water was running in the sink. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, this morning I had the pleasure of being served a sandwich that became separated and partially touched the counter. After asking a shift lead what to do, the girl making it was told to make me a new one. After letting it sit a while, she then decided to ask her friend what she thought, who grabbed the tongs, put it back together in the bag, and then handed it to me (nice and cold by this point) as I watched the whole thing unfold.
