I stopped by here today on my way to Kalamazoo. I was about midway through my drive and wanted to stop somewhere to use the bathroom. A friend who makes the Kalamazoo trip often recommended this highway exit, saying there was a Starbucks and other businesses nearby. In the past, Starbucks has gotten itself in hot water for not letting people use its bathrooms. So I was surprised that when I arrived today, they said I needed to be a customer to use the bathroom. I said Okay fine, I will buy something once I'm out of the bathroom. They said no, you have to buy something before you use the bathroom. I have Crohn's and other issues right now, so this was rather disheartening. I bought a croissant for $4 and was given the bathroom code. The croissant was delicious, admittedly, and they warmed it up for me, but had I known they had reversed their policies, I would have stopped somewhere else. The other reason that this location gets one star from me is because I almost tripped in the parking lot, there was some sort of goo in the lot right next to where I parked - It didn't look like a spilled drink or anything like that, so I'm not sure what it was. read more

We waited 30 minutes for an iced and hot latte. The music was too loud. The drinks were ok but not worth a 30 minute wait.

Service took way too long and my drink was made super poorly if you can avoid this location at all costs ruined my week!!!

Guy who waited on me was doing Multiple orders so while I was waiting to pay he hadn't even rung up the order - I needed to use the restroom so did that - WHY is there a code to use this Starbucks rr? It's a drive up Starbucks not located in the middle of Chicago or Something plus it was filthy - usually coded rr will at least be cleaner - nah. Not too happy with ordering a Venti and it wasn't double cupped for one it makes it flimsy and I feel I'm more apt to spill it but also it doesn't keep my Hot tea hot enough for too long. The service sucks and every time I come the lobby is closed due to staffing issues. Then had to sit in the drive through for over 30 mins. Just for one drink. Not worth it. I'm from the Seattle area and have never seen a Starbucks ran so poorly. The few times I have been in the lobby it is not the cleanest. Floors needed to be swept and tables need to be wiped down badly. Tables were too sticky to sit at. Need more staffing. read more

Ever since the original Store manager has moved on, the teams are less urgent, very sloppy, and you can tell their is no organization in the shifts. The drive is backed up for 40 mins.. and the inside is about the same. Seems like pour leadership is happening within the store. read more

This place is obviously very popular, the wait to get a 25$ drink is insane. I had to wait 50 minutes to get a drink and the drinks there are so over priced. The workers are very talkative and sit around most the time. They also mess up a lot of peoples drinks. if your looking for a place to get coffee or refresher don't come to this Starbucks. read more

Great location always a long drive thru line but window worker is always pleasant! Today drive thru was super long line so parked & went in....BIG mistake! No line which was magic, Lorenzo did not make eye contact very non verbal I had to repeat & double ask questions, definitely not a people person (I am & usually able to get a laugh). My coffee & scone are define delicious & above par! 1 off for grumpy order taker & 2 stars off for a dirty rest room that reeked of urine! Had to hold my breath it was so bad. I would have taken photo but I couldn't stand the odor. That's NOT normal either. 1st thing in morning it usually is super clean. After years of being a loyal Starbucks girl I had my very 1st subpar experience. Very Sad that it's my home town Starbucks. I will definitely return. I am generally favorably disposed towards Starbucks and this location has given me no reason to change that opinion. The location is conveniently close to I-94. I have been here a couple of times and have found the service to be up to standards. The dark roast pour-overs I have gotten here have been quite good. The prices were commensurate with what I would expect for a Starbucks in this region. The shop is relatively spacious and creates a good atmosphere in which to enjoy a coffee. The free internet adds to the enjoyment. If you are in the area, this is a great place for a java and a web-surfing session. read more

I have been spending an inordinate amount of time at this Starbucks location over the last week: they are awesome. The staff is warm and friendly, let you take your time and will help customers with what drink to order. They make a great latte, even the skim ones have a great foam on top. Seating space: not a whole lot, but 3 high tables, one big table with 6 chairs and 4 comfy chairs and a hand full of small square tables: clean surfaces and in good repair. Bathroom: clean! This is my Starbucks! Even when the lines are long, the staff are calm and wonderful. I'd rather drive an extra 10 miles to see them than to go to the one closer to my home. My standard is the cold brew, it's out of this world! The service is quick, friendly and accurate. When the Covid-19 stay-at-home order came, they had to close. They've got three coffees available. I order a coffee, what kind do I get? I don't know because nobody asked me which of the three I wanted. I order a bagel with butter. I get a warm bagel with.... a tub of cream cheese. I return to the store. They give me two frozen butters for my now not so warm bagel. And a plastic knife wrapped in additional plastic. No sorry no acknowledgement, just a "here". And we waited around for a hot minute to receive this toasted bagel, with nothing on it. read more

So I'm on East-94 with my 1 year old daughter, I saw the signs for this Starbucks and I thought "oh good, I can change her diaper and get coffee to finish my long drive." NOPE. They do not have changing tables. I mentioned it to the younger lad at the counter (I know he has no-say but maybe mention it to your manager?) He replies with "Oh, that's not the first time I've heard that." WHAT!? So I'm guessing they weren't a fan of me after mentioning the changing table, because I got a drink that was the wrong size and it was overflown out the top, so much that I couldn't touch it without getting it all over. I asked for a new lid, but she seemed irritated because I asked about the size as well. as soon as we walked in the people did not want to serve us. a guy with blue hair slammed his hands on the counter because more people walked in. as his co worker walked out of the bathroom from playing on her phone he said this is too much and she rolled her eyes. the guy with the blue hair got snappy with a old gentlemen because he asked for a black coffee and it would take 7 minutes to brew it. as he slams the coffee cup into the coffee station!!! This location does well with speed, but not so much accuracy. On more than one occasion, I've gotten Splenda instead of Sweet-N--Low, and they were out of cups for the size I ordered. The drive thru is convenient, especially since they are right off the freeway, but I suggest going in to make sure your order is right. read more

Do NOT go in and order. Waited 30 minutes for a cold brew coffee that was literally cold coffee. I asked the staff why it was taking 30 minutes and they tried to justify the wait by blaming it on mobile ordering like I'm an idiot. This is usually my go to Starbucks, since it is on my route to work. It is a very busy location though so I usually order 5-10 minutes before I get there so its ready. I am a pretty regular customer but it has been upsetting to get there and not be welcomed or asked what I'm waiting for. They used to have their phone orders to where you could grab them and go. I was told my drink was not ready when I could very clearly see that it was sitting there waiting. I hope they change phone orders to where customers can grab and go again. read more

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks that I have encountered. Every time you do a mobile order, you end up waiting 10-15 minutes past when it says it's ready. And forget trying the drive-thru (always a 20 minute ordeal if there is only one car ahead of you) or going inside. Not usually an impatient person, but there are often employees standing around while one person makes drinks. I try to be understanding and one time I talked to the manager to express my concern. This person got immediately defensive and rude, claiming that they are understaffed and that I needed to be more patient (I was the sole customer at 8.30pm and it took the barista 15 minutes to make my drink after she finished her conversation with the other two employees behind the counter). This morning there were 10 people behind the counter...smh. This is NOT on brand with Starbucks. read more
