Ordered a pink drink with lavender cold foam and a scoop in the drink , the first one was white foam tasted like regular foam with no lavender taste at all so I order again they take the drink and the second one just has a hint of lavender and the foam still looks white. Why is this so hard to make ? The girls weren't even nice about it being wrong for the amount of money this drink cost! I was in the area and needed a caffeine fix. The baristas where friendly and fast to serve me. The store has plenty of seating to sit and relax. I ordered a venti coffee frap with whip cream. The baristas where fast and friendly and got my drink out in record time. The drink was made perfectly and tasted great. If I was in the area again I would defiantly stop in again. read more

I had a positive experience here. This is a quiet location in Irwin, with a good amount of seating options and a drive-thu. I ordered one of their new drinks, the Coconutmilk Latte. It was a delicious non-dairy option, made with their Blonde Espresso. Usually when I go to Starbucks, there's a long line to the register, during which I log into the free wifi and get my Starbucks app ready for payment. But since there was no line, my order was taken with no wait time. I was having some phone trouble and the wifi was taking some time to load. I wish I could give zero stars. I come here every now and then but this is the third time my order has been messed up horribly. I asked for caramel sauce on the cup. I get mocha and they give me the wrong size cup it's always something because they want to rush with an attitude, definitely never coming back. Staff is so unfriendly they all look like they hate their life and they won't even be busy and it'll still take you 10 minutes to get your drink.I'll stick to the Murraysville one where they are friendly and don't mess up your order. read more

Sunday is SLOW, you pull in and you're stuck if you get in the drive thru lane. I have a large vehicle and I had to commit the moment I got in the line. I've never been to this location so I had no idea there were 12+ vehicles infront of me wrapped around the building. Waited 25 minutes. You're better off going inside. read more

Definitely a solid new addition to the Irwin area. I love Starbucks, and this place is just like the rest: they serve great coffee, in a welcoming atmosphere, with employees who are more than happy to always have a smile on their faces! I don't usually put too much effort into reviewing Starbucks stores, because they're all about the same, but this one is a cut above the rest. The look of the store is updated and modern (it looks like it's fairly new to the area). Plenty of space to put your order in then wait around for it and lots of seating as well. The best thing about this Starbucks, however, was the staff. Soooo friendly and happy! They were noticeably excited to be up and about and really made us feel super welcomed. Our drinks came out quickly and while our sizable food order took a few extra minutes (everything gets heated individually) it was clear that they were working on it and getting it out to us as quickly as possible. I would say the only little snafu about this Starbucks is that if the line for the drive thru gets long, it blocks some of the parking spaces. You'd probably save yourself a lot of trouble if you just park around back and walk to the front at busy times. We didn't end up having an issue with it when we were there. read more

I realize these places are a dime a dozen, but his place rises above. I have had my unfortunate experiences with rude baristas. Not here. Everyone is always super nice and eager to serve. I'm what you'd call a "basic white girl" and will occasionally order from the online secret menus. The baristas here never give me and issue with this and are excited to see what I come up with! Starbucks is not for coffee drinkers and that is fine for people like me who only like coffee flavored sugar milk. Their Batistas are always pleasant and skilled. If you typically order the same thing they will remember it eventually. Which makes you feel welcome and gets them a bigger tip. The only time my order has ever been wrong is when I've gone through the drive thru and the line was around the side of the building, blocking entry to parking, but honestly I should have known better considering it was Black Friday. Every other time my orders were perfect. It is worth the couple lights from the turnpike to get a delicious coffee and warm smiles when you're weary from the road. Oddly enough this is the only Starbucks i have been to that didn't have chairs and couches but that is fine because it is set up to get work done with the added tables. I highly recommend this place. read more

The coffee is great, of course, but I really appreciate the baristas working at this location. They're always so warm, friendly and competent. I know working with the public is not easy, so I appreciate their kindness. They know my drink and will even double check with me if I get it wrong. They often take time to say hi to my kindergartener, which he loves. One time their scanner wasn't working with the Starbucks app, so instead of making me dig out my wallet, ( which wouldn't be hard) they gave me the drink for free. While i was waiting for my drink, a lady walked up to the counter and said she'd help whoever was next, there was a girl at the counter and two girls waiting behind her, i said "hey, you guys can go", just trying to help her out. They have a drive through. Not the Starbucks experience going through the drive through, but sometimes you are in a hurry. It is nice to have a Starbucks in Irwin though, that town needed a place like that for people to just go grab a decent coffee. I cannot speak for the inside but while at the drive through, I was the only car and got my drink really quickly. read more

Exceptional service. I almost had to light my car on fire after finding a spider on my driver side door. The gentleman working the drive thru asked me what was wrong since I had my window halfway up like a weirdo. I told him there was a spider on the car.
