If you're looking for a coffee shop where the staff makes you feel like a beloved regular, even if…read moreit's your first visit--look no further than Biggby Coffee on Monmouth Street. I swear, these baristas must have taken a masterclass in friendliness, because every time I drive up, it's like I'm Norm from Cheers and they've been waiting just for me. (minus the beer, plus espresso). The crew here doesn't just make drinks--they craft them with love, precision, and possibly a touch of sorcery. Whether it's a latte, a cold brew, or one of those magical seasonal concoctions that make you question if you even need solid food anymore, the quality is always spot-on. No "hit-or-miss" nonsense here--just consistent, delicious caffeine delivery with a smile. Seriously, I don't know how they do it. Robots? A secret coffee cult? Superhuman work ethic? Whatever the case, I'm not asking questions--I'm just showing up, sipping my drink, and thanking the coffee gods for this magical little haven on Monmouth. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure anyone ever said "I want room because I prefer 14.5 oz to 16oz." So pouring some out doesn't cut the mustard. Anyhow, my experience today - they hand it out full and ask if that's enough room. I said no and explained I like about an inch of room (even demonstrating with my fingers what an inch is), so it tastes stronger. They said okay, supposedly remade it just to hand it back out to me completely full again. I don't know how you fix that lol! Do folks not listen or do they not care?? Anyhow I'm about over Biggby. If I can't have my drink the way I want it, I'll go elsewhere or make it myself.
