Leslie is rude with her green hair. If you don't like working at Starbucks just find another job, really not that serious to be so rude from the start. The others working today was super nice, the guy and the girl working drive thru( she was even bringing drinks to the customers sitting in the lobby) that's great customer service. Leslie should take notes read more

I stupidly gave them another try this morning since I was feeling under the weather and wanted some tea. I ordered a Tall honey mint citrus tea with extra honey. Well, I got the extra honey, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO PEPPERMINT. Like, none. ‍ Mint is literally in the name. How can they mess that up? Never again will I go back to Starbucks. I wish I could just give my points away. read more

Starbucks - This is supposed to be a Venti. I'm just disappointed in the service Starbucks is giving now. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Houston, Texas

This USED to be the worst Starbucks known to mankind but recently, I've noticed they are a lot quicker, nicer, & the drinks are amazing (compared to how they used to taste). I assume they have new management which was a smart move bc this is now my go to Starbucks. I used to order ahead & still have to wait 45 min. 45 MINUTES OF MY LIFE.... In a que.... For a not even mid drink. Anyway love u guys xoxo read more

First of all, let's get to the point this Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to because the Pasadena 1 Furman Parkway there's so mean to us the middle one actually is really nice to us and whenever we scan there's so happy and we're so happy to see the smile on their faces, and they're so happy to see my smiles on their faces so The question is why are other people judging this Starbucks? Well, it's really simple they're jealous because of the nice baristas of course and the drinks are amazing I have a lot of friends there like Stephanie José or Lovejoy amazing service 100% recommend guys don't listen to the other reviews are just being jealous and mean that the Starbucks is really nice and then there not mean . read more

This Starbucks should have the option for drivers to leave the drive thru bc they never have anything in stock. Then they make you wait half an hour in line until you can get out. Okay I'm leaving this review as just leaving the store as I didn't hear the other employees name, ALISHA? ALIYA? Red and black hair girly, YOU ARE DOING GREAT THANK YOU FOR FOCUSING ON THE MOBILE ORDERS THOUGH YOU WERE CONSTANTLY TOLD TO STEP AWAY FROM THEM. To the worker that made my drink ( incorrectly as it was not lite ice nor extra sweet cream as I ordered ) ** khaki hat? Wearing a black face mask ** please learn teamwork and time management read more

The people were friendly. The display case was empty so I didn't know if they had any food to sell. So I asked to make sure and they had my Double smoked bacon cheddar egg sandwich. -I love that sandwich. The only thing that I dislike about it is that the bacon is always on one side or the other never in the middle of the sandwich. My green tea lite ice no water no sweetener was just like I liked it. Great. As I left I got a refill and a passion Ice tea (because I full of compassion). If not for the limited seating due to boxes stacked in the corner and the dirty customer floors they may have received a 4 read more

Waited an hour in a drive through line at this location. They don't even offer to discount and there is NO WAY to get out of the line once you're in it because of how the parking lot is set up. When I say never come here because this has happened to me multiple times at this location. read more

You know that bad feeling you get when you walk into a building and your gut is telling you to leave. Yeah, I should have listened. The place was dead. They don't listen. I ordered an americano and specifically ask the hot water to be poured in first and as the lady was making my order she looked dead at me and dump the expresso in the cup and poured the hot water in the cup added a little ice and I said I see you didn't add the hot water first. She sat the cup down and said have a nice day as she was walking away. read more

Starbucks - Just in case ya forgot how to properly prepare an americano. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Houston, Texas

This Starbucks location, compared to others, always takes a while to get the line moving, which I'm normally understanding about. Today I get in the Starbucks line at 9:27 and don't get to the menu to order til 9:58 (mind you there's only about 5-6 cars in front of me), finally get to the window at 10:03 to get handed my two drinks and there's a long black hair in it RIGHT ON THE TOP. NOTICEABLE. Before I even put my straw in my drink I had noticed it so I'm curious as to how the employees didn't notice, and made me wait 45 minutes for a drink I couldn't even take a sip of. I always give this location my business despite always having to wait half an hour (sometimes longer), but after waiting this long just to waste my money, I'm fed up. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have EVER been to and I've given this location a lot of tries thinking it's just this particular shift. But nope. Plan for at least 30 minutes for the drive through, and no they are not super busy. When I pulled in there were 4 cars parked and sat in the line of cars for around 25 minutes before pulling up to the window. Where I then had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes for my drink. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION read more

DRIVE THRU SUCKS! SLOW. 30 minute wait. Needs new management. Horrible experience. Terrible

Needs new management and better organization. There is no reason that I am consistently inconvenienced when I order here. Drive thru is always an EXTREMELY long wait and I am often left waiting in front of the speaker for someone to ask me my order. If it weren't the only coffee shop in my area I would not come back. Moreover, on occasion I have gone inside and heard/seen bickering and arguing amongst the employees. Seems like they need a babysitter or someone who can keep them focused on doing their actual job. On a positive note, my drink is usually correct. read more

It is too slow I've been in line for 22 minutes now and still 2 cars ahead of me. I am never coming back to this location ever again.

mmm no. this starbucks had many many issues. one thing i noticed is that the baristas almost always left a 4 inch gap between the lid and the drink. they were NOT filled up all the way. i even saw customers walking out with the same issue. secondly, i had a big order for many people and they only put the sticker on ONE drink, making it difficult for me to distinguish each coffee from the other. the service itself was also amazingly slow, even for other customers who i noticed were waiting WAY too long when they only had one drink. the baristas were moving at a glacial pace. additionally, since i had a large order, i placed it on the app. it told me that two of my desired drinks were out of stock. when i went inside however, i saw two people walk out with them. what??? i had told my friends that their drinks weren't available, come to find out that they were all along. lastly, inside the building, there were nats galore. i was swatting back and forth while waiting. if i have one positive, the baristas were nice and attentive, despite their slow service. read more

I've been here a few times and almost all the time, they are not very busy inside. However, my orders have always taken a very long time compared to other Starbucks. I think they focus more on their drive thru customers. Another time I did go thru the drive thru and ordered an iced Americano. I was the only one in line and my order was ready between the time I left the speaker to the window. I am suspicious of this event because the Americano is the only coffee that needs to get made at the time of order. I suspect I was given just another coffee that was already made. I won't be coming back. read more
