This is my favorite starbucks. The barista named Megan is always so cheerful & makes the best drinks! Long live Mill Run Starbs.

We came here because our two normal stores are closed, and honestly have never had this problem before. We ordered a Chai Tea Latte, dirty, with almondmilk. I've gotten this same thing before, no issues. When we got the first one, there was a hint of coffee (expected) but no chai. All you could taste was almondmilk. So, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back and ordered again only to have the same issue. Once could be an honest mistake, but twice in a row is bad. read more

Staff were a bit slow and not at all friendly. UPSIDE: Bathroom was clean and didn't require a key. Drink was well made eve if it were a touch slow in coming. A good bit of space to sit. WiFi signal is strong. read more

Best Starbucks in Columbus! Always friendly and they make your drinks right! There's also plenty of parking and fast drive thru services.

I understand that things are tough right now, but when I order online to pick up inside, I expect to be able to pick it up inside. I was on my lunch break and I get to Starbucks and on the door it said there was no in store pick up. I then had to get back into my car and wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes. This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to so, therefore I always order ahead. No where did it say on the app that they weren't accepting in store pick up. It would have been nice to know that beforehand so I didn't have to spend my whole lunch break in a drive thru. read more

They have a big sign on their window that says "we are now open!" So I went up to order just to see a small paper sign saying, "currently closed" if you're closed then take down the open sign. read more

This is possibly the worst Starbucks on Earth. The drinks are typically awful, the staff needs more training (or takes no pride in their work), and the space is typically filthy. They also might have a rodent problem. Awesome! Last month, I was handed an Oatmeal out the drive through window in a cup that had been chewed on by a rodent. I drove it all the way back to their location (not upset, these things happen), gave it to a young guy who claimed to be the manager and got "so what, do you like want a new one?" No apology, no explanation of how that even got handed out the window in that condition. Nothing. I asked for a refund and he huffed like it was really bothering him that I was even standing there. Today, after swearing off of this location for life, I lost my mind and stopped there again. This time I ordered an oatmeal and a Sweet Vanilla Cream cold brew. The cold brew was a watered down mess with CHUNKS of (curdled?) cream in it, and after I got to the window they told me they were out of the toppings for the oatmeal. Makes sense, brown sugar sure is hard to come by, right? I took my drink right back in, and the same lifeless "manager" again said nothing; no apology for the disgusting drink they created, no "sorry you had to come back inside", and was again bothered that I was even standing there. I wouldn't accept this kind of experience at a McDonalds, much less a spot where my mouse-chewed oatmeal and a curdled milk coffee nailed me for $8.50. Will never come here again, and legitimately hope Starbucks considers a massive change for this location. read more

Very very slow drive thru! Every time we visit this one, we wait at least 15 min in the DRIVE THRU!! Hoping they can make some operational improvements to speed things up. But as always, the coffees we ordered were delicious. read more

I guess I don't think it's customary or in Starbucks ethos to consistently wait eight to fifteen minutes for a drink. This isn't even mentioning being waited on by people that seem to act as though they're doing you a favor by filling your drink order. Then to add insult to injury- fill your drink order incorrectly- it's just too much. read more

VEGANS BEWARE!!!!!!!! I've been to this Starbucks many times and the service is usually good. However, my friend and I were very disappointed that both of our drinks were made with COWS MILK instead of the ALMOND milk that we clearly ordered. It didn't show up on our drink stickers either. OH and we are BOTH LACTOSE INTOLERANT. This was disappointing and potentially life threatening. We will never be returning. read more

The new location looks great inside. Having a drive thru is awesome. The problem is the staff is unfriendly. Also the parking is a joke. There isn't enough room when the drive thru is packed. This wasn't thought out too well. I was in there this morning, very busy on a Sunday, as expected. The batista didn't great me and didn't warm my coffee cake, instead just handed it to me. She couldn't get me away fast enough. Then it took 10 min for my drink to be made. I have never waited that long at ANY Starbucks. There was no thank you or sorry for your wait. I will not be going inside again. Very disappointed, as I'm a regular customer in the neighborhood. read more

Sausage and cedar sand witch was great. Fast drive through and everything was nice and hot. This was my first time at this location but I'll be back many more times. read more

Only one complaint. The nitro cold brew machine is down every other day. Very frustrating. If it wasn't for this I would give them five stars. The staff is always friendly, the drinks are always on point, the atmosphere inside is good, and everything is always nice and clean, even in the bathrooms. To the people complaining about the parking, yeah, it's not great, but it's literally located in a giant parking lot. There are plenty of places to park if you're not afraid to walk 30-40 yards. read more

Its Starbucks....I think you kind of know what to expect. Some of the employees are over the top helpful and some would rather be texting their boyfriend/girlfriend. Drinks were always as expected and service was usually pretty quick. They just refurbished their store and the new digs are nice. read more

Not as large as the Starbucks on Sawmill, but still ample seating area. This is one of the few Starbucks that is open until 10pm on weeknights. This little place has great lighting and a few couches that is perfect for enjoying a book and some coffee. It's located in a strip mall with lots of parking and many restaurants around, so you can always grab some food if you're not in the mood for cookies or cake. I have had both good and bad experiences at this location. But there is a reason the overall score is only three stars. I would say one maybe two out of every five times I have good customer service? I expect more out of Starbucks and more for a five dollar cup of coffee! Baristas shouldn't talk to customers like they're stupid! Lost my sale today and in the future! read more

Let me tell you the parking situation at this new location sucks! If you can even get in the lot good luck getting out since the drive through ls poorly planned for this kind of volume. I mean how did you not see this coming when you were scouting the location? I stopped at the old location every weekday morning rain or shine I miss it. The staff is no longer fun or friendly the just run arou.d with headsets on practically ignoring the inside customers. I think at this point I will just start going to the Starbucks inside Target on Trueman. Sure the staff will not be great but at least you can get in and out of the lot without stress and worrying about your car getting hit. read more

I'm honestly not one to do reviews like this if at all, but ever since I started working in Hilliard I've gone to this location by default to get coffee in the morning. Great clean place and friendly from what I have experienced. However, when I get there 20 min early (my work is not even a quarter of a mile away) before work to pick up a mobile order and I'm LATE for work, that says something. This is honestly one of the slowest locations I've been to. But like I said, they have been friendly and it's a great location....Timing of service is just.....Yea I won't be going back unless I have a while. read more

I agree with all the reviews after the move. Used to be a great little Starbucks. But the new location is not set up for the increased volume. The drive through line blocks half the spots in the lot and sometimes even backs up outside the parking lot. Many of the spots are on the back side and there is no back door and no sidewalk. Drive though line can take 12-15 minutes and going inside isn't much faster. Really disappointed at what they did to my favorite Starbucks. read more

Ordered a venti refresher with 3/4 of it being ice. Then ordered the balsamic caprese panini to find out at the drive thru window they tell me they're out of it after I already paid. Poor customer service. If you're out of something, don't have the customer pay for it and then tell them you're out. Definitely not worth my $9.50. I'm a frequent Starbucks visitor and gold member and will not be coming to this location again due to the inconsiderate customer service that I don't experience at other locations. read more

First of all, let me help you all out by informing you they are no longer at this address. They are in the same plaza but by the Huntington bank. Second- the service was okay. The kid who made my drink didn't even look me in the eyes or speak a word to me when he slid me my drink. The girls stood up their and chatted (loudly) about their personal lives. I had to sit for 10 minutes listening to the girl go on about how her mother isn't a co-signer on her account even though she is a minor.... and how she can't wait to move out. Yes. This is what I had to listen to because I forgot my headphones. It was also freezing in there like there was no heat. SO- if you go to this location remember these key items: pack gloves, scarves, and a parka. Pack headphones and be sure to turn whatever you plan on listening to WAY up. And lastly, make sure you go to the right location :). read more

ALL of these bad reviews are most likely due to just poor human being in general. First of all if a coffee shop can ruin your day well, I'm sorry you must have nothing better to do than waste your useless energy on something so small. This is not the worst Starbucks. Maybe you are the worst customer? Ever think about that? Ive been in here countless times and overheard customers complaining to the workers about how awful the parking, you people act like they designed the parking situation. If your drink was wrong, hmm maybe you ordered it wrong? Im so sick and tired of people who just expect and I fee sorry for the Starbucks employees. You people wonder why none of them look up and smile, cause there probably miserable, all day long they deal with entitled people. I think the Starbucks corporation has it all backwards and should have never created such monster customers. I know a lot of these employees very well I have been a regular for years at the old location and at the new one. Sure they have made mistakes we all do we are human after all. I can only imagine the change they all endured after receiving such a large store and busy one at that. Have some compassion people and stop with the negativing. So your drink was made wrong? Maybe look at how you handled the situation. Could it be possible that maybe you didn't order your drink correctly? Im sure it was never your fault, no your perfect. Just remember its only a cup of coffee. I believe there are bigger problems in the world maybe focus your attention on someone who doesn't have the opportunity to go to Starbucks and buy a cup of coffee. I bet your life won't look so bad after that one drink that was made wrong, or that crappy parking lot. I just can't let my voice be unheard any longer I feel for these employees.
