The iced cherry chai and the iced peppermint mocha are my favorites. The ham and swiss croissant, iced lemon bread, and brownies are super yummy if you're needing a quick bite to eat! Overall this experience was not fun, but it was memorable. I had never gone to Starbucks prior to this experience, I just needed a quick coffee before work. I walk in and there is nobody inside except the baristas and 2 other older men. As I'm ordering I I heard one of the people go into the restroom. I finished ordering and went to sit down as they made my drink. I look over and see the person who went to the restroom pooping with the door wide open, I saw way more than I would have liked. I couldn't help but feel when I came in here earlier today that the employees were annoyed by my presence. I came here with some friends to catch up. We couldn't find any parking at the actual store, so we had to park at a place nearby. No problem! We're adaptable. We walked into the store, and the employee told us it would be just a second. We waited, and all the other employees kept looking over like they were annoyed that we were there. We kept waiting, and the main employee again tells us it will be just a minute. Then when he actually got around to taking our order, he seemed very annoyed that we were there. We decided it would be best to just sit in our cars and enjoy the drinks there instead of staying in the store. Sad because coffee places often make good places to study, but if you're coming to this location, I'd recommend just going through the drive-thru and going on your way! read more

I hate going to this Starbucks. It's only coffee and not even that good so it's not worth the hassle. The drive thru is ridiculous. It doesn't help it go any faster than inside. The parking lot is impossible to find a parking spot. It's a Starbucks so there's no use explaining the coffee. It's not as nice as the former location. This one is located in a former bank. It has a drive thru like many newer locations. The menu is the same Starbucks. It has a serious problem with the drive thru. It's supposed to be convenient, but you can get your coffee faster inside. The coffee takes a few minutes to make so it's not like you move as fast through the line as you would if this was fast food. It seriously took about a few minutes to get in and out. The inside isn't as busy. Another problem is the parking lot. The drive thru line will prevent you from getting into a spot. I like the product there, but it's not worth the hassle. The Starbucks in Target is a better option. They have a lot more parking there. read more

Super friendly crew!! They're always so pleasant when I come through, there's a lot of people working but they're still pretty slow. I highly do not recommend sitting in though, the place is loaded with flies. I sat in the for 5 minutes and about every three seconds I was under attack by flies. Fly traps might not fit the aesthetic of Starbucks but it's definitely something they should invest in, it doesn't seem to be an issue at other locations! read more

This Starbucks is horrible. Every time I go to this Starbucks they're SO slow and there is NEVER any parking. The drive-thru is not even an option anymore because there's ALWAYS 15 cars waiting in the drive-thru line. I put an online order in today during my lunch break at 2:04. Worst Starbucks I maybe have ever been to, depending on the shift. I've noticed that going during the weekday, if you catch the morning shift, it's okay. Go at night or on the weekend, and the staff is totally in the weeds. More than once, the barista has totally ignored the label for my cup and other cups that came from cafe orders and only paid attention to the drive-thru orders, even if the drive-thru orders came well after the cafe orders. Hell, I've watched the barista ignore the cafe orders and start cleaning up her station and refilling mocha while I and others stood and waited for beverages. I've also watched partners take five minutes making someone's 30-second drink because they were too busy talking to each other. I commonly hear people in the cafe complain that they've been waiting ages for a drink. The drive-thru line can get backed up for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. We've spent 30 minutes in line before on a weekend. I would personally never park in front of the store because if the line is backed up, your car will probably be blocked. This Starbucks would be one star if 1) it weren't a Starbucks and 2) those times when the service actually is decent on the weekdays. I have a feeling that's when the manager is there and that's why it runs more smoothly then. I used to work as a barista and I just . . . the level of not-giving-a-crap at times at this Starbucks is really high. I don't expect them to move the earth but I do expect them to actually care enough to bother to check if they have orders waiting, especially when the actual customer is standing *right there* waiting. The Fishinger 'bucks is among those that have undergone location change, an obvious move to a drive-thru centric business. Here they have moved from the small space in the mall to out front in a former bank beside Burger King. Like the others that have changed, this one is larger and have went to a more sleek style. They increased seating by fourfold, have comfortable wall benches, club chairs, and tables seating. To my dismay they have gotten rid of sofas. I have no complaints about the drinks nor food; it is standard Starbucks and they don't miss a beat. The staff, which seem more in number than at the old spot, is generally nice. I don't like the traffic situation here though, nor the parking arrangement. The 30-year-old shopping plaza here has non- linear streets with inconsistent street signage. The Starbucks is accessed and exited from the main inflow that has a tree lined medium, a configuration not meant for busy traffic. The lot is, as mentiond, build for the more causal flow of a bank, and so has a narrow drive through that spills back to the enterence. Meanwhile there are not enough parking spaces. Add it up and you have a very awkward time parking and navigating the lines and traffic patterns. I also don't like their new drive-thru centric push. Like the fast food models they are immulating, counter service is less concentrated on. It takes longer to get your drinks. I hate that. read more

Due to covid they have apparently shut down the inside but it doesn't say that online if you have placed a mobile order it says pick it up inside. I get there and they make you go through the drive through which had a line already around the building! I ended up being late for work since it wouldn't let me cancel my order. I also tried to call but they turned off their phones. They need to fix the app since there were a lot of in store pick ups and we were all left outside and forced to go to the drive through if you wanted your order. I complained at the window about this and they were just like "sorry we can't help it have a nice day." I understand with covid things are challenging and you gotta roll with it however you still need to take care of your customers and do something to help fix your mistake in your system..... read more

Overall a pain. In the mornings the lot is a nightmare; that is not strong enough. I have no desire to paricipate in "Mad Max's Hunt for Coffee" in the mornings when I just want is to get in and out quickly and off to work. This old bank location and it's parking lot are just not the right choice for this kind of business, whoever scouted and a proved the location should be fired. Stopping in and staying a bit? The temperature always seems uncomfortable to me. The seating is all pretty uncomfortable for a setting like this. It's all hard chairs on wobbly tables. Makes for a poor place sit and do work or read for any length of time. The panera across the street is a much better option. Might be why there is always a free table at this Starbucks, really the only good thing I have to say. read more

This is the worst Starbucks. The parking lot is a total nightmare, the line is so slow and they screw up my coffee more than they get it right. People love Starbucks because they have a great product and they are consistent. You always know what to expect and if your expectations are not meant you get your next drink free. Definitely the more reliable/consistent Starbucks location in Hilliard. Every once in a while my mobile order doesn't come out according to plan but it's never been undrinkable. The prices of Starbucks in general keep me from being a frequent customer anymore when we have SO many delicious local shops, but I can't say no to the gingerbread latte this time of year. read more

Employee gave me attitude about the am/pm confusion. Seems like the Store didn't follow up to see if it was a pm pick up or what when we didn't come in this morning and is giving me S- about it. Best part about this Starbucks is the staff! Even when they have gotten my order wrong, they were polite and quick to make it right. They even offered me a complimentary drink on them. Of course not only did I return, but I frequently visit this Starbucks at least 2 times a week. Sure I go past 4 Starbucks on my drive into work and one even has a drive through, but I continue to visit here because of the experience. I don't order any of the frilly coffee or mixtures, just bold black coffee. It's so refreshing walking in the door of a business where they are ready to greet you and take the time to get to know their customers. It's not just that they know what I like to drink, they are just super friendly and helpful when selecting products. Needless to say it's not just the coffee I love, but the experience I receive when getting my order to go or buying new products. Its Starbucks. I really like their re-design which I know was done like 2 years ago but it has been that long since I have been in here. The re-design is conducive to getting some work done when I need to get out of the house and write. The coffee is hot and the staff is friendly. I made the only mistake by ordering a skinny peppermint Mocha. It is only a 100 calories, hence my decision, but it is peppermint. I should know better than ordering this. It is back in the Strip Mall so I know some people may miss it but it has plenty of seats inside and outside. It is cozy and comfortable with at least 4 cushioned chairs to relax. They even try localize it with a few books on a bookcase. read more

This is a spacious location that offers a good place to hang out. Probably 1 of the largest seating areas in all of Columbus. It's location in the half empty strip mall and its Mill Run spot sees many customers coming through to pick up drinks so from time to time line can get backed up. On a Saturday afternoon, got to enjoy afternoon tea and a good book. Lots of different people strolling through including people reading books, watching videos, tea chats, and more. Few outdoor tables with umbrellas offer a choice of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely prefer this location over Dublin due to more seating area and ample parking. read more

I used to hang out at this Starbucks all of the time back in high school, lots of good memories attached. The location is sort of hidden- tucked back in a strip mall in Mill Run next to the closed Big Bear. Nowadays the parking lot is in shambles, so watch out for pot holes! There's a patio out front, not much to see but good if you need a smoke. Staff seems to always be changing. Pretty standard-looking inside. The low rating is primarily for dysfunctional wireless internet during my last 3 visits. In this day and age, if you buy a $4 coffee drink and wireless doesn't work, you've got an issue. I use a new MacBook Pro, and there's always a wireless connection issue with the "ATT" airport, or no connection at all here. This may dependent upon where you sit (at the tables near the counter or in the tables in the back) Either way, this is America, and you're Starbucks. You've gotta have working wifi. read more
