I don't know if it's bad training or the bar has been lowered too far in what or who they hire, but the staff is rude, the restaurant is filthy and the pricing is insane. Two sandwiches that had less product than a frozen micro sandwich and one cup of coffee was 15 bucks.. it's gotten crazy, to me, I'd rather cook things myself than spend 15 bucks for half an egg and not even a single slice of bacon. So bad. 7am Thursday. Drive through and 4 employees 2 customers. Blaring "I want you back" song inside so drive through customer can't hear lady for order. Worse, toasted bagle cream cheese...in drive through... came in made for 2nd week in a row. Packet of cream cheese with no knife to spread. If u are out of cream cheese buckets or now use packets is fine but DRIVE THROUGH customers are driving so make the Fn meal, don't sell me parts to what, assemble while I drive. We had a HORRIBLE experience!!! This was on a Sunday afternoon several weeks ago. My husband and I dined in and ordered 2 panini meals. Our cashier Mary was rude and snappy which was fine, people have days, we get it. But she charged us $713.98 for a $13.98 AND DID NOT TELL US. SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! She was using a Square on the iPad and seemed to be having trouble making the transaction go through--kept swiping our card again and again. My husband tried to ask if we could pay in cash instead since they seemed to be having trouble but she completely ignored him. We happen to get bank alerts on our phone for large purchases and finally got one when the transaction did go through and had to inquire her about it. NOT ONCE did she apologize or say sorry, instead loudly blaming her coworkers for "messing with the device." She asked for the card back and we give it to her thinking it's for the refund process/to fix the problem. Instead she uses it to CHARGE US AGAIN for the correct amount and then goes off (without saying a word!!) to make a phone call about what she needs to do to give us our refund for the first transaction. We finally get our refund and get things sorted out so we sit down and wait for our paninis...15 minutes later I come up to find out that she had completely forgotten about our paninis too. Won't be returning here anytime soon. Reached out to corporate and they sided with her. Won't be returning to a TH anytime soon. read more

Friendly staff, quick service and the food tasted as it should. Not much more praise that you can offer to a chain restaurant. Consistency is key and this one has it. As an aside, this is probably the most strangely situated Tim Hortons I have ever seen. It looks like it might be drive-thru only, but it isn't. Just thought I'd update you.... Yes....we accidentally drove by the Lyman Road Tim Horton's on our way to teach Sunday School. SO, yes...we tried the Fishinger Tim Horton's drive thru again. Husband and I joked about our previous experiences (my previous experiences) and we agreed: I would KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT and HE would do ALL the ordering. Martin ordered two of the biscuit sandwiches--one with tomato and lettuce (for me), and two coffees with cream. The coffees were fine (although you DO ALWAYS have to ask for a "sleeve" to put them in--must be company policy). His sandwich was fine. Mine was on a bagel. HAHAHAHAHA (See, last time, I ordered the bagel sandwich and asked them to put it on a biscuit cuz the bagels are so big. This time, I tried it the opposite...order a biscuit sandwich and asked them to add tom and let.) Let this be (AGAIN) a lesson to me: LETTUCE AND TOMATO BREAKFAST SANDWICHES MUST BE SERVED ON A BAGEL. YOU CAN'T FOOL THE FISHINGER ROAD TIM HORTON'S!! read more

Ok so me and my husband are totally addicted to TH, I'm talking daily drinkers! We stop at this location only when we are visiting the in laws right down the road. Every time there seems to be an issue here but not other locations. This time though was just plain unacceptable! The four is went through the drive thru and ordered. At the window she shorted my husband $5 in the change but then gave it to him. Then she attempted to hand a large decaf. I said sorry we didn't order any decafs. She proceeded to argue with me several times that I did and repeated that "well you said decaf" really!?!? What happened to customer is right. And all the way over on fishinger rd I call there and asked could they replace it for me. They said they were not affiliated with that one but they would gladly do it for me. This is my go-to coffee place. I love getting ice cappuccinos in the morning and it's way cheaper than some Starbucks coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are also a favorite of mine.
