the drink great but my problem is that I always order a summer berry with EXTRA rasp pearls course they're so good but the thing is that I go to this Starbucks lets say every 3 weeks and most of the time I am at my local which is not this one and I always get a of rasp pearls in this one I get what they would say light in my other Starbucks oh and service was alright

If you want to get something quick, I would go inside and you will get your order much quicker than drive thru! There are a couple of spots open to get work done (5-6 small tables) Since it's in a shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking around. I got a pumpkin spice latte and it was great!

I love this Starbucks (and thank God there's one here in Hialeah) . Everyone's always so nice and friendly and especially Luis . I came in for chi tea and a banana bread pound cake, unfortunately they ran out . He recommended the lemon pound cake which was amazing, first time having it.

Back in the day, and by that I mean my high school days in '08, this was the place to be. Not much has changed since then. Well yes, I've gotten older and I do my best to stay out of Hialeah despite it being the city I was born in, but this Starbucks has not changed. The parking is still ample, the Wi-Fi free, and the coffee amazing. The drive-thru is still crazy, but you get out of there fast. About the only actual change to Starbucks is that they have cake pops now; oh and perhaps their Starbucks Rewards program. All in all, this Starbucks is a tried and true for me. I've never had any problems. On the off chance they mess up my order, they always fix it accordingly. Today my order was perfect. I bought a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and a tall white chocolate mocha with nonfat milk and no whipped cream. No problems whatsoever. Keep being awesome, Starbucks; you're one of the few decent things in Hialeah.

This Starbucks is a favorite of mine. They get me in and out and their really nice. The place is always clean. They also offer free WiFi which is great. They have a drive through, it's a little weird set up but it gets the job done. They're pretty fast and they know what they're doing however they not too good when it comes to specialty drinks just make sure you're very specific.

Small and intimate. A nice chilled spot to do work. The noise level is not too bad. But then again it depends on who is in here. When I first arrived it was quiet but even with people talking I was able to still do work without disruptions . My cafe mocha was good aswell

Not my preferred Starbucks, but easily 5 star worthy. This Starbucks location gets TONS of traffic especially since it's located right on 49, but no worries the baristas are on top of their game and get the job done. The staff here is friendly, easy going, and they handle both lines indoor, and drive-thru with ease while preparing your drink exactly how you ordered it. I've never had an issue at this Starbucks which is incredible because it's always busy when I come in to pick up a coffee. Since this location does get a lot of traffic it may be hard to find a table if you're with a group or if you're trying to get work done I wouldn't prefer this location. There's seating available indoors and outdoors, but like I mentioned before this place gets packed in both sections, and has got really popular. Plus the fact that it's located on 49 it's just destined to get a lot of traffic and customers. I'd also recommend avoiding the drive thru, although the team works the line of cars fast... the drive thru line can get really long! Overall you're better off parking and taking a walk inside the store, and you'll be out of there with your coffee before you know it. Again not my preferred Starbucks since it gets packed like a night club, but if you're in the area I highly recommend it. They'll take good care of you and get you out fast with your coffee ready to go!

I saw a flavor I've never heard of, this chili mocha. I came yesterday and asked the lady @the drive thru she said that Lindt chocolate had that flavor so I tried the chocolate before getting the Frappuccino today, not bad so I bought the frap and honestly I'm disappointed. It's like a light mocha flavor. When I order it I could've sworn the cashier said mocha so I corrected her. Guess who was charged for 2 chili mocha Frappuccinos today? Yes this dumba$$ writing the review. I'd feel bad telling her she made an error and wasting something. Overall good location, not many have a drive thru but I won't be returning till peppermint mocha in the winter, maybe.

Seriously, Hialeah needed a Starbucks already! When I lived there I got so tired of having to drive to the nearest one (In Miami Lakes) to get a Tall White Mocha!! lol It is definitely always a full house in there. All the employees are so nice its just a treat to pop in for some joe. read more

Never had such a bad hot white chocolate mocha in my life. It wasn't hot or chocolate or mocha idk what it was but damn tasted like warmed up spit. That being said customer service from the window guy was amazing. He saved you from the one star. read more

Finally, a Starbucks in my neighborhood. The place is one of nicer Starbucks I've been to. They even have a drive thru. Yeah, I know, big surprise in Hialeah. It's spacious and clean. Lots of seating- although most of the time its taken up by tons of people who seem to go there on a regular basis. I've seen the swat team and the Hialeah police there almost every time I've gone. The service is great, the food is relish, but the coffee could be better. I know every store may use the same recipe but I've definitely had better at other locations. This location has a very good location for people watching or to just sit down and read a book. One of my favorite spots especially on a Saturday afternoon! read more

For being located in the heart of Hialeah, this Starbucks is great. Every time I come here the employees are always so kind and helpful. The baristas know how to make drinks well. There venue is pretty basic but still roomy enough for people to work or chat with friends and family. They also have an outside seating area. read more

Everyone mentioning price as a pro or con to this location must not visit Starbucks often, as prices are the same across the board. This location however, has friendly staff and don't ever seem to be "out" of anything. Although I usually visit the drive thru and this process does seem to take more time than usual, I have yet to have any complaints about my order being wrong or the staff being unfriendly in any way. All in all, good staff, well run location! read more

I have been to A LOT of Starbucks! I go to Starbucks almost every day. I visit Starbucks wherever I am around South Florida and elsewhere, and I can honestly say that this is the best Starbucks that I have ever visited. Although they are always full, they take care of me quickly. They get my order right and the employees go out of their way to be super attentive and friendly. They are so nice there. They are so polite, so friendly and so happy, that I always leave feeling good! read more

This is the best Starbucks in the universe. Sure, it's in Hialeah, next to 49th street, and you never really make it there, unless you're visiting your parents, but forget about that for a second. Julio the manager makes the best chai lattes, ever! The staff is always friendly, attentive, funny, and ready with suggestions on how to spike your traditional drink to make it extra-delish. Their drive-thru is efficient, and you always get what you ordered, without mistakes, and with a smile. Also, bonus points for staying open late and providing a place for socializing with your Hialeah friends. :) read more

This Starbucks is by far the most efficient Starbucks that I have been to. I know that seems impossible because this location is in Hialeah, but the baristas here really do know how to get you in and out. I come here at least 5 times per month because it is en route to my office. Both the drive-thru and the store line move quickly. I don't think I have ever waited in the drive-thru line for more than 8 minutes with 5-6 cars in line ahead of me. They always get my order right and their original oatmeal is never watered down (yay!) I'm not one to go to Starbucks and hang out; I just want my morning tea and oatmeal and this location gets me in and out at an impressive speed. 5-stars for efficiency... a rarity at most Starbucks locations. read more

I am a coffee drinker and I only come to this Starbucks because it's the closest to me when I am at work or on my way home from work. However this Starbucks could shut down their Drive Thru for all I care. The service is horrible lately. By lately I know 2-3 months. The wait is extremely long and my order has been ruined a couple of times. My coffee has been so horrible occasions that I have not even drank the coffee I rather throw it away. I really appreciated this location before, but I am currently disappointed. read more

This is probably one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Miami. They're quick, friendly & most importantly, the drinks are made the RIGHT way. Plus, there's a drive-thru... everyone's best friend. The only flaw: I wish there was more seating since this place tends to get busier every evening. Sometimes, you're almost forced to leave because there's nowhere to sit. read more

I actually enjoy coming to this Starbucks. It has everything a typical Starbucks would have with the added bonus of a drive-thru. But the real reason why it's to enjoyable is the excellent service. I honestly have not experienced such service in any other Starbucks location. If you pull up at the drive-thru at night you are bound to get an animated greeting from William. He is so great and is so welcoming, that it makes it a pleasure just to drive there. The rest of the staff is great as well with a smile on their face and always very helpful. read more

This Starbucks is great and has really good customer service. The drive thru is amazing too. It has to be the first drive thru Starbucks I've ever been too that doesn't mess up my order and you're always greeted by a friendly face at the window. The atmosphere is great. Had a great experience at the drive through, with the sweetest young man. (He must be new, the Hialeah consumers haven't tainted him yet). He is the best barista I have ever encountered. Wish I knew his name. He was working the window at 2:20 pm July 16. The closing staff rubbed me the wrong way a while ago. They made me feel so unwelcomed the last hour of business. I started going to another Starbucks. Maybe things have changed and I'll give it another try. Thanks dude for making me like this Starbucks again. read more

It use to be my favorite spot for coffee, since it's the only one in Hialeah BUT that has changed drastically. The customer service SUCKS! I understand if there's a flop every now and then and the lines are long, that's understandable but they constantly disappoint. 1) They never have in stock what I'd like to have and don't apologize for it. 2) They ran out of coconut milk for a week, so naturally I ask for soy milk instead, the barista asks "would you like coconut milk instead?" and I comment "it says you're all out but OK, if you have it I'll take it" and the barista replies "sorry we are all out...." ????!!!! 3) Almost ALWAYS do I make an order, get to the window and then am told it's not in stock, no tea, no milk, no bread, then when I ask for alternatives they recommend something and come back to say they are out of that too. 4) RECENTLY I ordered a Sparkling Sangria Herbal Tea for my family....they complained about a bitter taste in it; so I went back and for greeted with "what? you didn't like it?" they then said they ran out of apple juice so put LEMONADE instead.....without telling me!!? those are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. 5)they are just rude. need a complete new staff!! read more

My son had an iced vanilla matcha latte, and it disappeared in about four minutes, which says it all! My partner ordered a regular cappuccino and really enjoyed his drink as well. The café has a cozy, slightly gloomy vibe, which I personally love in a coffee shop. It creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. You pay first at the counter and then find your seat, which makes the process smooth and easy. The pricing was reasonable too, typical coffee shop prices for really good quality drinks. The staff was really sweet and welcoming as well, which made the visit even better. Definitely a spot I'd visit again.

I don't get how this place has such high ratings. I ordered a Buñuelo, El Cabezon, a Maduro and Queso Empanada, and a Pastel de Pizza. The buñuelo was straight up soggy and overly sweet. The cabezon was also soggy but tasted alright. The empanada and pastel were both straight up cold. I would think they would fry it to order or at least heat it up so it's crispy again. Only good thing is how cheap everything is. I got those 4 items for about $12. I don't recommend visiting.

One of the best Starbucks locations in Miami. Friendly staff that rarely get your order wrong (note: I don't order complicated drinks though). I go here a lot and can barely complain about it. Heard it was one of the best performing locations in the nation as well. If that's true, I can definitely tell. read more
