Listen I pretty much been to all the Dunkin' Donuts in the area and I kind of settled on this one the staff is amazing. They always get my order right and if it's not right, they go out of their way to make it right. This Dunkin is amazing. It's not a drive-through. You will have to walk in and get it but it's worth it every everyone's nice. The place is always clean. It's never packed and your order is always on time. Love this place. read more

On Sat March 7th.. My car was parked in the parking lot while I was inside Dunkin. The Dunkin Donuts truck parked next to my car and when he left he hit my car and took off. A witness came in and told us the truck just hit a car. The cops were called and I filed a police report for a Hit and Run.. The driver looked very tired or possibly intoxicated. I have pictures of the trucks damage that matches the damage to my car and paint transfer.. The driver does not speak English and he is driving a commercial truck ILLEGALLY. Dunkin is hiring non English speaking drivers and as of 2025 it is ILLEGAL for a driver to operate a commercial vehicle if he does not speak English.. I have emailed corporate and tried to call them but you are on hold forever. I will take this as far as I can take it.. My car is my lively hood and the driver is not going to get away with this.. I live 6 min away yet still waited over an hour to get my Ubereats order and the order was wrong! I had to drive there for them to fix my order which is annoying. Inside, no apology for the inconvenience. The manager just kept telling me what happened instead of apologizing. And then to make matters worse I still had to wait long in store for them to rectify my order. And the lady making my sandwiches gave me attitude because she wasn't making them correctly. I live near this Dunkin'Donuts and I go there all the time and I am happy with the staff is great but the only thing is that some drinks are over sweetened, for example this chai latte was so sugary sweet that it was impossible to drink, although I like sweet, I did not add any syrups on top. read more

What a nice day to celebrate Love and Donuts. (International Donut Day) #latepost Lots of Pros when visiting this local store. It's located next to a few other hidden stores inside a little plaza. Great location and very easy to find parking. Outstanding service, GREAT in their quality, very friendly service. We have been coming back many times and they have hot-fresh and delicious coffee every time. The decoration was very lovely, I also liked the coffee mugs accessories and displays. First time I notice the ground coffee option for purchase. The price is displayed nicely and they have a wide variety. Haven't have sugar in a while... but my strawberry frost was worth all the wait! Ok...I know it's just Dunkin' Donuts, but if you're looking for an abundant amount of fresh doughnuts, this is the location for you. On a late Saturday afternoon, they were well stocked on many popular choices where some locations are sold out or just waiting for the next delivery which comes around 3-5am at most locations. This particular store is located at a strip plaza just north of 123rd and Biscayne on the East side of the street; in the mornings, parking may be scarce but on a day like today, it wasn't as busy. This location has its ups and downs. Conveniently located in a shopping plaza, no problem to park. The line goes fairly quickly however if you're an app fanatic like I am I'm game to use that instead in order to collect on the rewards than just plainly paying. I've gone a few times with the fam for breakfast and donuts. My kids would admit that they don't always make 'fresh' batches. Sometimes they're a bit stale. I also placed a mobile order for their veggie, egg and cheese sandwich as well as their ham, egg and cheese for pickup and later discovered once on the road that both sandwiches had ham in it. Their flavored coffees are pretty tasty though. I prefer their flavors over Starbucks (don't tell anyone) as they're not crazy sweet and yet no extra sugar is needed. I can drink their coffee black with their flavors. All in all DD has good coffee and breakfast options, however I would make sure to check my bags before leaving just to make sure all is correct. read more

I just stopped by this morning. I had to use the restroom, there was no soap. How do employees wash their hands and serve food? I don't care to know. I brought it to several employees attention, as well as the manager. I sat there for 25 minutes and no one bothered to take care of the situation. read more

If i could rate 0 stars I would. The girl behind the counter was literally talking on her phone on speaker; was super annoyed at us for even walking up to the register, complaining about her work while on the phone and rolling her eyes, while selecting donuts she seemed upset while we were making our selection, because there was not much of one so we had to really think about it. When we told her we wanted coffee she said "ok.. ?" Like so super rudely dude, she was giving us attitude with everything we asked for "what type of coffee like cold or hot?" .. like hello ! What's not to love about Dunkin? This is store is conveniently located on Biscayne Blvd with lots of parking available. The number of times I've been there the place is always clean. Service is pretty ok as far as speed but that's ok. They have always made my order just right! I'll keep going to this store. read more

I haven't been at a Dunkin' Donuts in a good while since you can't find them in every corner. But I actually passed this one the other day and got myself an iced coffee. It's pretty clean so a big difference from the nyc locations. There was a good line but they managed to still serve me super fast. Also a big difference to the nyc stores. The area it's located in is very quiet and so was the clientele. So you could easily sit there and eat or drink your coffee. The coffee tastes the same everywhere so there is not much to say. But they had a Dunkin' Donuts merch section which included very cute dunkin donut Cubs and stuff. Haven't seen any of those before. All in all it's a good place to get a coffee and we all know it's cheaper than certain other places. They still didn't have almond milk so that's the only minus point I have to add. Left Panera Bread across the street after a horrible experience (read my other review) and came to DD to place a large order for a business meeting. The staff here was very polite and greeted me at the counter. They helped me get the best deal with the combination of bagels, donuts and coffee that I needed. Most importantly, they move quickly! I'm not from around the area but I was in need of some caffeine and I happened to pass by this DD. I ordered a med dark roast with 2 cream and caramel swirl through the DD app. When I arrived, I went through the pick up station and looked for my name which I didn't see so I stood there while the DD staff was playing on her phone. Mind you there were barely any customers. After waiting for a few minutes I finally got her attention and asked about my order. The DD staff pointed to a coffee with the name "Kristy" on it and told me it was mine. I told her my name isn't Kristy and she turns over and asked another worker if this was my coffee and they said yes. So I just took their word and took the coffee. It did not taste like dark roast and there was no even a drop of caramel in there! It was completely watered down. So yeah... don't waste your money on watered down coffee and poor customer service. read more

I'm not sure who's responsible for this particular franchise but it definitely isn't owned by the same person and/or people who own the North Miami Beach locations (Biscayne & 163rd). The food and the service at this location are pure garbage, respectively. The coffee is fine, but everything else, including the Manager's sour attitude, is trash. I stopped coming here after my last experience, the manager clearly has a problem with "certain" people of a "certain" age with a "certain" hue so I'll take my money over to the North Miami Beach stores where my business and presence are appreciated. Its an average Dunkin' Donuts except this location is fairly clean and has quick service (unless it 7am, then its real busy). I'v never had a problem with service before and I really love their donuts since they're pretty fresh. I usually get a cup of coffee and a fresh French Crullers and am always satisfied! read more

Might be the worst Dunkin donuts of all time. Service is fast but the coffee didn't taste the same here as it did at every other location and neither did the wake up wrap. Might be a newer location but they might still need to do some more training not a fan. read more

Staff is friendly and nice, place is usually clean. I don't like that they close so early(9pm) and also there is no drive-thru.
