This Starbucks location is always packed. I waited over 30 minutes between ordering and actually getting my drink. They definitely need more staff because you can tell they're doing their best but just overwhelmed. On the bright side, my drink was made perfectly once it finally came out, so credit to the baristas for that. If you're in a rush, this might not be the best spot, but if you've got time to spare, at least you'll leave with a good drink. read more

I absolutely adore visiting this Starbucks, even when it's packed! The cozy atmosphere makes you feel like you're in a warm hug. This Starbucks location had very average customer service. Even though they are not real Starbucks, both the Aventura Mall and JW Marriott locations are nicer to visit and are more prompt - this location ignored us when we walked in and kept cleaning until we stared directly at them pointedly, at which point they finally walked over to take the order. The drinks were average. JW's Starbucks has a really beautiful resort feel to it so we only visited this location once because there wasn't anything draw us back. Overall, if it's the closest to you and you need the Star points, I would say it's not too bad, but at the end of the day - it's average. read more

11-5-23 8AM Thought I would head over to the car wash before it gets too crazy. Starbucks is next door so thought I would stop in for a treat of a cappuccino. I say treat because honestly at five bucks a pop it's too pricey for everyday anymore. The prices to go out far exceeded the increases in our paychecks these past few years. Anyway to be honest their coffee beans aren't my favorite either. At this price I rather have an Illy. So this location better than most and festive as holiday cups are out already. But for the price they should add the sleeve and the drinker stopper especially if a tip is expected. Service was average two people working on this Sunday morning. I have been to many Starbucks around the globe but this location stands out. The atmosphere is very unique, hospitality and presentation of the product are excellent. I don't go crazy for any latte or signature coffee, I do like my teas or an americano with no sugar so I can really enjoy the aroma and flavors. The young lady who assisted us was really nice. The experience was smooth and our coffees were hot and fresh. Indoor seating is closed but you can enjoy the outdoors area with a friend or by yourself. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. I love this Starbucks location, it's one of the best in the Miami area! This location is in the parking lot of the DSW/Bed Bath and Beyond shopping center at 191st and Biscayne in Aventura. We go to this location frequently as it's near our house and each time we go, the staff is very friendly and helpful and always move the line of customers quickly. We typically use the mobile order through the Starbucks app and the employees usually have the order ready way in advance of the time quoted in the app. Definitely recommend stopping by this location if you're in the area! read more

In the past few months, I've had issues with Starbucks and its portions. No matter the size of coffee I order, I am always missing 1/4 or more of it. Light foam, light whip, no whip, or no foam is always an issue. I have to ask for extra milk and shots constantly. I then have to wait additional time for my morning pick-up order. Let's not say that the taste of the coffee is not good with the last-minute modification. I work near by and would prefer to wait for the Target Starbucks to open to order my coffee. We get here and the first thing they tell us is they don't have the dragon fruit for the drink we ordered two iced caramel macchiato when we get the order the caramel was missing which is and extra charge and they tell us the coffee won't even taste like caramel after it was charged and served. I recently stopped by this location inside and ordered an iced coffee to have before going to work. Unfortunately the iced coffee was served with little tiny strands of cloth-like fibers inside that kind of look like strands of hair. I have visited many Starbucks locations and this is a first.
