I visited Starbucks in Henderson, NV [2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy] on Tuesday, 03/24/26, around 1:45 PM. Upon approaching the counter, I was greeted warmly by Jony and Niko. Their disposition was quite pleasant and friendly. For the drink, I proceeded to order the Venti Coffee Frappuccino prepared with 2% milk, extra ice, 3x blended, and topped with whipped cream. It was made with perfection, even with all of the modifications requested. This location was presented as clean and nicely organized. There was also a designated space for customers to sit down, if needed. Plenty of chairs and tables were available for comfort. The price points were on the higher end, compared to most Starbucks locations. I paid about $9 for the drink. Thumbs up for this Starbucks. Great customer service! read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks as long as it's been open. Pretty surprised that I have never written a review for it. I've never had a bad experience here. The food and drink I've ordered always comes out the way it's supposed to and it's always delicious. The people working here are pretty nice too. They ever give me an issue when I give my players card to get the points. Sure, it's not a lot of points but any bit counts. The renovation is really modern and I kind of hate it. It's pretty beautiful and it's actually my aesthetic but I liked the older version of Starbucks with it's much more comfortable seats. I had a less-than-stellar experience. The two young baristas behind the counter seemed more interested in chatting with each other than preparing drinks. After waiting much longer than usual for a simple order, one of them even made a comment suggesting that a "commonsense one dollar tip" would've helped speed things up. I understand tips are appreciated, but good service should come first. Hopefully just an off day, but not the kind of customer service I expect from Starbucks.. What they didn't know is that I fully intended to tip generously. But the attitude and lack of professionalism completely changed my mind. It's a sad reminder that basic courtesy and humanity seem to be slipping, especially in roles where customer service should be a priority. read more

If Starbucks is trying to improve customer service and bring back customers, this location is going in the complete wrong direction. Ordered food and drinks, asked for a water, I was informed it would be a $1 charge for ice and water. I mentioned, with food purchase the request should be granted unless busy, I was the only person. She dug in and said we're in a hotel and do not follow Sbux rules, clearly. I take my coffee, no milk or cream out, I politely say I thought you reversed this and had this out, again, she said we're slow and decided not to do that. The Green Valley Ranch Resort Starbucks. Located at the corner of the food court by the 215-Garage entrance, this is the main Starbucks of the Green Valley Ranch Resort. It is a spot that I have been familiar with going back to its days as a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. During the soft shutdown in the days of the Nevada Covid-19 Pause, this is one of the few Starbucks where you are welcome to sit inside. During the days of the pandemic, hanging out in a Starbucks or coffee shop is my vaccination for healthy mental health. This Green Valley Ranch Resort-owned Starbucks does a fine job abiding by Covid-19 guidelines. Upon entering the Green Valley Ranch Resort, it is a requirement to have Security scan your temperature. As a requirement of the Governor's mandate it is a requirement to wear a face mask. There are hand sanitizer stations throughout the casino. This location has a large footprint that allows for spread out seating. Adjoining the Starbucks seats are the adjoining food court tables. Taken into consideration that this is a Green Valley Ranch Resort-owned Starbucks, the prices are higher than the corporate owned stores. The price for a regular coffee after taxes is $3.52. Refills are $1.19. This is such an enjoyable spot to relax, that the higher prices are worth it. Especially when the majority of Starbucks are primarily take out and drive thru. The sofa seats are extremely snug. Although I am enjoying this caffeinated beverage it's like I can fall asleep here. There are a wall outlets and small tables by the sofa chairs. The music is plays at a smooth level. The soft lighting off the raised ceiling with the cozy interior create a carefree environment. Striving to be a carefree guy, I relish my moments here. While enjoying a Starbucks beverage while my blood pressure goes down as my mental health goes up, my Starbucks experience includes watching my favorite YouTube videos using the complimentary Wi-Fi. That is when the Wi-Fi isn't cutting off. In this snug environment it is more than coffee that I enjoy. An advantage about the Green Valley Ranch Resort Starbucks is that it shares the same roof with the Grand Cafe. As soon as you set eyes on the Grand Cafe there is a grand showcase of appetizing desserts. This case includes the large crunchy chocolate chip cookie (costs $2.50) that I highly recommend. What I now do is to stop here to buy the cookie then cut through the lightly traveled convention hallway to Starbucks where I order my beverage. The Baristas here have always been kind. That includes the two Holidays that I visited here. I am a human being that enjoys partaking in enjoying carefree moments in a Starbucks or any nice coffee shop. Taking this into consideration, I would like to return to one of the few Starbucks that welcome customers inside during the soft government shutdown. While waiting for our table to be called at Green Valley Ranch restaurant inside of the casino we decided the couches here were more than inviting so decided to sit and rest in comfort. We decided to go with a drink that will not take our appetites, so decided on chai tea latte. The customer service here was great and very laid back. We went in at 9:47 pm on Thursday when they close at 10:00 pm. They had almost everything put away and the cashier, Anisa, rolled her eyes as we walked up and looked very aggravated on us being there. We ordered 4 drinks, a cake pop, and a croissant. We asked for the croissant to be warmed up and she rolled her eyes again and stated they close in 5 minutes and can't warm it up. They close in 10 minutes, not 5 minutes, and it only takes like 30 seconds to warm. The croissant was not edible all hard and dried out not being warmed up. One of our drinks was a hot cocoa and they put the cocoa away for the night so had to use a white chocolate instead which we were told after we paid. It didn't taste the same. This Starbucks charges more than other Starbucks being in the Casino so you would hope to get what you pay for but obviously Anisa just wanted to get home and not take care of her customers. It's in the food court of the Green Valley casino and is a nice place to hang out if your tired of gambling. They have a small seating area of leather chairs which are really nice. There's more seating in the food court area and there is WiFi. It gets pretty busy and on Wed seniors get a free cup of coffee. read more

When I first moved to this area this Starbucks was a Coffee Bean. I was sure glad when Coffee Bean left and Starbucks arrived. It was a much needed upgrade in coffee selections at GVR. This location is very convenient if you are looking for good coffee at GVR or while shopping at The District. I typically visit this location on weekend afternoons and they're never busy. The staff is quick with making orders and my drinks have always tasted consistent with drinks I get from other locations. The shop is clean and has a few seats and a few tables to relax. read more
