Be careful guys, Elizabeth has a pretty bad attitude I asked for a pumpkin drink very nicely and she asked a question quietly and I didn't hear her and then she repeated it very rudely and unprofessionally as if she was very frustrated that I could not hear her the first time. My family noticed the attitude immediately and we all visibly looked at each other like "is she for real?" Then I thought, maybe she's just having a bad morning. But then when we walked away, Elizabeth was smiling and laughing behind the counter and I even heard her say some smart comments like "I'm gonna take my time" when referring to other customers, but that's not really my business. The drink they made tastes amazing so props to them for that but coming from someone who's always worked customer service, it's not hard to be kind to people. read more

Stopped here around 8 am and it wasn't that busy but service was still slow. I was excited to see there is a new breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon but I already had breakfast so I will try it next time. I got a peppermint mocha but it didn't taste as good as normal. Have to say.... My last 2 experiences at this location were disappointing to say the least. Yesterday the girls attempted to belittle me about how my drink gets made. When this location has ALWAYS made my drink the same way until yesterday.... I called corporate and reported them. It wasn't cute coming from a customer service representative. Today, they made my drink correctly yet they just couldn't keep their mouths shut and had to whisper about me. Again, ladies, this is your job to make my $7 drink the way I ordered it. Keep the commentary out of Starbucks. I expect stuff like this from Dunkin. Today, y'all got a pass. Keep it up and I will just keep calling corporate on you. One of the fastest Starbucks. I was sitting for a little bit and one of the workers asked what my name was because no one sits here this long. He informed me that I had ordered at the one in Jonestown Road smh, but he said he'd make the trade with them and help me out. Most definitely needed and for being such a small Starbucks everyone is definitely on their toes. They have to be taking care of their employees over there, the one I'm near is sometimes open, sometimes closed, understaffed, drinks take 15+ minutes. Maybe I hit up this place at the right time (a lovely Sunday afternoon) but I really liked this location. The barista who greeted me and took my order was very friendly. I got my coffee lickety split. The Starbucks was clean. This location is spacious with a decent amount of tables and some comfy chairs to sit in. They also have some tables to sit at outside. It's easy to find this Starbucks. It's located in a busy shopping center right of of Union Deposit Rd, which is easily accessible from I-83. The free wi-fi is plenty good enough for me to check my email, Facebook, and write this review. If you like Starbucks, you'll like this location. read more

I stopped in here today for the same reason I did last time- visiting the ice rink up the road. It was a particularly cold and damp day and a good cup of coffee was in order. However the wait was ridiculously long as they only had one person making cold and hot drinks and the place was full and the line was at least 4 deep for the entire time I was waiting. read more

It is a fairly good location. It is in a small strip mall area with plenty of parking. You could miss it if you don't actually go into the strip mall area. No real signs near the Main Street. It's got it's music up pretty loud always. I've come 3-4x a week for the past 4 weeks. I needed the wifi to study and was hoping for a more quiet place, but the customers they get are friendly and self aware. I've been to Starbucks with minimal music and some without so I know they exist. Wifi was fast and sufficient. The service is always friendly and quick. I always order the same thing and they never disappointed. It was always made the same way no matter who made it. I was impressed. read more

Meh! I've experienced better. Store was well kept but service was dreadfully slow. With only two people in front of me I waited a good 10-15 mins for my beverage. It seemed like the person making coffee was literally cleaning the entire machine after each coffee brew or something. It just took unusually long for a small coffee, black. Ordered via mobile two coffee drinks and two chicken sausage biscuits. We only received one sandwich and not both. They put two labels on the one sandwich we received. Last time I went to this Starbucks (read: like 2 days ago) the guy put whip cream on my drink, even though I specifically said NO WHIP... sooooooooo I had to scrape it off and drive to Rite Aid to obtain lactase supplements just in case of lactose contamination... I LOVE this Starbucks. I purposefully drive out of my way to go here. I pass another Starbucks on my way, but their coffee is no where near the quality of this location. You cannot get better customer service than some of these guys (and gals) provide. The manager, shift manager, and some of the other baristas know you by name and what your drink is. They know their customers well. I have been going here for 2 years, and have observed them interact with customers for a long time, and they are good at what they do, they seem to sincerely care about the customers and their experience. They deserve a great rating. They recently renovated this location (furniture, decor) so it looks great! Thanks for a job well done! read more

Well definitely my least favorite area Starbucks now. The baristas here have that "how dare you try to make me work" attitude and got annoyed with my asking for milk in a to go cup with a cap request, and instead instructed me to purchase their organic milk in a box. No thanks, I asked for milk that way for a reason; don't take the easy way out snooty barista. Just for that I took advantage of their free smoothie coupon and made her make me an extra drink on my way out. This was my favorite Starbucks as I would go there in the morning before work. I have had several bad experiences with this store recently. My drink was horrible as it was way to hot and did not have enough chai in the tea. I watched her pump the chai only two times for the drink and it required five pumps. I specifically asked for children's temperature and she gave me an extremely hot drink that I burnt my tongue on. I threw the drink out. I ordered a bagel and asked for four butters and only got three. Starbucks is not cheap, therefore I want what I pay for. Jack is amazing and has great customer service with everyone that comes into the store. However, there was a girl named Jayna and she made the drink and she was awful. She spent ten minutes talking to a friend in line, starting arguing with another worker and ignored customers. There was another worker, I never saw before that struggled with taking all orders and no one helped her. The entire experience was not good. Not sure If I will return. read more

Once a nice Starbucks but recently when I head in there the sitting area is very unkempt. The barista seemed like she didn't want to be there and was texting on her phone, when we tried to order is was giving out venti black and white drinks as she called them, making them before taking your order so you waited while she said she wanted you to try "something". Was pretty much; white and chocolate mocha with shots of SF hazelnut in a macchiato. Needless to say even if you said no she pushed it on you. Then we received a stack of smoothie coupons and when we asked for an apple fritter she tried to talk us into a toffee bar instead telling us you need to try it, we almost had to be firm just to get our fritter. The past few months this Stabucks' staff changes weekly it seems, espcially the night crew. Used to be very friendly and clean, during the day its not that bad but sometimes the staff doesn't seem bothered. read more
