When I realized what happened, I noticed an associate taking what appeared to be a phone break and having a drink. I politely asked if she could take my order since I had been missed. Her response was, "No big deal, they did miss you," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. What made the situation more frustrating is that I had seen her look toward my car multiple times before stepping away. Throughout the interaction, her demeanor came across as rude and uninterested in helping. I ordered a large smoothie but was given a medium, and she never asked for my phone number for rewards or account information. The line was shorter than usual, so I expected a quicker and more pleasant experience. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit left a disappointing impression.
