Was visiting the area recently and accidentally wandered in during their soft opening! The staff was friendly, and the manger offered us a coupon to come back on opening day. We went through the drive through as the inside was still being prepared for the grand opening. As an iced tea fan, I can't rave more about their product. It was delicious and flavorful, not even slightly bitter. I ordered the regular unsweetened iced tea... and I'd order it every day if only there was a scooters nearby! read more

Came here twice now since they've opened and I'm impressed! I'm just glad we have something in the area that's not Starbucks or Dunkin'! I got the strawberry mint refresher one day and the pineapple mint yesterday- both with lemonade. Both are very good, but I really enjoyed the pineapple one! Both are pretty sweet so I let the ice water them down both times, but you can also sub in coconut milk or tea, which is cool. Kinda reminds me of Dutch bros! Not blended well as I was chewing on little ice pieces. Smores cookie: ok. Probably won't buy it again. Overall, a bit lackluster and won't go out of my way to get this coffee. read more

We ordered cold brew with cold foam. Staff were great and patient and pretty quick but the product just sucks. Cold brew is so weak it's more like tea than coffee. Do not order coffee here unless you can't stand coffee and deliberately seek watered down, weak coffee with excessively mild flavor. I could have had a Starbucks. I got the blended caramel thing with and an expresso shot and 2 burritos. The waiting period was not long, the staff was very friendly, and the drink was delicious. There is a new Scooters in Vernon Hills and the line is around the corner!l for good reason. I have been a scooters fan since 2001 when it was one small hut in Omaha! The drinks are great especially the oreo cookie crumbl. The "burritos" they have are not really shaped like burritos more like a messy taco. The service is good and they understand you. The ambiance? This coffee place is amazing. I stumbled upon it an accident as I live 45 minutes away and I had to go through the drive-through and try it out. It was the best iced coffee I've ever had in my life so I get the turtle and it's amazing. You must try it, so needless to say I drive 45 minutes to get coffee a couple times a week because their coffee is so amazing for the person who said that they don't have iced coffee , they do have iced coffee drinks because that's what I get. DO NOT EVER GO TO SCOOTER'S COFFEE. This place is beyond horrible and should honestly just shut down. I ordered a cold drink and was first given a hot one. When they finally remade it, the 'cold' drink was room temperature--absolutely disgusting. The food? Ice cold, undercooked, and completely inedible. To make it worse, one employee was outside smoking the entire time instead of working, and my food and drinks actually smelled like smoke because of him. The rest of the staff treated me like garbage with their rude, condescending attitudes. The so-called manager, a guy with black hair and a beard, thought a stale, $1 pack of donuts would somehow make up for their total incompetence--are you kidding me? The drinks are outrageously overpriced and so much worse than Starbucks it's laughable. This place is a complete disaster, run by rude and careless people who couldn't care less about their customers.
