I met the nicest man the other day who offered to buy my smoothie. His name was Woody and he was the kindest man I have met in a really long time. We ordered a Peach Perfection and an Orange Dream Machine. The man at the counter was extremely friendly and had our smoothies ready in no time! I just wanted to comment on my experience here because it was truly wonderful and rare. So nice to meet a random stranger and have the best conversation over smoothies! It made my whole week. The staffing is so delightful! I went in not knowing what I was gonna order and I was greeted by such a nice young woman. She helped me decide on something she thought I would like best after telling her what Fruits I liked. We talked throughout her making my smoothie and the space felt very calm. there is a bigger guy working and I politely told him i'm allergic to bananas and he put them in my drink and I asked him to remake it and he made it a big problem and got very hostile towards me. I hope when I decide to come back to jamba he either isn't working there or is fired. First time ever going to a Jamba Juice in my entire life. Wanted to try something completely new and was reccomend to give this place a try. I tried their banana smoothie with pea protein in it. They sell good stuff, how can it be any less than 5 stars? There's always a nice greeting and a prompt inquiry of what could they get for me. Service with a smile, even when I'm ordering off their secret menu. Yesss, I said secret menu, to see it you must Google it. I like how they play shy when I order off of it. Typically a manager would know how to make the secret ones and if they don't you'll be out of luck unless you've got a smart phone with Internet capabilities. When I want a lunch that speaks to my heart and body instead of just my belly and cholesterol, I like to change it up with an original Jamba smoothie. Got to get it with extra energy (free), immunity (free) and some probiotic($.50) and for good measure a double shot of wheat grass. The endeavor will set me back about the equivalent of a full meal at any of the eateries nearby. Approx $9.47 But, the difference is that when that afternoon lull comes around.. there is no lull for me. Love this place , tried a fruity pebbles it was like a skittle slushy. Usually go for the mango that's yummy to. Just one thing I find annoying instead of throwing the excess drink they should sample or offer it to customer. When going into any establishment after greeting the customer, it is to be able to listen and Repeat the order to ensure that both the person making the smoothie and customer understand the order was heard and not misunderstood. Today I asked for a red gummie as I always do, but the older Gentlemen or manager didn't communicate that he had heard me and proceeded to make the wrong smoothie after I stated three times to save him from making the wrong one he still makes the incorrect smoothie and then after telling him again that this is to be a RED gummie not a white he then says we can't make that. The young man making my drink had a terrible attitude when I politely asked if he could make my drink a little thicker due to the watery consistency, even though I paid extra. Lacks good training and management. Half the staff there struggles to make an actual smoothie and to often serves you a juice. I've seen the same girl make my drink wrong for over a month every time she makes it, the drink is very watery and just not right. Hire a manager and train your staff. The bathrooms here are also filthy and smelly. Many times the staff is also very slow at making orders due to not knowing ingredients.. again train your people. Lastly I swear the AC isn't working in this unit it's always extremely hot when I'm there. read more

I was there two days ago and got 6 smoothies. All watered down and one was made wrong. Called before hand and they told me that I can just come back in for a refund. The staff was rude and had a lot of attitude and then on top of it the Manger was nothing but rude and fought with me about how there was nothing wrong with the smoothies. If you would like your smoothie with wrong ingredients and stale fruit this is your place to go. I ordered an Orange Berry Antioxidant which comes with orange juice, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. The juice was loaded with banana. There is no banana in the ingredients list on the menu. I wouldn't have minded much but the bananas were so stale you could taste them fermenting. Absolutely love this place! My friends always tell me, "just live there already" haha! anyway, I'm addicted to the Chunky Strawberry Topper. It's Strawberries mixed with peanut butter, plain yogurt, (& I think they add some shebert in it) topped with granola & sliced bananas; soooo delicious! The smoothies I always get are: Razzmatazz, Pomegranate Pick-Me-Up, Strawberries Wild, Mango-A-Go-Go & Banana Berry. Seriously, Jamba Juice NEVER fails, they KNOW what your taste buds want. Normally Jamba juice is always a 5 star review but the new manager at this location really ruined it for me. I ordered a mango a go go and they gave me a mega mango. They insisted it was the same thing and asked me to try it. It's clearly not! So I said no asked them to make me what I ordered and paid for. I also noticed that the other drink was more money so I asked and he insisted it was the same price when on the menu board in front of me there was a .79 cent difference. I asked him for my receipt to which he responded we don't print them when not 2 min before I saw him print it and throw it out w o offering it to me. So he lied to me. Didn't refund the price difference or apologize and then tried to make to take wrong drink. The poor kid making my drink informed me that he has done this 5 times today and seemed frustrated when the manager blamed him for the mistake when I saw on the drink that he typed it in wrong. Dude need a management lesson. Simple apology and fixing the mistake would have made this a non issue. But instead he was rude and lied and scanned me. read more
