Sad experience here today. Barista said she couldn't heat any food items. Something broke. I ordered drinks. Sat down and the barista goes on break. I go up to pick up my drink and the person ordering gets a toasted bagel and everything works fine. I went back and ordered my heated items and the barista was nice. I asked why the other person said they couldn't heat anything and she gave her quite a look and apologized. Bad barista then sat and enjoyed her break. read more

This place was just a horrible from the start. Horrible service, didn't even greet us. Asked "what do you want". Once we got to the window, let me just say it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. Once we got them the girl said the amount and gave us these nasty watery "blended frappucinos" with no sweet flavor and sour drinks. The strawberries and cream frappucinos tasted sour and as if it was just eager with strawberry juice. Horrible! Just because you're next to a freeway doesn't mean you have to give us horrible service ... read more

I was looking forward to having my favorite Starbucks. The bathroom is filthy with no toilet paper. The drink preparation with very slow. Do not recommend this Starbucks. read more

We had come late one night and they had no change for our bill so the drinks were on them! it was so nice of them because we were going to get change next door, but they insisted that the drinks were on them! Thank you for your outstanding service! read more

Me and my girlfriend stopped here one night to grab a couple drinks- the same ones we always order. For me, a vanilla latte, and for her, a light caramel frappacino. On top of having to wait in the drive-thru line for over 25 minutes with only one car in front of us, we received a light caramel frappacino that looked and tasted like a cup of yogurt with caramel drizzled on top. We both literally laughed and yelled "what is this?!" when they handed it to us. Overall a negative experience and we would never go back to this one. A waste of time and money. read more

Filthy bathrooms, tired employees, and out of stock items. Gotta get back on the road

every time i go to this starbucks the workers are always giving attitude and never ever get my drinks right. i went today to get my iced coffee and they made it wrong the first time so i told the girl in the window with the thick ass eyebrows and she told me she couldn't take it back so she would make another one but she said it with attitude when she gave me the other drink back it was made totally wrong too. don't go to this starbucks with these un enthusiastic people. read more

We stop here on trips north and south. Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks but parking is easy, our dog can take a quick stroll, cheap gas is nearby. This is a good place to stop. We have always had good experiences. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was with my family and we each ordered a different drink. All three tasted horrible. We all love Starbucks but this is one we will never come back to. Disgusting! read more

Worst Starbucks ever! Lousy customer service! I watched 5 people who ordered after me get their drinks and when I asked where my drink was I was told "this is a drive up and we have to make their drinks, too!" I NEVER write yelp reviews but just had to so others can avoid the irritation when they're traveling on the 5 fwy! Go to a gas station and get a soda instead! read more

Poor customer service. 5 or 6 employees. Only 1 register open. No cars in drive thru. Took forever to order. Got major attitude from worker when I asked for a straw. Rolled his eyes and tossed it me. My daughters drink was over flowing and a huge mess. Won't stop again. read more

walked in just for a brownie. had 5 people working, 3 were busy working and 2 were busy talking. 1 of the working ones said she'd be right with me, so that was appreciated. it was slow and not sure why i couldnt have been helped a bit quicker by a couple of the other girls. brownie was on point though. ill be back to grab one again. read more

Their mobile order machine isn't working, though it still allows people to order. Rather than place a sign on the counter informing people of this, they chose instead to piss them all off by leaving the sign telling people where to pick up their mobile order...the mobile order the staff won't make until you order in person. read more

Lady at drive thru couldn't "hear" our order and kept asking for us to repeat it, despite us being really loud. Another employee came to help and repeated our order to make sure he heard correctly. Then at the window, the lady gave us the wrong order. I asked for a replacement and got the stink eye, as if it were MY fault. I asked for cream on the side and they gave me milk, not cream. Coffee was watered-down. read more

I actually wrote a review in my check in. Been here before and usually good. It was crazy crowded with the holiday weekend travelers and they were understaffed. read more

Stopped in and they had no soy milk or any non-dairy alternatives! This is a popular turn off for travelers, very disappointing.

I worked here when it first opened and it is nothing like it used to be, my drinks are always wrong and my order is pretty basic so not sure how they screw up a tea every time and never have product... Do they even do 10 minute spins around the lobby area to ensure cleanliness ? Cause it's quite disgusting.GAve this location another shot today with a coworker before work not only was my drink wrong but so was hers.... Then I won't even mention what was found in our breakfast sandwich, on a positive not they did remake our drinks and refunded the food item. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They lost my order and then were nasty instead of apologetic. I ordered 2 drinks and received 1. After 10 minutes, I asked about my 2nd drink. Bama, the barista, dismissively said "They're all coming out! All the drinks are coming out!" After another 10 minutes, I asked again, and again Bama rudely said "There's a line and they'll all get made." After insisting there were a dozen customers after me that got their drinks after only 1 of my 2 came out, they finally made my drink. I asked why no sticker was attached and they admitted they lost the order. No apology. I said they would've known that much earlier if she had just checked when I first asked and she spoke over me shouting sarcastically "Have a nice day! Have a nice day! Have a nice day!" As I walked away, she said to a random customer "People get CRAZY about their coffee!" She made the mistake, but I'm crazy?! I turned around and asked to speak to a manager and Bama said "Get in the line." which was 8 people deep. Incredulous, I said "get in line to talk to a manager?!" She kept smirking and shaking her head and then shouted "I've been here since 4am!" which is absolutely irrelevant and definitely no excuse for disgustingly rude behavior. As I relayed the experience to Albert, the manager, he just asked if we got our drinks. Even the manager has no sense of good customer service. All that was needed was an apology. It's not that hard. I don't know how Starbucks trains their employees, but apparently at this location, the employees are allowed to treat customers with disrespect and act like they're doing us a favor by doing what they're paid to do. It's a convenient location right off the I5 but avoid at all costs if you can. read more

I understand the difficulties of being understaffed and having to deal with a lot being thrown at you but this was by far the worst experience at a Starbucks I have EVER had. The barista Laura was rude. There was no half and half, napkins, or stir sticks, barely any sugar in the lobby. There was trash all over the floor in the lobby. And a line of 6 for the bathroom. If you are a drive through and at a busy spot you need to have more people and more bathrooms to accommodate the traffic. Utterly unbelievable. I would rather drink McDonald's coffee than be at this Starbucks again. read more

I have never been so unsatisfied with my beverage as I was when I visited this Starbucks. I ordered a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino, and what I got was the dregs of someone else's drink order. It was watered down, there were ice chunks because it wasn't fully blended, they didn't fill the cup to the top and just filled it in with whipped cream, it didn't have any caramel sauce drizzled on the top or the side (and when I asked about it they said it was there even though it clearly wasn't, the cup is clear, there was no caramel showing like it should be), they ran out of the "crunch" that made the drink a "caramel crunch" Frappuccino and STILL charged me full price. What a terrible experience, I will never go back to that Starbucks again. Don't waste your time, go get a shake from In-N-Out instead. You'll be much happier. read more

Do NOT stop here! Dirty, a mess and apparently moving. Mind you didn't know for sure but at 4pm right off I-5 they had no black tea. Seriously? They had limited menu items...like no refrigerated food, about 4 pastries. If there has been a sign out front I would've been ok with that. "Moving! Limited items" Instead I drive around their tiny parking lot for 15 mins until a spot opened up, had to use a dirty bathroom, unable to order a simple iced tea and my daughters order took another 15 mins!! Wasted 30 mins! Ugh! read more

As a frequent Starbucks consumer, I have never had an experience as awful as this one. I mobile ordered 3 vanilla sweet cream cold brews, of which I've numerous times before. Although, all beverages were different shades. One was very light, and the other two were very dark. This didn't seem like much of a deal at first, assuming we just had to stir them a little. Being in a rush, hence why I mobile ordered, we didn't have time to inspect our drinks. Although, we didn't think we would have to check them. Halfway through drinking our beverages, we all noticed they had these white chunks floating around the ice. We also noticed all three drinks tasted nothing alike although they were ordered the exact same. We decided to immediately stop drinking our drinks and 45-60 minutes later we all had excruciating stomach pains. Keep in mind, we had gotten our drinks at 6:10 am, so the cream should've been freshly made. We concluded that the cream was curdled/gone bad, and we had to deal with this stomach pain throughout our day. Although, the employees were friendly. It's just a major inconvenience not being able to enjoy the coffee you pay for and look forward to. read more

Usually I never have a problem with any Starbucks, or this one, until now. Worst frappé I have ever had. Ordered a s'mores and it was the worst drink I have ever had. First, there was no chocolate or marshmallow at the bottom, which is already disappointing. A look at the top and there is barely any whipped cream or ANY graham cracker crunch on it. For the actual frappé, I have no idea what it was but it was NOT s'mores. It looked like the made some other frappe then forgot it was supposed to be s'mores so they tried to add the chocolate and marshmallow down the side, and there was barley any at all. They definitely half-assed my drink and I was very disappointed. Normally I don't care if they forget to add a caramel drizzle or something, but this is the worst I have ever had it. Not to mention the drive through took a while. read more

Over charged me for a drink . When I asked a manager about it . He just turned around and walked away . Horrible service

went through the drive thru and asked for a latte + pellegrino. staff got the drink wrong and said they had no pellegrinos left. went inside and fixed the order and saw the fridge full of pelligrinos. on our visit inside it was very chaotic with not enough staff to take orders efficiently. staff otherwise was pleasant to talk to - very clear it is not managed well which allowed for the issues. read more
