Usually when I needed to use my Starbucks rewards or on Sundays when most of the local coffee shops are closed or open late. The folks are here very friendly; they'll strike up a conversation and joke around with customers. Located in the middle of downtown across from Falls Park, I expected a long line and wait for some caffeine. However every time I've come here there's only 2-3 people ahead of me and I typically get my order within 5 minutes. read more

Great Starbucks that manages to balance that small town feel of Greenville with the sort of big City ambiance you'd expect out of a Starbucks. I went here, most recently, on a Friday night. There's great outdoor and indoor seating. They've got a premium location not far from the river and water fall in off of Main Street. The drinks were well made. And that's a plus. The only downside is that the bathroom is located upstairs away from the main restaurant. That's sort of a hassle, even thought it's a great building to be in. Overall, great ambiance for the space. The workers are feisty here and are not the best at making specialized drinks. I went in my best friend with mask on to get drinks and barely anyone was in the store, so we requested our drinks and payed. I went to sit down and take my mask off, since we were seated and the only other people were ordering on the other side of the room or around the counter. Then one of the tall male workers with brown hair yelled across the room to put my mask on...usually I wouldn't care, but the people upfront gave him weird looks since I wasn't near anyone and I was sitting down. He then made my drink wrong, which is the only thing that made me upset. Workers should not treat people badly, because people weren't sure of their guidelines. I've never been impressed with this Starbucks and I probably will not be returning, since there is another one downtown anyways. read more

We normally love Starbucks but we were in town Saturday night for the Christmas parade. We always order well before the parade is set to start because they are normally really crowded on this day. On Saturday my teenage daughter and a friend went in to order at least 15 mins before parade start time. They missed the entire parade bc orders were messed up and didn't even receive one of the coffees. Parade was over (parade lasted over an hour) and they were still waiting on the last coffee and still left with hot chocolate instead of what was ordered. This is a place "where everyone knows your name"! Great, consistent drinks and food but the real hook is the super friendly and engaging staff who always wear a smile and a great attitude even when the line is to the door. I can't say enough good things about this Starbucks location. It's right on Main Street, so it's convenient to the Liberty Bridge and Falls Park as well as all of the businesses up and down the street. It's a great place to relax and read the paper, or meet up with a friend, or have a business meeting over coffee. Seating inside is limited, but I have never had an issue finding a seat. Check it out, you are bound to strike up a conversation with a barista and probably will run into 2-3 people that you know (or want to know) while you're there! read more

Located neatly on South Main Street, in gorgeous Downtown Greenville, South Carolina. You will find this Starbucks location tucked away at the beginning of the West End on the Reedy River in the Michelin Building. This is a small location, nice outdoor area to drink your coffee concoction. Filled with friendly baristas that make your drinks to perfection. The downside for me is being crammed in with some of the most pretentious people that Greenville County has to offer, every time I try to navigate through the store, the line and out back onto Main Street again. read more

The coffee is great, but there isn't much room to sit or have a meeting. Seats are hard to come by.

I have been going to this store for about 2 years. The location is great but it only takes one person to ruin the customer experience. I was looking into the showcase when one of the employees said, "I can take your order or you can just stand there." This employee has been borderline rude in the past but that was uncalled for. I have never said any thing to cause her to be so rude. I try to be nice to people in the service industry, I know what they go through. There is a coffe shop across the street and that's where I will be going from now on. read more

Good help must be hard to find. We have been here twice and neither time could they get our order correct. We only ordered items straight from the menu and this was too overwhelming for the cashier to handle. She needs more training. The latte is true to the Starbucks recipe, and of course you can experiment with a new twist on an old favorite. I absolutely love Starbucks, but this is was honestly the worse experience I've had from them. They messed up my drink to start with and then completely forgot my friend's drink. We sat and waiting to see if any of the drinks were hers. When it never came out we asked for her drink the gentleman rudely responded "I wish you would have told me that instead of just standing there." I went to this Starbucks to get (and pay for) some waters. I asked for 3 small cups of water and they didn't charge me for them! How terrific is that? This Starbucks has a great location but I won't be going here again. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and there was 1 other customer and 4 to 5 employees. Someone eventually took my order and another person eventually made my drink, but the majority of the time they all stood around talking. I was just about ready to ask for my money back rather than wait. This location needs a manager or a new manager. I'll be going to the location up the street from now on. read more

Standard Starbucks, with very friendly service. You can park along S. Main or, if you're heading south on Main, take a right just after the Starbucks and there is parking around Riverplace. There is also a "back entrance" through the upper level of the building where Starbucks is located, if you park in the back. read more

The only thing this business has going for it is the location. Almost every employee at this location is curt with you, treats you like you are an inconvenience and is incredibly arrogant. Would not pass this place in a damn heartbeat. Much prefer Starbucks at the top of main inside the Hyatt. Highly unimpressed. read more
