So I go to Starbucks all the time but this by far is the best Starbucks that I have ever been to! I came in at 1:11 pm today and the cashier was the friendliest and provided me with great conversation off and on until my drink was ready the rest of the staff seemed really great and like it was a fun shop to work in! Whoever this hiring manager is for this location good job or maybe I just caught them on a good day. A drive-thru Starbucks that gets a lot of traffic. A great location, yet could've been layed out a little bit better to handle all the business they get. The lobby is a little small when they get busy and there are sometimes delays getting in and out. The drinks are well made - the barista usually making drinks (inside) in the morning is very good. I have also had good luck getting excellent service and drinks using the drive thru. All that said, this is my #2 place to stop when I'm headed to work - mostly because of convenience in relation to my place of business and proximity to I-270. Very easy to get to. read more

Horrible service!!! I walked in at 8:50pm 08-29-19 to get the Bogo happy hour. The service from the slow arrogant crew were very unpleasant. The employee who took my order did not know about happy hour and was trying to brush me off saying no that's not Starbuck. Then felt like asking her coworker, then she said yes. I got my drink but my sister's drink was completely wrong. First it was an iced drink and we got hot. Then we told the barista it was wrong he, rushed so fast and still got it wrong. Then I tried to buy a reusable cups and the manager told me "yea I'll go get the lids, then we wait 10mins. Then I decided to ask what happend with the lids the manager in jean shirt said" oh we didn't have anymore" I got pissed. Wtf you mean, so why didn't she say anthing instead of continuing and acting like nothing. Horrible service. They work slow so that you get upset of waiting and leave and not order. There's nothing worse than a lazy Barista. Went to this Starbucks ( which I do 4 or 5 times per week because they're 24 hours) and this woman who told me her name was Adrian( heavy set black woman) was working the window claimed to me that she can only make my drink temp at 160 degrees when I asked for 187 degrees. I go to Starbucks all across the country and this is the first time I was ever told that. It's funny because the other ones at this location have no problem serving my latte at 187-190 degrees. If she doesn't know how to get the temp up that high maybe she needs retraining. And on top of it today she shorts me on the sugar I requested. I've been going to Starbucks so long even I know how to get the temp that high. It's pure and simple Laziness. She's going to do it how she wants to do it ( or NOT)! Thank you for ruining my morning and making this my single most WORST experience I've EVER had at a Starbucks. CONGRATULATIONS!!! read more

Insanely long way times at this Starbucks. I've been to faster busier locations - this team needs to get it together.

Starting to frequent this Starbucks location more often and have to say the service is amazing! They are so nice and polite in the drive-through area and inside, it is always clean and tidy. Today the bartender Jose made my drink, but I mentioned to him about wanting something sweeter and out of nowhere he made a second drink for me, had me sample it, and to my surprise I loved it and when I asked him how much it cost he said it was free. He took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and even went above and beyond what he should have. Hope the management know they have an awesome bartender!!!! Love how they have a variety of choices and rarely are they sold out of pastries as other Starbucks tend to sell out really fast and this Starbucks is the only drive-through in the area so believe me, it gets a lot of traffic!!! This is the third time this branch messed up my Mother's order so far. Today again I order green tea frap with no sweetener, soy milk and no cream. She works at Costco so when I go to see her, I buy her a drink. Today they put Carmel syrup and 2 pump classic syrups. I went into the store to order, instead of the drive through, and people behind me got their order before me. Make sure to check your order before you pay and leave with your drink!! read more

I could go on about this Starbucks but I won't this time. Unfortunately this is the only one in my area that's open 24hrs. Staff needs to be educated on how to handle other people's drinks/food. It's really not that hard to hold a drink by the cup and not the lid where I'm gonna drink from. Do they not know their hands are filthy when they are handling money? Not only that, touching yourself or fixing your pants, hair, hat or shirt and then touching someone else's drink is just gross. I actually witnessed one employee cough into his hand and grab my drink right after to hand it to me without washing hands first. I obviously asked for a new drink. I worked in the restaurant for many years and I was always cautious with they way I would handle customers' food. Don't get me wrong though, I have seen other employees that know what they are doing and are great at their job but the few dirty ones ruin it for them. The last 2 times I have come here to get my coffee has been a horrible experience. This Starbucks is chaotic with all these employees, very rude Barista who seems stressed and angry and customers are having to beg for their order. This Starbucks used to be great, but now it's chaotic with horrible customer service. The Batista making the drinks gives customers and staff the evil eye because she is clearly too overwhelmed and overworked to be friendly to anyone. i went there last week and ordered soy green tea latte and told the lady i wanted it sweetened. she gave me that look that i was crazy and she started telling me that when i order that drink it is automatically sweetened. i told her that every starbucks barista have always asked me if i wanted it sweetened or not. but she kept on going about how its automatically sweetened so loud that everyone could hear it. embarassing. i dont know who is right but if im not mistaken starbucks says "tell us how you want your drink and we'll make it right" not "we'll argue with you that we are right". ive given this place so much chances. i give up. im going to einstein bagel for my drink and breakfast. read more

For a long time this Starbucks used to be fast and convenient. Starting about six weeks ago, the service became much slower and is now not nearly as convenient. The line for the drive-thru is often out to the street now, which is very dangerous and people have a hard time getting in and out of the parking lot. I don't know what changed about six weeks ago. I really wish it could go back to being as effective as it was before. read more

My one time out of the house on most days is enjoyable thanks to this 24/7 location. For someone who is up until 6 am working from home, it's great to have a place to go to when I need to get away for a few minutes. The coffee is good, the almond milk macchiato is better, the peanut butter cookies are even better. The people are really friendly, but that could just be because I'm devastatingly handsome (and very humble). But, honestly, they talk to you, they joke among themselves, they're rarely not in a good mood, the service is what you would want out of a Starbucks, and they make good drinks. What with the bad reviews? They probably have not had the apple fritter warmed up ( TO DIE FOR ) nor do they covet iced decaf coffee which some of the smaller Starbucks do not have. It seems to me that it is very busy store, the workers work very hard and are constantly busy and there is never any room to sit. Who cares? I am eating a warmed up apple fritter with a decaf iced coffee. The world could end and I would not notice. Love the drive thru if there is no more than 2-3 cars. Otherwise, save yourself an hour and park and walk. read more

I like that this Starbucks location has a drive through. What I don't like is that the drive through always takes forever, compared to just parking a little far and walking in. The parking can be a tad obnoxious because of the layout and how the drive through literally wraps around the Starbucks during the busiest times. Otherwise, the service is always good. My drinks are usually on point, however 1 out of the 5 times I have come here, they did use the wrong milk in my drink. And it was already too late by the time that I noticed, so I couldn't go back to exchange it. It's an older Starbucks but everything is very consistent with the other Starbucks. I hate having to write reviews when it comes to places I love. This drive through starbucks is awesome, but I never go inside because the barista (I think her name is soukie, the Asian lady) is always so slow and sometimes I can tell loses focus for whatever reason. So, today since the drive through was really long and I knew I would be late for work if I stayed in it, decided to go inside. And thank god it was only 2 people in line. So, I ordered my drink which is normally an iced venti white mocha with whip and caramel drizzle! (So yummy) by then it started to get packed up in there. The Barista, soukie was obviously making the orders but at the same time she wasn't focused because she was talking to customers while making the drinks smfh!! So she calls out my name and just as I thought she didn't make my order right! I asked for ICED not HOT, so I tell her and she was kinda rude, besides she always looks like she's mad. Don't get rude with me because you messed up. So then she proceeded to make my drink and again she messes up this time no whip no drizzle, wth pay attention. I was so upset because by this time I'm late for work and I just grab my coffee and walk out. And what's funny is that the person before me, her drink was messed up too and she too was rushing to get to work because she asked if something was is in and the barista said no she too just grabbed her coffe and rushed out! Now, I know it's that bad to get upset, but you got to pay attention to your job. Yes it awesome when customers know you as say hi, but if you know you are getting busy don't just stay talking, just say hi and keep going to what you need to get done. And that really bugs me. So on a Friday I'm not happy with my coffee and still pretty upset. So soukie or whatever your name is do your job and please smile and don't always look like your mad and hate your job. Store placement is bad- the filled parking lot doesn't have a lot of room to move around so there's only one aisle to the small drive thru which seems to have a long line everything I try to get a coffee. The time I went thru I was 3rd in line and it took almost 20 minutes for a drink. read more

So this place would get 5 stars because yesterday they got my order wrong, they gave me a refund and gave me the right order for free. They went above and beyond. But today I went back, I got a GRANDE caramel machiatto And a brownie. The cashier helping me looked like she hated her job and spoke very quietly, she gave me the smallest cup and didn't heat up my brownie like I asked.
