Like a few here said, they dont honor reward member, on top of that, my espresso tasted like water and my espresso flap is tasted like sugar icy. Such a shame for what i paid!!! Save yourself go else where read more

They DO NOT use credit card chip technology. They are a franchise. That being said, my latte was good as was my Raison oatmeal cookie. The bathrooms are through the hallway in the convience store. It's a truck stop, but they were clean. Unlike franchises at Target, this franchise had a Starbucks cookie warmer. Staff was very nice. read more

Great place to grab some caffeine on the way north! Nice staff and efficient service!

This is THE WORST STARBUCKS, do not waste your time stopping here. It is attached to a giant gas station, there is a Popeyes there too. First of all the two female employees were awful--terrible attitudes, incredibly slow and completely apathetic to the fact they are in customer service. First, the barista taking the order had no idea what the availability of any of their drinks were. I ordered a cold brew coffee with splash of heavy cream. I waited for 15 minutes only to be told they were out of cold brew. I said that's fine, just sub an iced coffee. There was no coffee in my drink, it was white. My daughter ordered an iced vanilla latte, the barista had no idea how to make it and I actually watched her add the vanilla syrup after she made the drink, unsure of whether she had already done so--she had. She had to remake the drink. Then she made an iced caramel macchiato for another customer and did the same thing. She had to remake their drink as well. People those are standard Starbucks drinks. Not off a "secret menu". I worked at Starbucks 20 years ago and even I know how to make those drinks. The line was probably 15 customers deep by the time we left 20 minutes later (we were the ONLY customers when we arrived). Even if you think your coffee order is easy, beware. This location is just not worth it. read more

After the poor reviews, we almost didn't stop here, but since we are on a road trip, we stopped out of desperation anyway on a Sunday afternoon. Not big Starbucks fans to begin with, we were pleasantly surprised with our coffees. The service was great too! read more

It is great to have a Starbucks back in Gadsden! Now if it was more centrally located... Ed

The most expensive Starbucks, I have ever had coffee at. I noticed there was a 10 cents charge for a ice latte. Nothing special about this Starbucks but the prices. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars. I really enjoy going to Starbucks and having only one in the area makes it even more of a treat. But this is by far the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. The girls working there have terrible attitudes. The last time I was there, I asked a question and was answered with "I don't know." She didn't make any effort to find out through her computer, or asking someone else. She just stared at me until I started my order... and then completely ignored the one modification I made to my drink (making it unsweetened). When the girl making my drink asked for the classic syrup, I tried telling her (again) that I didn't want it in my drink. When I asked another barista to please let her know to not to add any syrup, she too ignored me, even though she was standing right in front of me and I was the only customer there. Needless to say my drink was awful. You're better off going literally anywhere else. read more

These are the nicest people I've ever encountered at a Starbucks! We are traveling and tired and needed some coffee! Even though they were about to lock the doors for the evening, they were welcoming, smiling, and helpful! Coffee never tasted so good! Thanks! read more

I go to this Starbucks everyday! Dashunia, Erik, Naja and the entire crew always make me feel welcome and are super nice! It's like my second home! Love it! read more

I've yet to go when someone at the counter knew what they were doing. I don't know if it's a training issue or what but I've had to talk them through it each time and I've never worked at a Starbucks. Someone from a corporate training center needs to help them out. The baristas are ok most of the time read more

I wouldn't give them any stars if I didn't have to this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I mean I understand people are human we ALL make mistakes but with that being said if you make a mistake just fix it don't argue about it and then turn around and do it again except this time you don't even bother putting the caramel in my drink but you put the mocha yet again in my Ultra CARAMEL Frappuccino it's a caramel drink not MOCHA. The attitude that girl had was unbelievable and to think I actually tipped her I will NOT make that mistake again. The owner needs to come in and do some extra training or hire some new employees read more

I've read some pretty nasty reviews about this place but, overall, I had a good experience. They were friendly and it's in a convenient location for me. One thing I would say is that the Frappuccino I ordered didn't have the icy texture it's supposed to, but it still tasted good. read more

They Are always out of something. I ordered a pink drink and it didn't come with strawberries, which was ok but i would have liked to known so I could have got something else. read more

They don't honor rewards since they are "connected to the gas station." It also was not very clean.

My husband and I had an awful experience at your Gadsden, Alabama location. Employees were INCREDIBLY rude, and unhelpful, and beverages were disgusting and not hot. One employee in particular yelled at me after I asked about my (incorrect) drink order. My husbands latte was bitter and barely lukewarm. The visit was a huge waste of money to just end up throwing away two overpriced drinks. read more

This is a franchise Starbucks . Therefore the price is considerably higher and no free refills for gold members and the refill charges are three times as much than regular Starbucks stores. No designated restrooms for the Starbucks customers. I truly wish they had a real Starbucks nearby. read more

I wouldn't force my worst enemy to waste his/her money here. Slow service. Bad drinks. Atleast they refunded our money for the drink my girlfriend couldn't stomach. Won't be back! read more

The person at the register was extremely rude. I had a food item and trying to be helpful scanned it at the scanner because that is how it works at many Starbucks around the country. She rudely said it don't work like that. I jokingly said oh well you should ask them to fix that for you because it works like that in other Starbucks. She then said we aren't a corporate Starbucks which was clear by her attitude corporate Starbucks wouldn't allow someone to talk to customers like she was talking to me. Very condescending. So the receipt prints she says to me you can get your receipt. Oh um ok... I go to wait for my drink and she proceeds to make fun of me with the other customers and other workers. The lady behind me gets her drink the other barista says to me what did you get so my order wasn't even relayed. I left feeling embarrassed and completely put off. I normally wouldn't write a review I just wouldn't go back however they are the only Starbucks in 20 miles. And they had chalkboards asking for a yelp review be careful what you wish for. read more
