The girl at the counter was awful. I honestly feel like she has a mental illness. She seems to be afraid to be out of her house. Refusing to look me in the eye. I asked her what good hot coffees they had and she said she "don't know" so I asked what people usually order and she just pointed at the menu. So I just ordered a cinnamon roll and left. I've never been so frustrated ordering food. Now thinking about it I feel bad for her. She shouldn't have a job working with the public. read more

Staff was friendly but spent 8 bucks on a coffee that had old oat milk in it. Clearly wasn't right when I looked at it with chunks in it. Tasted horrible and made me sick. Tried to call them to tell them so no one else would get sick but no one ever answered. Check yalls food and expiration dates. read more

Haven't had donuts in a long time and since this is right next to the Panera Bread where I'm picking up dinner, decided to grab 3 donuts. Came Saturday evening around 6PM and there was a pretty long line for the Drive Thru window (7 cars in front of car), I think waited about 25 minutes before I got to payment window. We've been here a couple times and had a pleasant experience both times. The first time we went inside and got a dozen donuts to go. The second time, my gf was just craving something hot to drink. Both occurrences the staff were friendly (inside and the drive through). Also, both times we walked straight up to the counter and there was no wait at the drive through so that was a huge plus. Donut selection was complete and we were able to get any that they had, including the seasonal ones that are usually not available as it gets later at night. Prices were what I would expect for a dozen donuts. The other time we were there she was asking questions about a seasonal coffee and the girl was able to answer all of her questions as well as make a recommendation of another one she thought she might like. We actually ended up ordering that one. It was really good and hit the spot. We have had nothing but good experiences when we come here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and/or come back here in the future. read more

The employees are not friendly, tables are always dirty, tonight the lady that took our order was on the cash register then took our order and got the doughnuts with a napkin!!! Never washed her hands did not put gloves on!! According to ServeSafe that is a health code violation!! this place has TERRIBLE costumer service, my grandmother was telling the man what happened to our order he slammed the window shut in her face, which first of all we asked for 6 lemon filled, 6 raspberry filled, and 2 chocolate covered cream filled, then when we got to the window he told us that there weren't any raspberry filled, why couldn't you just tell us that when we were ordering??? but then we said instead of the raspberry just do the chocolate covered cream filled, and then when we got our donuts (mind you we asked for a dozen) we only got 6 in a box which were the chocolate ones and then 2 in a bag. we went back through the drive through and told them that we asked for 6 lemon filled and they didn't give them to us, and then he told us that they only have 4 of the lemon filled and for us to choose 2 other flavors and then my grandmother told him how hard of a time we've had with this order (which this was a different guy) and that's when the guy slammed the window in her face and then a different guy came back and gave us the rest of our donuts, which were 4 lemon and 2 glazed, but that shouldn't have been such a struggle just to get a dozen of donuts. read more

Would have taken a picture of the restrooms but I think that's against the law and the prep Area needs to be clean. Was there one day right before a big storm rolled in and they had just got a big shipment in that was sitting outside, did they care? Ok i dont know about all these other reviews, but this place was fine. It wasn't dirty, the person who took our order might not of been the smartest but she was nice. The doughnuts were fresh. I cant believe someone would complain about a worker being outside giving someone a kiss. Go home and make your own doughnuts if you're a germaphobe. read more

I love this place. The employees are very sweet and I always get a caramel mocha frozen Frappe with Whipped Cream and Chocolate sauce on top. Drive thru is fast and the inside is nice and clean. Starbucks use to be my fav until I started going here. I got once/twice every week. Never had a problem that didn't get solved right away. read more

Went there for doughnuts at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday, no doughnuts. I also ordered a large vanilla iced coffee. The cashier informed us 40 min wait for the doughnuts so I just wanted the coffee. He came back to the window with just a regular hot, black coffee! Like really. We got out of the car, and the manager (I guess that's who he was) came and locked the door closest to us. We walked around to the front door around 8-10 minutes before the front dine in area closed (an hour and ten before the drive thru closed). We knew we were cutting it close, but we wanted our kids to have a special treat before traveling over an hour back home after visiting the falls. I was actually shocked when a friendly girl smiled at me behind the counter and asked for my order. They had zero original glazed and little to none of everything else, but she was nice and served us. We got the kids their donuts and water and sat down. We had another family with us with two babies. They got theirs too. We all sat down and quickly ate. This "manager" stepped out to smoke, came back in, and told us they were closed on the inside. We said we knew and would hurry. He came back in maybe 2-3 minutes, and said, "I'm sorry, but it's store policy that you have to leave so we can start cleaning." So, the four adults, and six kids...ages 13, 10, 6, 3, 2, & 2 went outside in 48 degrees and let the kids finish their donuts. My son was shivering in his thick winter coat. They did absolutely nothing inside the store where we we sitting in the five more minutes we were there. We got back in our cars at 10:10.
