Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Gadsden, Alabama

Busy location connected to a gas station. (The bathroom was clean!) There is usually a long line of people at this location. They are the only game in town. But they make mistakes on orders and it does take a long time. They also do not accept credit card payments for some reason. I did not get my order as specified and it took a long time. They are nice and hardworking. It is just that the demand outweighs what they can do. They should hire more people. read more

The service was outstanding!!! I'm not feeling well and wanted a hot drink, the sever was very accommodating ...The hot Carmel ribbon crunch late was great...MS read more

not a terrible place, but definitely the worst starbucks i've had. service was sub-par, and i paid like $12 for a tall frappe and a lemon loaf?? it's in a good location if you're in the area but if you're craving starbucks specifically i'd look elsewhere. read more

Might be the worst Starbucks on the planet. No drive thru, No preorder from app. Handed my phone over so person could copy order and not mess it up. Of course they messed it up. So disgusted left part of my order there . So a medium coffee cost me 17$ plus . Starbucks isn't what it used to be but this one tops the crappy list for sure read more

First and foremost, I'm not a fan of coffee in any way shape or form, which may pose the bigger question what exactly was I doing at Starbucks, and no I wasn't lost. Quick access for on and off the interstate, I stopped by here to get my gf and her son something. As entered I was quickly greeted (now to be fair the store was empty) and asked what I would like. For her a regular coffee with room for cream and sugar --- had it before I was finished placing the order for her son. For him, the white chocolate latte. Not quite as quick, but they had it out really fast. Both were served fresh and hot. Delivery service to both of them and they both said that they were really good. Overall, based on my one experience, I would say that I would recommend them to somebody, especially if they are driving by and looking for a quick place to stop for a fresh coffee. Doesn't hurt that there is a gas station, convenience store, and Popeye's located as part of the same building. read more

The worst Starbucks I ever been to I ordered large frozen strawberry lemonade, large pink drink, grande regular coffee and grande vanilla latte. our coffee was not even close to be hot. My husband says it tasted old. I paid $26.18 which is ridiculous price. I contact the manager about the pricing and about the quality of the coffee. He did not wanted to do anything for us since we do not live locally. I am a customer and it doesn't matter where do I live, I still spent money at their location. The place is absolutely disgusting and filthy. Staff looked miserable to me I was shocked that I was at the Starbucks. What a rip off. read more

Starbucks - My Caramell mocha ! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Gadsden, Alabama

It's the only one in this area and needs to be dusted with a little update. Pretty busy. It's nice that it is attached to a gas station for those of us traveling. Nice staff here's a good news, the coffee was great! read more

They shouldn't even call this place a Starbucks that's how bad the service is. And they screwed up an easy order. All I asked for was lite ice and a shot. read more

This Starbucks location is convenient and clean. There is usually not a line when I go, but I probably don't go at the busiest times. I am usually a plain coffee drinker, but I recently tried the cloud macchiato and oh my goodness. It was very cloudlike! Silky is the best way to describe the texture. It may not be hyped up like the unicorn whatever they recently had but this is something that I cannot wait to have again! read more

This place fucken sucks . Workers are lazy and they make the worst drinks ever . I come from Seattle and tasting nothing but milk when requesting 5 shots in a macchiato is ridiculous . I've gave this place more than enough chances . & then you tell the barista that your drink isn't right and it taste like straight milk they give you an attitude .!!! Disappointed and not coming here again ! read more

Starbucks - My order is Iced Caramel Macchiato with 4 shots and extra caramel drizzle . Does this look like it has any fucken shots ? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Gadsden, Alabama

This is the worst Starbucks ever I have tried different Starbucks in different states and most make your drink right this one however either hasn't been trained properly or don't care. I've been here several times trying to see if it's a one or two time mistake but no never right read more

I frequent this location often, and I usually have a decent experience. It would be nice if there were a drive-thru, but i realize that's not a realistic request here. During my visit today, the drink I received was pretty watered-down tasting. Most importantly, though, the barista who was fixing my drink not only had their mask pulled off their face and below their chin, but were also talking over my drink while making it. We are in a pandemic, and resisting following simple guidelines could not only make customers feel uncomfortable, but could potentially inhibit the spread of a deadly virus. read more

Every time I come to this location they disappoint me. For a Starbucks, this is bad. I thought I'd give it another chance today but they didn't have any large cups, they completely messed up the guy's order in front of me and I had to wait ten mins for my muffin that wasn't even heated up. read more

A somewhat filthy Starbucks inside a gas station with NO WIFI !!! This Yelp page mentions FREE WIFI at this location, and that is not true !!!! Every other Starbucks I've ever been in has offered this amenity to their paying customers, but the only wifi option here is the one provided by the Petro station which requires your credit card info and charges you for the time. It seems that this Starbucks foregoes the wifi so that Petro can nickel and dime their customers for internet access. This reflects very poorly on both businesses. After spending a little over 6 bucks for a drink, I was not happy to discover this was the case. I will not be returning. read more

Mocha. Out of mocha! How do you expect to run a Starbucks without mocha? These people are incompetent. And laughing the whole time. Running this business into the ground is the big joke for these losers. read more

Came before 8am. Floor was filthy. No one acknowledges you when you come in. The food display cabinet had a lot of crumbs in it, insects flying around, and mold growing on the food. read more

Worst ever!! They were so rude. Like we were putting them out by being there. One girl had earbuds in, ignoring and not able to hear anyone then made our drinks so poorly we threw them out at our next stop. You pay this much for drinks there is an expectation to be able to drink them!!! DONT GO HERE! read more

I've been here twice. Filthy and not up to Starbucks standards. For my 4.35$ coffee cant you afford to be a clean establishment? I won't be back. read more

Extremely overpriced with unfriendly staff. The drinks are okay, but be prepared to pay 15% more.

This is, by far, my favorite Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and greets me when I walk in. The coffee is fantastic! Even when they are crazy busy there isnt much of a wait. This location is a great place to read a book, study, grab a muffin or catch up with a friend. 10/10!! read more

Great service! I must have accidentally put my order in for a different store (40minutes away!) and they still honored the order here without extra payment. Thank you for your help! read more

I went in at 10am on a Sunday. Three high schoolers are running the place. It's dirty. No one greeted or thanked me. Horrible customer service. The entire time I was there they acted like I wasn't and continued to gossip about "practice after school." Won't be back. read more

They are never open on time. They can't make the drinks correct and the prices are higher. Avoid this Starbucks if you can. Gadsden could really use a regular Starbucks that is not owned by a gas station. read more

What will be out of stock at this Starbucks? That's what we ask every time we go there. Yesterday they were out of all caramel but there have been times when they were out of large cups, hot chocolate, whipped cream, almond milk.... the only reason to go here is when we stop to get gas at the store attached to it. Save yourself a headache and go to the Coffee Bar downtown or Union Jacks. Hey hey both have better coffee and neither have ever been out of the coffee we ordered. read more

Can't really accurately star this location but I will say that they are WAY understaffed. I stopped by to get some breakfast before my 8AM class and there was 10+ people in line with only one woman working. AT 8AM IN THE MORNING AT A COFFEE SHOP. I didn't even get to eat because the line was so long, I had to leave. I suggest they hire more people or at least schedule more than one person on morning shift. read more

This is a really awful Starbucks. The cooler did not have cold water, the drink prep station where you put cream and sugar was very filthy yet the employees stand around and play on their phones. Maybe when they are not busy they should clean and restock. Even the coffee was a disappointment, very weak. This store needs help. read more

Had a less than desirable experience here tonight. It being Thanksgiving, we called ahead to check hours and were told they were open until 7. We drove about 30 minutes to get here. Not many deli items available, but we worked around that. The baristas, however, were unfriendly. As soon as we all got our drinks and got sat down, a barista came around the corner and told us we had 5 minutes before they closed. I immediately checked the time and it was 6:22. So we were basically kicked out way before closing time (which was also clearly posted on the door as being 7:00). One of our drinks was filled half way up. I only gave two stars because my white mocha was good, as usual. I will not be returning to this location however. read more

Today I went to this Starbucks location and ordered a Trenta pineapple black tea with extra infusion and it was the most disgusting drink that I have ever gotten from Starbucks in my life! This is a drink that I get almost every single day so I should know how it should taste. Upon tasting the first attempt to make the pineapple black tea it tasted like it was really old tea and had no pineapple infusion in it at all so I returned it to the counter told them my issues and asked them to remake it , they made it the same old tea they did the first time the exact way it was the first time, it was so terrible that I had to get water and rinse my mouth out that's how disgusting it was, a one dollar McDonald's tea would've been better than that! I would never recommend going to this location. One of the reasons why I started going to Starbucks to get my tea is because they make it fresh but they have really let me down today and disappointed me. read more

I don't have wifi at my house and need a place to sit and work on online and have a cup of coffee. This is not the place to do it and sadly there aren't many other coffee places in the Gadsden area. I keep going back in hopes that it may be better the next time (I reallyyy need WiFi) and its always terrible. The customer service is horrendous. The store is dirty. I have been about 5 times and 4 of the times they screwed up the order. I asked for the barista to fix the caramel latte that I order because it tasted like dirty water and he got hateful with me then poured it out and dumped it so full of the caramel sauce that it was undrinkable. And to be honest the WiFi isn't that great either, it cuts out every few minutes. There are no redeeming qualities about this Starbucks. Don't waste your money! read more

I am highly disappointed in this Starbucks. My family and I are traveling and stopped at the petro for gas and I went to Starbucks to get my husband and myself drinks. First off they didn't even know what they had in stock. I was told they didn't have a certain flavor of refresher. No big deal I ordered a different flavor. As they were making it they told me they were out of the flavor I ordered but told me they had the flavor I originally wanted. Ummm ok. After I got my drink they decided to have a venting session about a supervisor being unhappy about the condition of the shop. I get it you need to vent but when it is stopping you from making orders there is a problem. The girl making the hot drinks could tell I was annoyed with the wait. 5 customers came and left before I got my second drink. read more

I love stopping in for a frappuccino. However, I walk up to counter where 3 young ladies are chatting and laughing. I wait until they are done and decide to take my order. The associate asks what I would like and I ask for mocha frappuccino. She laughs "oh we cant make you a frappuccino". No explanation....she turns and starts chatting with her friends. I stand there and say Hello, yes why cant you make a frappuccino? Are your machines out of order? She explains that they dont have the ingredients to make a frappuccino.... really? Ok no ingredients to make frappuccino on a Saturday morning? read more
