(One was working on reconnecting the register.) This was supposed to be a mother/daughter drink date but it turned into a waiting date. we spend more time just waiting then we had to enjoy our drinks and time. We were in the establish ment for 45 minutes and only had our drinks in hand for 15 minutes, my daughter 10minutes. The barista who took my order was extremely friendly and was very patient with me. Went there on a Thursday afternoon (3/6/25) after a doctor appointment in Foxboro & they were slow & reverse in this Starbucks. I think they prioritize the drive thru over the walk in customers! So...not right! I finally got my hot cup of coffee & was then waiting for my ham & cheese croissant. I asked the young man if my food would be coming soon and he said "well you did pay for it...right?"...I was like "yes"...he then said "well then you should be getting it"...kind of a snarky attitude & I feel the GM should have a sit down w this young man! This must be the only Starbucks that does not have its bakery items on display. There are some good staff here and some terrible. Most of the tables and filthy, no-one ever cleans. The outside tables and umbrellas are never organized or cleaned either. My friend bought me the spinach egg white wrap. He ordered siracha packets on the side and they literally baked the packet in my sandwich and wouldnt refund him?? Unfortunately after Years of Starbucks patronage I can say I had my first experience that has left me beyond annoyed! Mobile order that I waited 20 min after the pick up time and they still didn't have it. I ask for it am told they don't have it and show them order on phone. A few minutes later they finally ask what my drinks were and make them. My 2 venti drinks both with no foam arrive to me with 3 inches of foam on each. I politely ask for the foam to be removed. Reluctantly the barista scoops off a scoop and hands back to me still with an abundance of foam. I again request to scoop it off and add more milk" no need to heat the milk, I know you are busy". I was then told " I can't keep scooping foam off and you will have to pay for additional milk because I already put more milk in"?????? Are you kidding me? I was just trying to get my drink made correctly and wasn't even asking you to remake it. I am in shock that after paying almost $12 for 2 venti drinks that were made incorrectly i was told I would need to pay for additional milk because I had to remove the foam from the cup myself with the plastic spoon the barista handed to me! This is the absolutely worst location I have been to and I frequent the locations in brockton, melrose, braintree, and canton (canton is almost as bad). I waited a half hour for 2 drinks... mind you they made the first one within 15 minutes and then the second one 15 minutes later.. why not make them both together? There appeared to be plenty of staff working but the barista said they were short 2 people. Regardless, the entire staff is completely disorganized. There's absolutely no leadership. The staff is just running around with no organization. There were over 20 drinks sitting waiting for pick up (some mobile phones orders were from 9am and I was there at 11:30). This is the worst Starbucks in the country. Can't get any worse. I've been to so many different Starbucks in the US due to travel and this one is the worst. There is no excuse to consistently have a 30 minute back up of online orders. Orders are never made together. You could have one coffee made 20 minutes earlier waiting for the next drink to be made and by the time they hand the order to you together, one drink or food can already be cold. Same goes with ice drinks. If you have multiple orders, the ice drink can already be melted by the time the next drink is made. Either get more equipment, more staff or turn off online ordering. It's that simple, but this place can't handle the volume. Other Starbucks have a higher volume of customers and don't struggle like this store does. The worst part, no one seems to care. read more

I am all set with this location. I have been to this location numerous times in an effort to give them yet another opportunity to get it right. The only thing this location is consistent with here is not delivering what I ordered. I am an app user, mostly so what I order is what prints out on the sticker and it will prevent a person I speak to from misunderstanding my order. Well, today I received my "cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese" as a cinnamon raisin bagel and a plastic knife. No cream cheese. Previously i received the same order as a bagel heated when it clearly states on the slip "not heated". I have also ordered numerous cold foam nitro drinks and they are extremely bad tasting. Seriously, how hard is it to squirt a few squirts into a cup, pull a tap lever and pour foam on it? The place was very well staffed with at least 6 people behind the counter. They were all busy so I'm not questioning their work ethic, I'm just saying they need to slow the hell down and pay attention to what they are doing. Today it was the fact that they made my "decaf" iced almond milk cappuccino with caffeine and I'm now just realizing it bc I'm having heart palpitations.. On Thursday at the drive thru he hands me a coagulated iced cappuccino with the explanation that "almond milk just behaves that way bc it's, you know, almonds" lol.. Great location with hard working staff and good drinks, but why is in-store workflow so terrible? A couple months ago, they moved the mobile order pickup station to directly in between the in-person ordering counter and the order pickup counter. Why? It completely confuses the flow of customers. Customers who order in-person are forced to cut across the line of customers waiting to pickup a mobile order. Mobile pickup customers are awkwardly trying to get the attention someone behind the counter to see if their order is ready. All customers are confused about where they're supposed to stand (especially when we're all trying to socially distance). Staff are confused about which customers are trying to order, which are trying to pickup, which are waiting to pickup and which are just looking at the menu. It's not the fault of staff, but it feels like something a manager can/should fix (not sure if it's a corporate or franchise decision): why don't you just move the mobile pickup station to the end of the counter again so people waiting are at least out of the way of everyone else? Or better yet, make mobile pickup self-serve like it used to be so mobile order customers can just grab their drink and go vs having to wait until a staff member has time to ask their name and hand it to them. Also, why does the order-ahead mobile app stop working every other day for this location? I can't figure out if this is a store-specific issue or a Starbucks corporate technology issue but it seems to happen a TON and they definitely lose business from me multiple times per week because of it. read more

This is THE SLOWEST drive thru and store I've experienced. It's right near my work, so I do frequent a lot because of that, and I keep hoping it will get better, but even after a year of hoping and trying, it hasn't. Everyone is very nice, but I routinely wait 10-15 minutes after the order ahead timeline I'm given when I order through the app. They get my order right about 75% of the time, but after I've waited so long to get my drink, I don't have time for them to remake it. Lattés are great if you don't mind a wait. Twice iv just canceled my order upon walking in. The drive thru will have 15 cars, inside will have 15 people. Yet the mobile app says 10 mins.
