Staff is friendly, food is good. One of the few spots in the area to get a loaded breakfast sandwich, and good coffee.

Well, we came today to do it to do a two good to go bag and decide to stop and have coffee since they now have outside seating. Even though it was a little windy, the sun did keep picking out and we got a chance to sit here and watch the trains and stuff go by and enjoy the nice weather. It's beautiful out today unfortunately like I said it's a teeny bit too windy. But everybody inside was just really nice and the girl was wonderful and she gave me my bag. We also got an extra garlic bagel for my hubby for tomorrow morning for breakfast cause that's his favorite. And a lot of places don't have it this late today so I was kind of excited they had one, but that's about it. It's beautiful today and if I should come out and enjoy their outside dining area as well as they're inside. read more

Had high hopes for this place but all I received was disappointment. First, the poor two kids working behind the counter seriously needed another set of hands. It took 20 minutes for one coffee and a bagel with cream cheese and though they were working hard it was clear they were overwhelmed. There was a "Fall Special" menu posted near the register which noted hot and iced pumpkin coffee available. I ordered a hot pumpkin coffee and the staff noted there was no hot flavored coffee. Not just the special flavored coffee but none of the ones on the regular menu board either. Regular coffee it is, I guess, and though it was hot it was nothing to write home about. The pumpernickel bagel was calling my name so I ordered that with strawberry cream cheese. The bagel was good for something you'd get in the frozen section at the grocery store but nothing like you would expect to get at an actual bagel shop. The strawberry cream cheese may have been prepared with a strawberry nearby but there was no strawberry flavor at all in the cream cheese. It was pretty bad. Not a place that I will be looking to rush back to any time soon. Too bad because it has the vibes to be something that could have potential. read more

At least a 20 minute wait for a sandwich and coffee. Too pricey, but when you walk in and eight people are already waiting for their order you should just walk out. No live music just loud country music. The girl takes your order and disappears into the back room and leaves the kid up front to do it all. Wow this place was bad. Arrived 8:30 am on a week day and place was dead. Menu screens were off and when we asked for a menu the worker just sort of shrugged and said I guess the screens aren't working. This location is in Mansfield, in a small strip mall under an apartment building . The parking was plentiful and easy to access, and the exterior decor is very trendy. There was one worker and he was polite and accommodating. I had a sausage egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel, and a small iced coffee. The bagel was good and the coffee was good. I don't think there's anything that made them stand out to me. If you want a bagel and some coffee, eat here. read more

Solid breakfast sandwich. They use microwave bacon, but that prevents bacon sushi, which I appreciate.

The reviews were a bit tough on the place! My bagel was toasted nicely and I do like it on the softer side with not too much cream cheese! Servers were pleasant and quick. So I have been here a few times. Usually it's ok. The bagels are great, but I feel if you do anything besides a just bagel it's poor. This is my bagel sandwich today. The cheese is completely burnt and the slice on the bagel? It's so off angle so the bottom.of the bagel is so burnt and crisp. The pastries have been really hard lately, not sure if they're stale or just a hard dough. I really want to like it here but it keeps getting worse. On multiple occasions--about three or four times--I have placed an order 30 minutes in advance for pickup, yet upon arrival, my order was not recognized or ready. Stopped in for my first time . It was late morning, was going to hit the local deli, but figured something brunchy would be nice . The place was clean and service was friendly . I ordered the spicy sunrise. Which was over $8 . The bagel was delicious . I honestly wish I ordered just that . My sandwich came with extremely cold eggs, cold unmelted cheese, and a soggy cold hash brown on it ... I would have given 4-5 stars if it had been all hot, and crispy. I will return for bagels only . I was overjoyed when I saw Providence Bagel opening a location in nearby Mansfield. After a few disappointing experiences there, I'm not as optimistic as I should be for what looks like another location opening in S. Attleboro. First time I was there was a couple of weeks after they opened, and understandably, they weren't up to stride yet. I was shocked at how angry some of the waiting, frustrated customers were. There were a couple of clueless kids standing around, and one supervisor busting her ass. My bagel, which I asked for 'toasted dark' was barely warm and the bagel was mostly hole. A month or so later, and my experience was much the same. Clueless kids, a pale and barely toasted bagel and a seating area full of waiting, angry customers. Good help is hard to find, and I don't think they've found any. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

One of the best bagels I've ever had. The plain bagel had a good crunch on the outside and was perfectly toasted. The jalepeño cream cheese was fresh and very tasty. But here's my favorite part, they cut the bagel in half! And it wasn't a gigantic 4 foot inch cream cheese sandwich. It was perfectly rationed ...and the gentleman who made it was friendly and suggested the freshly made strawberry cream cheese for my daughter's French toast bagel. Delicious!! What a disappointment. As a good blogger Ive been really excited to try this place as their specials always sound delicious. Went in today at 10:30am to order their one heavily advertised weekend bagel special, the Oreo French toast bagel with chocolate cream cheese only to be told they're out of it only a few hours after opening. I go with my backup plan their specialty toaster tart the chocolate peanut butter Oreo and was told oh man that's the only one we're out of sorry! How does a business advertise specials and run out shortly after opening when it should be for the whole weekend. It feels like a bait and switch scam where you go there for something advertised and then have to settle for something else. Poor management not being able to anticipate the needs of your business. I could see running out at 2:30pm but I'm the morning running out of everything? Pretty weak and enough to make me never want to waste another trip there. Even worse take down the signs if you're out so I don't wait in line for disappointment. Hope you reevaluate your business model to better anticipate your customers needs. Has potential to be a good spot. Bagels can be good, but mostly chewy and under toasted. Employees seem stressed out and undertrained, usually taking a long time for what should be a quick order. They do have a great variety of options (flavored cream cheese, veggie options, etc.) and will be a great place when they can get everything running smoothly.
